I love this place. No I don’t think you understand IM OBSESSED. Look there’s some negative reviews on this place and let me start off by saying they are all LIES people like starting drama. People like to watch a good business fall. BUT NOT ON MY WATCH there’s some nasty person (wish I could use a different word instead of nasty) that is all upset because the place didn’t hire her. Well get over it sweetie life ain’t fair. This place is just to good for your native energy. Every package I’ve sent here arrives in wonderful condition NEVER and I repeat NEVER have I had a bad experience here. Ya know I really just love local businesses and I don’t want to sound dramatic but to be honest I would die for this place. I just love it

Convenient mailbox location for a small business, Good shipping services. FYI, they dont do UPS but that is because of UPS and their other stores. FedEx and USPS are much better anyway.

This is a great store, located in a part of town, the NW section of Longmont, that really needs it. The service is friendly. They took on the task of finding a box for an unusually shaped object, wrapped it for me, and sent it. They did not charge me for the (used) box or wrapping. Its a pleasure to have a mail and copy center this close by, and one that is very competently run.

This is a great store! As a small business owner, Im thrilled to have a mailbox in this convenient location. Harasi is always very kind as she helps me with my printing and shipping needs. I would definitely recommend Postal Express on the corner of 17th & Hover.

I had an interaction with a very unfriendly/rude employee during an appointment for pre-employment screening. She was grumpy and implied that I was at fault for her not being able to operate the computer program. I typically support local business but found this as very odd.

They are generally friendly and helpful in store but dont trust the pickup times listed on their website. Even though DHL in theory pick at 5:15, you apparently need to drop off your package by 2 if you want it picked up that day.

Dropped off package with other packages one doesnt show get picked up lady never gave me a drop off slip just told me I drop packages off on the counter and then leave its kind of odd all but one package never got picked up by the USPS and shes trying to blame me for not getting a package drop off slip when its her job to give out the drop off slip then she tells me I dont remember you dropping off and she wont even look at the cameras to even look at me dropping off the package when I can give her exact time when I dropped it off
