I tried to appreciate this place, but cannot. Ive been to this location 3 times. Ive been disappointed in my haircut all three times. You pay 29 dollars for their MVP and you would expect the haircut to be at least on par with floyds, but its not, and the hair dressers are lackadaisical about it. No neck shave, their shampoo is cheap smelling, and you have to shoulder up with kids and seniors while you attempt to explain what a modern haircuts looks like. Now isnt a time to waste money on services only partially rendered.

I went to this location on Saturday the 21st. The store manager (I forgot to get her name / mid 20s/ very nice) cut my hair, I just want to say it honestly looks fantastic she did exactly what I wanted! I know people like myself like to read reviews of a place before going. She did awesome! Her line work and reshaping my head to the correct shape I wanted takes a lot of skill! Ive been here before and had a great experience but this time was the worst haircut Ive ever had. Stylist was quick and sloppy. I asked her to clean it up a little bit and she seemed to put even less effort in. Her clippers werent taken care of and kept pulling my hair. I only needed the sides and back of my head cleaned up and she ruined it. Not worth the base price of a haircut by any means.

Thankfully, they were having a slow Sunday, so Kat could take care of me immediately. She was amazing, so amiable and professional. She faced me a great haircut, shampoo, and massage. For a couple dollars more than a simple haircut, you get one hell of a lot more.

I dont even watch sports, but the people that work here know how to cut dude hair.

I really enjoy the, Guyosphere. Its almost everything a, Guy, wants in a haircut! A Hot towel, A shampoo & condition, A bit of a rub and a decent cut for a decent price. Only thing I miss here is a razor fade/shave. I truly love a good, clean, straight razor shave! Old-school! Nobody does it like that anymore! Not even these guys!

Ive come to this location twice, and both times the very young stylist seems to not like the fact that Im a white gray haired man. Quite frankly I get treated terribly while the younger men sitting in the chairs next to me get fond over and first class treatment. They did a terrible haircut with none of the fantastic sports clips attitude. there was even a sign on the wall saying that if you give us a 10 out of 10 will give you MVP treatment. Its pathetic when you have to buy a 10 out of 10.

Great experience. Hair looks great. They were professional. Had good conversation but not so much that I felt forced to talk the whole time or the that the stylist wasnt paying attention. I got a free shampoo, massage and hot towel at the end for it being my first time in.

Ive been going here every month since theyve opened and I like it a lot. Several of the stylists are very good but theres one or two who arent so good, just like everywhere else. I always get the MVP as I really like the shampoo after the haircut (so you dont have to take a shower to remove cut hair), the hot towel treatment, and the quick shoulder massage. I try to go during off times so I dont have to wait and Ive been very lucky in this regard. They do just about everything right, I just wish all the stylists were as good as Hilaria and Marissa. I also wish I could find more coupons as the regular price is a little on the high side.

They get you in and out fast and do good work, but it does depend on the stylist....some are just better than others.

Ashley was my hair-mechanic at sports clips and she really helped me tune up my look. I felt welcomed by her and she took the time give me a trim I’m happy about. I appreciate the extra care around my cowlick too. Thank you Ashley and Sports Clips!

Definitely the fastest VIP I have ever gotten. I feel like I was back in a military barbershop where it literally took 2 minutes. Never even got a chance to enjoy my VIP. This place couldnt even get my name right. Great clips is more personable than this place. So needless to say I am extremely disappointed. Not sure if Ill ever be back. I guess this is a good place if you want to turn and burn, just not worth spending the money. Im rating this an extremely poor value.

When getting a haircut, you should go somewhere that the staff is experienced. A place where people are friendly. You find that here. Stylists that know their job, can hold a conversation & reccomend the right products for your hair. Great Place

Ive given this place two attempts--both a complete disaster and have left me with utter disappointment. Twice Ive asked for a haircut for a 6 year old--and both times I give explicit directions and both times they do the opposite of what I ask. I ask for his bangs to stay long and to the side. Instead he comes out looking like he went through a lawn mower with old blades. I ask for his hair to cover his ears and it gets shaved. Its concerning. I will never go back. I would suggest more training for your staff. Very inexperienced and unskilled staff--consider other places.

Came in for my 5 year old sons haircut.. for his birthday and school starting next week. There was a 10 minute wait, which should have been my first clue because the great clips and sports clips in firestone had over an hour wait. Anyways, she quickly cleaned off the chair (with tons if hair still on the floor from the previous client) she cut my sons hair. I told her not to take any off the top, she cut the top short. His bangs were SO un even, i came back a few hours to have her fix it. And she was the manager! Yikes. while waiting for my son to get his hair fixed, there was a guy in front of me that said the same thing happened to him and he avoids her. Not to mention the price was DOUBLE great clips.

Give good quick haircuts but they tend to mess up the order in which people come in with their kiosk system - 2 people came in after me and checked in and got seen almost right away bypassing 3 of us waiting - I tried calling ahead but they said they only accept walking but 3 people that came in after me checked in online and got see before me?

One of the better sports clips to go to. My experience has been very positive. There is a woman who works there currently named Veann, great with the clippers, but really just the type of person to turn a bad day good again. The kind of person who makes you look forward to a haircut. Im not saying it doesnt happen, but Ive never seen her in a bad mood. Sign in online so you know when to get there as with the sports clips business model, a wait is possible in busy times if you simply walk in. 👍

I took my son there and one of the girls shaved off part of his eye brow and she laughed about it. It was the day before his school pictures and I put in a complaint and I have not heard from them. The girl thought she was cute about it and didnt even apologize..... but after she did it she tried to take a comb to it to even the other one out without asking me first. I was upset NEVER WILL I GO BACK AGAIN...

Worse haircut Ive ever received. Sides are uneven and she cut off my f****** widows peak. That ontop of NOT listening to anything I had to says even after I showed her picture of my hair.I would go ask for a refund, but Im too horrified to walk in there and look another new employee in their eyes. Reason being that after the stylist butchered my hair, she tried to style (aka hide) her mistakes with great smelling hair gel. Bad hair cut. Worst I have had as far as I can remember. Hair sticks out near crown of head. Sections that are short, others that are long. Stuck wearing a baseball cap for the next few weeks. I just moved here and was desperate for a hair cut - dont make the same mistake.

Showed up before closing time, granted only by 10 minutes, but I was in desperate need of a haircut and as soon as i walked in Sorry. Were closed. So maybe if 6:00 is closing time, change it to 5:30 so your hair cutters can be out by 6. Also, it didnt help there was one person in a chair and someone else waiting for a haircut. How can you have someone waiting yet tell me youre closed?
