M and M recently replaced the furnace in our greenhouse. Dan came out and gave us an estimate and discussed our needs. Alex and Jason did the installation and were knowledgable professional and efficient. I can highly recommend working with M and M for any Heating or Electrical needs. I could not be more pleased with the service, removal and installation of my new boiler. The employees from reception/scheduling (Donna) to the gentlemen who did the removal and replacement (Cody and David) were very professional, timely and respectful. Cody and David were very careful to not dirty and scratch any surface even though the old and new units were extremely heavy. Excellent service from start to finish! Communication is fantastic throughout. We were fit in to the schedule quickly for an AC service call on our 25 year old unit that wasnt blowing cold which is awesome with a 7 months pregnant wife in 100 degree temps. Brian did an excellent job checking the old system, explaining the issue, and making sure there was nothing that could be done to get in working well. We got an new unit install appraisal right there on the spot, financing options were excellent even though we didnt use them still great to see. Brian went out of his way to make sure we had a temporary unit so my wife was comfortable until the install. Less than a week after the call we are back to blowing cold with a new efficient unit. Trey did an excellent job running the new electrical outside, it is very clean. Guillermo and Cody did an outstanding job on the new condenser and evaporator install as well. Everything looks exceptional at every part of the install. Cleanup was thorough and nothing was left behind. As an engineer myself I was extremely satisfied with the quality and efficiency of all the service we received.

Requested a estimate for a new hvac system since the current one was 23 years old and the ac was no longer working. Dan came out and provided me with an estimate for a couple of systems. I wanted to compare one stage furnaces with the two stage furnaces to see if the difference in price was large enough to make a difference. Dan provided me with another estimate and I knew shortly after receiving the new estimate that the original equipment that was quoted was the best for us. We got a few estimates from different places and Dan worked with us to make us comfortable moving forward with the purchase through M and M. Other places wanted us to wait 5 or more weeks for install but Dan was able to get a crew out to install within a week or so. Our installers (Jaime, Alex and Jason) installed our new system within 5 hours. They went over all the equipment and operation details and were very patient with all the questions I had. I will be using them for all maintenance on this system. Also any questions or concerns we had were responded to within 24 hours.

First of all, Lalo was very kind and polite as he found out what was wrong with our older system. He actually repaired it, but we decided it was time to change. Our AC had finally reached point of replacement, after 25+years of operation. I had used M&M before and was pleased with their work. They came out, performed a thorough evaluation of the system and offered several options of equipment and answered all of our questions about the work to completed. the crew arrived on the day and time scheduled and all work was completed to a very high degree of professionalism, details were paid attention to, from sealing of the ducting joints to sealing the outside wall penetration for the coil tubes and electrical. The site was completely cleaned up and their technician came back to go over the work with me in person as I was out of town when the work was completed. 10stars! Excellent work from quote to completion.

Great company, with great customer service. We had used them several times in the past for small repairs. They were one of several companies we called for quotes to install ac and a new furnace. Chris, who came out was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, helpful, but not pushy at all, it was a big part of our decisionto use them. Our technicians that came out for the installation, Memo and Cody, were great. They were polite, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. They were very careful and mindful to make sure our cats didnt sneak out the door too. When there was a slight mix-up on which thermostat we had asked for (mistakes happen, we are all only human), they were quick to contact the office to get it figured out. It was figured out, and they came back to install the correct one, and took the time to go through how to use it with us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we are enjoying our nice, cool house. We will absolutely continue to use them for our heating and cooling needs.

Customer service was really great—very organized and communicative from quote to installation. Guillermo and Cody handled the bulk of the installation and were very courteous and respectful. The whole team also made a big effort to install the electrical cables in a way that was the least visually disruptive possible. And very patient of a crazy dog! Cody from M and M came out today to install a new water heater. We had just come home from a vacation to find the water heater inoperative. Of course we wanted it fixed right away but had realistic expectations. So we were surprised when Cody arrived less than half an hour after the call to the friendly folks at M and M. We had a great experience working with Brian Adair and Cody Gienger who helped repair a leak in one of our pipes caused by a flooring contractor. They offered solutions to save money and address some of our other needs including replacing our toilets. I would absolutely work with them again. I would have given 5 star but wanted to say I understand that the day becomes busy and can you can fall behind in your day but if u tell them someone will be coming between 1 and 3 and then u don’t receive a call A technician shows up at 5 that’s a little frustrating. Common courtesy is to call and let the customer know in advance so there not sitting around all day. My technician Derrick was great! Very professional, kind, and nice did a great job!

Dan came out promptly for the estimate, which offered a great value for what we were looking for. He was very personable and professional. Got a quote on a mini-split one week and they installed it the next after knocking off a significant amount due to the ease of my particular install. They were timely, courteous and I would recommend them for your next heating and cooling needs. Cody and Guillermo were amazing. Worked through how it would look on the front of the house with a gutter in place to cover the wires. It is the same color as my home and I hardly notice it. Derrik Abbott was great. I had previously had M and M fix my furnace/AC coils drain (it became blocked). First thing Derrik wanted to do was take a look at that repair and performed a quick check of my furnace. Then he performed AC maintence and discussed what he saw and measured. Thankfully all good news for me today. Have had great luck with M and M and plan to use their services in the future.

I had them come out to quote a water heater related job for me. They explained to me why it made the most sense to just wait until I need to replace my current water heater. I appreciate the advice rather than trying to make a quick buck by performing service I didnt truly need.

My tenants were having problems with my 25 year old furnace and AC. They contacted M and M to come out and see what could be done. Colorado was in the middle of a June heat wave so it took about 2 weeks to get an appointment. Once the guys came out they worked with my tenants and there was no messing around. I was able to get a new furnace and AC installed the next day. I would highly recommend this company.

Ive had M and M install some additional outlets (2x 240 volt and 2x 120 volt outlets) in my garage, the work was done at 2 separate times approximately 6 months apart. In both cases, I was extremely impressed with their service! Their technicians have always been punctual, showing up at the very beginning of my 2 hour scheduled windows and providing courtesy calls about 10-15 minutes ahead of time. Their pricing has been fair, the quality of work excellent, and the technicians (and sales consultants) were polite and respectful. Chad & Chris were so persistent and helpful in getting our new hot tub running. They installed a 240 service and then came back out to re-wire our 110 hot tub to 240. There was an issue with the box that came with the tub and the manufacturer sent out a new one. We hired M & M to replace our two aging (23 yr old) water heaters, before they failed, with a new tankless hot water heater. They came this morning, on time, and sure enough, one of the old water heaters had started to leak on the unfinished basement floor. Our timing couldnt have been better. Dave and Ken came and started work immediately. Ken does the electrical part of the installation, but convinced us to purchase a surge protector for the entire home. He was fast and efficient and did both of his jobs by lunchtime.Dave was here the entire day doing the major install and was fast and efficient and cleaned up after wards. He even turned off the lights to the basement when he was done. Another crew of two came to do the exhaust pipe installation, and they were courteous, quick, and efficient.All of the staff that came to our home were respectful of the house, the cat and the cats owners. They all seemed to work well together and had a pleasant banter.We will continue to use M & M for our heating, a/c and other needs.

We have had some trouble with water leaking in the basement. Jim came out first and was incredible. He was so nice and professional. His work was completed in a timely manner. Its obvious he knows what he is doing. We had developed another water issue, and Jim and Brian Adair came out the second time. They helped address and fix the immediate issue. Im so grateful that we were able to use them. I highly recommend!

My furnace decided to break a few days before the temperature was supposed to hit -11F or so. Chris Lucarelli was able to come out within an hour of calling to inspect the furnace and offered several options to me. Since my furnace was getting up there in age I just decided to replace the whole thing. Chris and Lalo Lara came out the next day (note: other HVAC companies I called couldnt even come out to give an estimate for 2-3 days) and installed a new furnace by noon. I was incredibly impressed with the install and how they cleaned everything up and brought things up to code. I highly recommend M&M and will absolutely go to them in the future.

Cody and Memo came back the 2nd day after the initial install to button a few things up and we were done - other than the follow up visit from Chris a day or so later to check in on the install and make sure that the system was running to their high standards.M and M was a breath of fresh air (literally and figuratively) after not feeling like we could trust the other guys. I knew right off the bat that Chris and his team were honest and had our best interests in mind. They werent just trying to get another sale - they were genuinely interested in helping us out.We have a 10 month old baby at home as well which they were very cognizant of and took that into consideration in helping us get our system installed quickly.PLEASE reach out to M and M for your home comfort needs. You wont regret it.

This is my second good experience with M&M HVAC. We had a 21yr old furnace and ac replaced, and Im very happy with the work. Mano and Cody were very professional and quickly replaced the old units and walked me through the completed work and differences from my old system

I usually dont write reviews, but Memo and Cody did an excellent job replacing my furnace and AC today, which went beyond my expectation. Very professional, detail oriented, and pleasant to work with.

Cody and David did an amazing job installing a new tankless water heater after our 10-year old standard water heater developed a sudden, massive leak. The company as a whole was very responsive and timely in getting us scheduled so as to minimize our familys time without hot water. Cody and David were very organized, thorough, and courteous, and we are very happy with the quality of both the service and the product.

Big thank you to M and M for being so responsive and being able to get our system replaced within a week! With a toddler and infant in the house, maintaining a comfortable temperature is worth it’s weight in gold. Thank you Isi and Jaime for staying until the system was operational, I’m sure it cut into your time with your families. I will continue to use M and M for all my HVAC needs, and possibly more now that I know the scope of their work!

Our AC unit went out over the holiday, so we called M and M. Lalo Lara was our technician. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to get our unit fixed quickly.

M and M exceeded my expectations. Sunday night my AC goes down. I submitted a request for contact, first thing Monday morning I get to speak with a wonderful phone representative. She shocks me by letting me know she could have someone at my place that day.I didnt know she was sending the best HVAC person Ive met. Brien G called me to let me know when he would arrive at my house. He was right on time, introduced himself, handed me his card. Brien went above and beyond not only finding and fixing my unit. He took the time to educate me on how the HVAC system I have works. I had the Jim Kelley come and replace my water heater. He was quick and I didnt notice he was there.Jaime and Memo install a new heating/AC system. They were detailed in there work and walked me through all the work they performed.Ken came and finished the electrical work. The lines were not sized properly for the unit and he got everything up dated.

I highly recommend M&M! Cody came out and installed a new garbage disposal at my parents home. He was very professional, kind and thorough. Cody explained what the issue was with the garbage disposal, installed a new one and noticed a small problem with a pipe being lose and fixed that as well, so we were able to avoid potential problem. Great company and people! Thank you!

Brian A. was very personable, efficient, and knowledgable. He had to deal with some previous errors when installing the toilet and he was able to find excellant solutions for those errors. I would highly recommend this company and Brian. I know where to turn when we tackle our next home repair.

Everyone from Donna in the office to Cody who installed our water heater were great. Customer service is very important to me and this M and M really take the time to take care of you. Cody knew what he was doing and had a mask on and plastic around his shoes. He told me how long it would take and he was right on schedule. We had an oversize old water heater but they were able to get it out. He was professional and nice. I would recommend this company to everyone. Cody and Donna are the best! I wish all companies were like this one.

I can highly recommend M&M Heating, we called in this morning as our AC was not working, Lalo- the Field Supervisor came by this afternoon, took pictures of the broken AC, explained the damage and needed repair, and even had the parts available. What can I say, our AC is up and running! Thank you Lalo and M and M for a outstanding customer service and care.

M&M recently replaced my HVAC system. They were professional and responsive in all aspects from sale (Chris) to installation (Aleks & Jason). When the installation was taking longer than expected extra M&M resources came by to help to make sure the install was completed on a 95 degree day. After installation, they took the time to show my wife and me the new system and how the Infinity Sytem Control worked. We are very happy with our decision to work with M&M.

Jim, one of their techs, installed a pressure regulator on our irrigation system. He actually arrived early, which was great. He explained everything, was really friendly, and his work was top-notch. I highly recommend M and M!

These guys are amazing. They sent an army to install the system Dan designed. They were quick and professional.It only took 2x 8hr work days to:•Replace Furnace (main level instead of crawl space) with High Efficiency unit•Add High Efficiency AC•Add home humidifier•Add all new ducting in attic with new ceiling vents•Remove old furnace and ducting from crawl space•Cap all old floor vents•Replace Thermostat•Add tankless water heater•Add new water lines•Remove old water heater•Stub in for gas rangeAlex was great, he answered all my questions before I could ask them and was very thorough. All the guys were professional, kept their distance when possible, and wore masks when not possible, most wore masks all the time. They covered everything when cutting drywall and put drop cloths everywhere they had to walk inside. They respected the need for me to let the dogs out to take a bathroom breaks, and took a break when I asked. They not only vacuumed when done, they mopped too.Their quote was a little higher than the other company I checked, but the other company wouldnt add the new ducts and vents until next fall/winter and that wasnt included in their quote, so M&M got the job. M&M also totaled out about $1000 less than the original quote too. No regrets at all.Dont hesitate to pick them. Again, theyre amazing

We had a sewer line rupture and the line needed to be replaced. Brian A. came out and was super professional and was more than polite even when the cleanup team did less than a stellar job making the area workable. Brians customer centric attitude really showed. Hopefully, we wont have any more plumbing issues, but we know who to call when we do.

Cody was the installer for a tankless water heater. Arrived on time, used protective mattes for carpet, completed the work on time, answered all questions. Left all work areas clean.

Cody Gienger installed the heating system for me answered all my questions and was great!Would 100% use again!

Thought the 2 m and m technicians that installed my furnace and ac unit where very professional, polite and respectful. They were Alex and Jason . These are the type of guys I would like to have working for me . .

Losing hot water and getting to clean up wet basement is a lousy way to spend a Sunday morning. Fortunately M&M HVAC was able to send Cody Gienger out to replace our very leaky (it was really an open water line this point) water heater. He was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. Cody left the basement cleaner than he found it and explained all of the necessary details before leaving. I have used M&M to perform couple of major mechanical upgrades and it is technicians like Cody that will keep me coming back to them.

AC always goes on the fritz on the hottest days lol. My 15 yr old system was getting tired so I called M and M. From my initial technician Lalo, to Trey and his helpers (sorry dont remember the names)who upgraded my electric to Isi and Jaime who installed the system, they all were fantastic.Professional, prompt, courteous all define the great level of service from this company, including the office staff who kept me apprised of appointments and timing. They really do well keeping you informed on when the techs. are on their way.
