The guy running the place at the front counter has a horrible customer service with people. I believe he said his name was Juan or Jose Amador or something like that. I asked about the star they stamp at a card and he says it’s for gifts. Yet another person had said it was for free a oil change after ten stamps. After back and forth confrontation the guy started cursing at me and saying to go else where and do what ever the hell I wanted. I do NOT recommend this site what’s so ever. Save yourself the headache and time with this individual. For the record the gift they try and give you it’s less then $10.

Been getting my truck oil change for years here there the best.

Great service but they need more service bays. It may take up to two hours to get a truck oil and lube. That being said the have a customer loyalty program and always do a good job. Ive had my bosses semi serviced here at least 11 times.

Had a typical oil change on my truck and had a good experience, they recommended some things and fixed them, they were quick, professional and courteous. They gave my truck a look over, answered any questions I had and I genuinely felt like they werent trying to rip me off as is sometimes the case at truck shops. Prices seemed fair, reasonable and competitive. Am definitely going again. Thanks guys.

Relatively fast. They do this and all day long. Friendly staff. A clean restroom is the only thing it needs to be perfect.

Very fast and attentive to detail. If theres anything wrong or needs addressing, they let you know right away and ask for permission to address the issue. Fair prices, and hospitable staff! Make sure you give your self plenty of time before closing hours as they get packed quick!

The tech that this place does not know what they were doing. I have a oil change and filter change and they put all the wrong filter on my truck, witch calls problems for me the very next time I drove it. I cal the shop and talk to the manager and he told me there tech did nothing wrong. By the time I fixed the truck I was in the hundreds of dollars. This is garbage. Go at your on risk

Upon Taking our 2013 Volvo We asked specifically not to use Cheap Baldwin Filters. Stay away from this place.

Very good place to do your services.There is the oil you want either from the hose, which is a little cheaper.Bucket and even gallon.The staff are very friendly and leave problems at home as they always bring a smile on their face ...Theres only one tiny fly in the ointment ...I do not know why they always put more miles than I ask for on the stikers ...I tell them put 10,000 for the next change and they put 23,000And if I tell them to put 12,000, they put 28,000.Its not a big problem, I just lightning the stikers and with a pen I put the miles that I need.
