Trish cut & dyed our daughters hair, she absolutely loves it! We couldnt be happier with the quality and price. Will definitely be back!

Was informed I had a bald spot after Laura starting cutting my hair. My fade was uneven. I literally had 2 different lengths going from my long bangs back. It felt like she was rushing & I will not return. When I asked for a refund after having to go get my hair cut redone, I was told by the manager I would have to talk to corporate. There policy is to let another stylist at that location try first. I can see why no one is ever at this location. Other places all had an hour wait except here. Now I see why. Apparently everyone knew except me to avoid this place.

Colleen is the best in the business and the most sweetest hairstyles ever! Im definitely going back for her, also she needs a raise for the wonderful customer service too.

I went in about a month ago with Trish and she did an awsome job!! I came back today @2:30pm to see if I could get my hair colored, and the woman said she really didnt have time and had 1 customer that she was working with. I thought it was funny cause I really didnt think it was going to be a 3 hour job, but even so she had 3 hours. I shopped around Wal-Mart for 30 minutes and as I left, I seen that she was just sitting on her phone with no customers. Funny cause now she has free time to play on her phone!

Patricia is wonderful. She does the best eyebrow wax and gives a great haircut. I trust her so much. I feel like i have known her forever. I will never go to another salon.

I have been seeing Laura who does a very nice job. Unfortunately, I had to go with a different stylist. I spent four hours at the salon and they could not get the color even remotely what I asked for.The stylist was quite unprofessional, and I believe may have addiction issues. I arrived at the salon a blonde and left with dark red hair. I asked for caramel. She also cut way too much hair off. I asked for long layers and have short choppy ones.. I will never return to this place.

Smartstyle longmont salon is under new management and amazing staff of educated and talented stylist. We take pride in our work and love each one of our clients. Our salon will make you feel like a king and queen.

I love this location, Laura did an excellent job on my hair, she listen to what I wanted, and did exactly what I said! She helped me pick out the best shampoo and conditioner for my hair, and was knowledgeable! Best customer service!!!! Thank you Laura, I will return because of her!

I was unhappy with a product that didnt work for me and the company totally took care of me in a very professional manner. I want to thank you for going above and beyond to resolve my issue. Customer service is so important especially in this world today. I really appreciate your genuine concern and I will always remember what you have done to to help me. Even though they were unable to refund or exchange due to the covid crisis, they have offered me to choose another product . This is the type of business I will continue to support!

The lady who did my eyebrows smelled like alcohol and her eyes were bloodshot. She did a horrible job and didnt know how bad until I got home and the redness went down. She dripped something in my eye cause she was intoxicated and wasnt even paying attention to what she was doing. My eyelids were sticky most of the day from what I dont know. I will never go back

My sister came in and wanted to get a shoulder length hair cut and the lady who did her hair thought it wanted to be above the shoulder and then when my mom called her out saying it was to short and the lady just wanted to give up what she already started and had somone else cut my sister hair and now my sister hair is all messed up so unprofessional even supercuts it’s better then this

I had an amazing experience here. First of all, my hair stylist was friendly, smart, and gave me a cut, color, and style that was better than what I expected. I highly recommend the condition treatment and coming to this place for a reasonably priced and high quality experience.

Laura is amazing and listened to what I wanted. I would give 5 stars for her. But there was another lady that was still on the clock waiting to clock out about 15 minutes of her shift left, she was walking around the salon on her cell phone having personal conversation. I also work in a salon and have managed 5 salons you never would have seen a cell phone on the salon floor. Very unprofessional. That is what the back room is for.

Danita is amazing!!!!! I only go to her, my cousins go and see Mark, he’s amazing too!!! If you want to leave that salon with what you ask for, go see one of them.

Young stylist there with the buzzed hair and glasses. She completely butchered my hair! She cut it WAY shorter than I wanted and there were sections of my hair that were longer than the rest! Wish I could give zero stars!

When power went out, she kept calm, continued working, it was a little exciting. Very pleased.

The girl with no hair took way too much of my hair. Asked for bangs and got spikes. The rest of the ladies are great!

WORST CUT EVER!!!!I should of known better when I drove up to Walmart. I asked if she could do a certain cut and the lady said yes. I even showed her a picture. She took less than 10 mins to cut my hair and it was the worst hair cut I have ever gotten. Good thing hair grows back.
