It was clean they are nice but they DONT listen.. my son wanted a mohawk and after watching her separate his hair I told her we want it as wide as his eyes so the line should match up wit his pupils she did the line again and after the second time I got up and separated his hair for her made the lines straight and centered she clipped it and started to cut.. Its crooked!! The line on one side is straight and there other is way off and does this S like thing the back of his head and she made his mohawk width from one pupil to the bridge of his nose so his mohawk sits on the side of his head not center for 30$ for me to your do your job I was NOT HAPPY!! I ended up cutting his hair after paying another 30$ for clippers and his mohawk is twice as small after trying to get it centered on his head... How do you not do a straight line.. This is your only job!!??
I got an excellent haircut from Amanda! She really knows curly hair - she immediately knew to cut my hair dry, which most stylists dont. She was so sweet, friendly, and attentive, and I felt very comfortable throughout the whole haircut. She made sure I was ready to pull the trigger on a much shorter cut, and gave me some tips on how to care better for my curls moving forward. Ill definitely return to see her again when Im ready for a trim!
I feel like this place is hit or miss. Sometimes we get a great haircut and sometimes it is just okay. It depends on the stylist, although it seems like the stylists I like never stay very long. We go there because it is convenient and my kids like to pick a toy from the treasure box when they are done. The treasures to choose from are pretty sparse, but my kids dont seem to mind.
My so year old so gets his hair cut here regularly. We really like coming here! They do a careful job and we always leave pleased.
Sometimes I go to SuperCuts to get a trim. Im a woman with long hair. Women dont typically get their hair done at these types of places and now I know why. I showed up at this location to request a hair trim. The girl asked if I wanted any other services, and as I was looking at the options I decided to get my hair colored/styled as well. It was my birthday and I was going to go out later, so I thought it could be fun to have someone else do my hair. I opted for a hair color that is similar to mine. It started off pretty routine -- with the hair stylist applying dye to my hair. She washed my hair, but it seemed like she didnt wash thoroughly; I was concerned but didnt say anything because it seemed like she knew what she was doing. She cut my hair and then started collecting her tools so she could start blow drying/styling. My scalp had been super itchy/tingly and I had to scratch it -- when I did, my fingertips/nails were covered in hair dye that was still on my scalp! I told her that there was still hair dye on my head and showed her my hand. I told her we needed to wash the dye out of my hair. She was worried that she would get water down my shirt (I was wearing a black hoodie over a white t-shirt) and had me hold some plastic wrap to my neck, in addition to me sticking my head on the sink. I still felt water trickling down my neck and back. I told her that the water was going down my clothes and that we had to stop. I took off my sweatshirt and t-shirt and was standing there in my sports bra. I decided to bend over the sink and had her finish rinsing my hair. I left after that, deciding not to dry/style my hair there. That experience cost me $105. I gave a standard tip, but I dont think they charged it because it didnt show up on my credit card statement later. My scalp was irritated/itchy for about a week after that. My white t-shirt had dye stains and was ruined. Im never going to SuperCuts again.
I see now why this place has such low reviews. We were in about 2 weeks ago for a haircut for my daughter. They did a passable job but she has both the sides and back shaved and we were just looking to have the already short hair on top trimmed up. So not like the bar was high. HOWEVER, our primary focus was finding out how much it cost to get her (short) hair colored. My daughter showed the stylist a picture of what she wanted and after consulting the color book the stylist quoted $45 and 1.5-2 hours for the color, since it was for short hair. Seeing a “short” theme here? The last thing the stylist recommended was to schedule it in advance on their website the day of to avoid delays. So here we are 2 weeks later...daughter saved up her $45, we picked a day to get it done, I scheduled in advance, we show up on time...AND the stylist there now says it’s going to take 3 hours, we can’t do it after 3p, and it’s now going to cost a minimum of $90 for my daughters SHORT hair that her coworker quoted us $45 for.We will not be back.
We did the online check-in (for a haircut, short hair) arriving 30 minutes before the posted closing time. When we arrived, 2 stylists remained sitting in chairs, on their phones, and we had to initiate the interaction. As they debated which of them would take the cut, one said it would take her longer to clean up and the other said I guess Ill have to take it. (Notice it is how these professionals are referring to a potential client.) Finally, one went to the register and asked if we could come back tomorrow. I said we would go to a place who actually cared about their customers. Then we left. The end? No, one of the stylists followed us out of the door and yelled something at us. We could not hear what was said, but it was not an apologetic tone. This was not the first poor experience I have had here, but it will be my last.
Wonderful cut by Alisia. She used every trick and tool to give shape and texture to my fine hair.
Great conversation with a decent cut. For some reason a chunk was missing but thats OK
This is a nice place, good location, however the lady stylist that cut my hair was in a hurry. I tried to slow her down, she just cut my hair and rushed me out of there. I was there in the middle of the day, I didnt show up at the last minute. I need to go elsewhere now and get it cut right. I dont want to rush back.
I have always liked the cuts I got there. Berlin is a great stylist
Alisia is the best. She takes the time to make you look your best!
Very friendly people, i actually enjoyed the little chat you always get during a haircut. She did an excellent job on the cut two. Its unfortunate i dont live close by or Id come back more often. Also i went around noon time on a Saturday, believe it or not i didnt have to what at all.
Will not be returning, felt extremely rushed yet we were the only ones in there. Wasn’t a welcoming feeling, my husband had to wipe his own face off from all the hair where as most will offer a towel, each one had mis shaped lines when I got home, some patches of hair longer then the rest, all around a poor experience for our first time.
Was happy to have walked in, had zero wait time and a friendly and competent stylist that didnt cost an arm and leg. Recommended for people who value there time and money.
Amanda was lovely and a great cut:)
Idk whats up with this location and them not being able to hire competent employees. Bad cuts. Horrible customer service. Hey the remodel looks great but there’s little to no room for customers to sit down. The highlights are bad customer service and bad haircuts. And I really had hope for this place because I live so close. Oh and don’t bother checking in online. I did and it said there was no wait and I waited 30 minutes. Three ladies working and as soon as it got busy. Two ladies take a lunch and leave one slow older lady behind to clear the long wait list. On the plus side Nicolos pizza is still good lol
Finally my son loses the Shag and has a decent haircut! I like this new place 😀
Best place Ive found in Longmont. I, my wife & her mom all go here.
Ciarra was great and not just about the hair cut she was about the client
Awesome helpful staff that do a great job.
Nice place and a great haircut!
Cant even help customers who make appointments online ontime
I just took my son there and he got a horrible haircuts for overpriced when it should have been free and the lady just kept making excuses of why she couldnt get the haircut right
Good people
