I took my car in for an inspection and it turned out that it was basically shot. They were very upfront about everything, showed me and explained to me everything that my car needed and were very polite and professional. As a girl its hard to find a good mechanic that will explain the issues in plain terms and not try to pull one over on you. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an honest mechanic that will give you a good deal.

They overcharge and will straight up sneak things you didnt ask for in the bill. came in for an oil change, got 2 new tires and a brake light. told them I wasnt paying and they unfixed what wasnt broken. Thats called cramming and is a crime! find a better shop

AAA battery service center. RECOMMENDED by Client & AAA.I was referred to this shop by AAA as it is one of their battery service centers. After dealing with another one of AAA authorized battery service centers on Sunday I was a little skeptical upon arriving at this location to resolve my issue.In about 15-20 minutes from my arrival they tested my car battery and replaced it under AAAs 3 year warranty service. NO HASSLES, NO BS. Just QUICK SERVICE. ISSUE RESOLVED! :) I cannot say they were too friendly, but they did quickly resolve my issue above satisfaction.STRONGLY recommend this location as a AAA battery service center.

Uh OH... Steam coming from engine compartment @ idle, AAA towed from Costco Gas Station (Willow & Cherry), to Atlantic & Wardlow, upon RECOMMENDATION of my AAA Roadside Assist. NO engine light or High Temp on gauge, NADA! Just steam! Had it towed IMMEDIATELY!Arrival approx. 12:20p. Spoke with owner (Ken?), he mentioned his mechanics (Jason?), were all @ lunch. Ken did a cursory check of the engine compartment, found no problems. He then mentioned that it could be ANYTHING from a cracked hose to a blown head gasket, and all the NIGHTMARISH problems in the spectrum. They will have to pressure test the cooling system, I said NO Problem, thats expected. I then had AAA drive me home, NO problem! I got home and changed into a more suitable attire, then caught the LBT bus #103 from my residence directly to Don & Harolds. Elapsed time then was approx. 2pm upon arrival. My 2001 Mazda Protege was sitting JUST AS I LEFT IT!!!!I stood at my car (open hood), for about 5 minutes, all the time watching mechanics hustling to and fro, NOT paying an inkling of attention to ME. FINALLY, I went into the office, was asked; can I help you, sir?, and I asked if my car has, at least, been looked at. NO, was the answer and was told my car is next in line for the technician.I IMMEDIATELY asked for my keys and drove (carefully), home, about 1 1/2 miles. VERY poor customer service, VERY poor communication, albeit, very polite. When I first arrived, there were hardly any cars waiting. After taking the bus approx. 2 hours later, they were suddenly, VERY busy while my car sat WITHOUT even ANY consideration whatsoever. Luckily, I have a mobile Mechanic that will fix. I feel that this operation will take advantage of any and all circumstances to THEIR advantage. If I could rate NEGATIVE, I would have NO PROBLEM!!!!!!!
