Came here to drop off a package. The service was quick and painless. The lady was very sweet and helpful. Went above and beyond what she had to. Not very many places stand out like that. Great experience all around.

Had oversized and heavy box to ship. I was met at the door by a courteous clerk who saw me coming with the box and opened the door for me. I have always been greeted with helpful and friendly service. Can’t say enough good about the outstanding service they provide!

I have a condition that makes certain noises intolerable. I dont advertise it but when there was an ongoing, very loud and disruptive mechanical noise going on behind the counter here, and I simply expressed my discomfort, Andrea the manager here became extremely defensive and actually refused to help me because my kindly stated request appears to have rubbed her the wrong way? Way to pick on someone whos just having a hard time.

Went in to have a document notarized. The sign above the counter says it costs $5 per signature, but I was charged $10. When I asked the clerk about the discrepancy, she said they add on a $5 facility fee. I was not informed of this before checking out, and it is not written anywhere on their pricing signs. I will not be returning due to the lack of pricing transparency.

I had taken a package in where the label was stuck on incorrectly and the barcode could not be read. The gentleman was very helpful and helped me cut the label off and reattach it so I did not have to go home and reprint the entire thing. Amazing customer service!!

I love the Express It Mail Center I am always well taken care of, the family staff always make me feel extremely welcome and at home their prices are excellent and they offer so many services and their hours of operation really work well for me, whenever I get a package I always get a phone call.The staff is very knowledgeable and are very good at getting any task accomplished quickly. I highly recommend this mail station, The owners are very down to earth and very pleasant it is always a pleasure to interact with them.

Needed to ship something in a hurry last week and as always the post office was slammed packed. Found this little hidden place and glad I did ! The gentleman working was very helpful and polite. Also this place is much cheaper than the post office. They dont charge for stamps, or packing materials so if you are shipping multiple items this could save you in the long run ! Will do business again soon, Thanks !!

I had an international fax to send our today, and I was so worried I would not be able to get my request in on time. The young man who was working there tried several times and was finally able to get my fax through. I traveled from Wyoming and was visiting for lunch with old coworkers and this was the only place I could find to complete international faxes. Im so happy I went in to this location! The young man (wish Id gotten his name) was so friendly and helpful and was a true pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be back next time I need to make an international fax, even with a 6 hour drive. Superb service and super friendly! Great job!

This is what the post office used to be. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Fair pricing and a clean store round out a great experience and add to the many reasons to keep going back.

WARNING !!!! Never come to this location to ship anything what so ever. Went in to have a package shipped and the lady who claimed to be the owner was very rude! I have 2 kids who are just that kids and she could not even focus on our transaction because she was so worried and up tight about my children playing on the floor. I had a few questions about the shipping process and she was very snappy and talked down on me as if I were in kindergarten. This lady belongs in an insane asylum with the facial expressions and actions she displayed. Clearly not fit to run a public business. Unless you want to be belittled and talked down to just go somewhere else !

The staff make this place priceless. The guy working in there is one of the best customer service representatives hands down. The owner is not vary good with people so I hope she keeps the younger guy working there or I will leave. ☺

I’ve been coming here every year for the past 3 years to submit an overseas work visa. This process involves passport photos, notary services, and shipping. The people at Express It are extremely helpful in what could be an otherwise confusing/frustrating process for all parties involved. Thank you so much for making this an easy process for me!

Im a small business owner in Longmont and have been disenfranchised by our local US Postal Service. Having Express It and there helpful employees as an alternative has provided me with a great alternative. I would certainly recommend this business for all your shipping needs.

We will never go back. The notary screwed up both of our forms, writing my name in place of his own and then having to cross it out. Throughout this lengthy process my husband was trying to entertain our 11 month old by showing her around the store. When he held up a wooden coaster to entertain her, the lady who worked there snapped at them saying those arent toys! Nothing was dropped or thrown, it was literally the moment every parent goes through when they are just trying to entertain their kid. When I explained that he was just entertaining my daughter through the time that the notary was requiring, she said well next time you can bring a toy for her and I informed her that we would never be coming back. The owner then said if you knew the woman who made these youd understand which illustrated not only a lack of respect for her customers but also her suppliers. They were hugely inefficient and VERY RUDE. Go anywhere else.

I have been here a handful of times and there is always a younger guy working and he is as nice as can be and super helpful. When I went in today (Nov 2) expecting him, there was a middle aged woman who was very rude and unpleasant. She acted like I was burdening her by trying to ship a package that already had a shipping label and all of the necesary postage, all she had to do was take it and put it in a pile. When I thanked her (dont know why I did) and told her to have a nice day I got no response except for a dirty look. I was shocked at how bad her attitude was, its not that hard to plaster a smile on your face and be friendly for a 30 second interaction.

I came to Express It just before Christmas to ship a few items home -- the owner was so friendly and helpful at such a chaotic shipping time! I will recommend this place to everyone I know - choosing to support local business is easy when places like this are an option.

Will never use this service again. Wanted to ship a gift to someone by weekend using USPS, I came on Tuesday at lunch time and dropped the package, received the tracking #. For TWO days the package was just sitting in that office for whatever reason, I checked the tracking and USPS picked it up on Thursday! Now it will arrive on Monday! Will just go to original USPS office from now ON!
