They use cheap products. 2of my nails broke with in less than 24hrs. And i had 3 cracked nails. I went back a 2nd time and the same thing happened. My nails broke in less than 24hrs each time costing me about $70. Her workers dont know what they are doing. They put callus removal on my hands and arms instead of oil, made me have a bad allergic reaction. When i told Diane all she said oh Im sorry he didnt know what he was doing and still made me pay. Its not a clean or sanitary salon. When i used their restroom one workers was washing his tools in cold water. And then used them on a new client.

First, I must say MOST bad reviews are ridiculous & some even straight lie (ex: She made my finger bleed, covered it up...but then says it was cleaned with peroxide? 🤣 Photo shows nothing!).. & LAST BUT DEF NOT LEAST: I LOVE THIS PLACE (& Old reviews were different owners anyway) .. Shes a very nice lady trying to remodel as she can so if youre THAT picky, whyd u go? Lol) All I do is tell her EXACTLY what & how I want my nails & she does it. Rule of thumb: Check your nails BEFORE you leave. Shes awesome & I always leave happy...& theres no crazy extra charges like one bad review on here...Check her out, be straight out (nicely), & youll leave HAPPY! Got nails done Monday come Wednesday night 2 nails fell off. They made them to thin then says it is because my nail is short but not true others have done them. Went to get my two nails fixed and they wanted to charge me 2 bucks. They said that they are not responsible for broken nail but yet there fault. Do not go here again they don’t do a good job and don’t know what they are doin. Any other place would of fixed it no problem

Yesterday was my first time going. I did not leave happy. I pay $51 and did not receive any sort of customer service. Not to mention... They charge you $15 if you used to chair massage. They charge you if they have to remove ingrown toenails. They charge you if they take longer than an hour or servicing you. And they also charge you to remove nail polish from your nail if you were unhappy with the color they placed. These are all things that should be included with your pedicure when you go and visit. I still have glue stuck to my nails and fingers. I still have old polish underneath my nails because they did not want to remove the undercoat that I dislike and ask them to. And I still have an unsatisfied handset

So the woman was super nice and you do get your own tools. This does not salvage the fact that my pedicure and manicure are probably the worse I have ever gotten. My nails were super uneven and she swore that they were dry but they had bubble in the polish and a few of them were smudged. She also wouldnt let me pick my color and argued with me on every choice. Super cheap but I could have done better than this.

The worst nails. The ladies are very kind so maybe this was just an off day but... i had to redo my gel nails after 7 day bc it was chipping off completely.

The worst place to get your nails done, not only did she not do what I asked for but once I got home and washed my hands and washed a few dishes, I noticed that two of my nails were peeling. I had that powder stuff on my nails, which she said would last longer then gel. I wanted to go back the next day but they close on Sunday, this sucks!!!! Never again at this place

Alvin is the best by far, he is fast and does a great job. i am one happy customer :) Also he has the best price around !!! But most important they use sanitized tools, every person gets a new pack to insure their safety !!!Thanks Alvin,Heidi Rivera

They have good service and there is a lady in particular that does the best pedis Ive ever had. Its kind of cheap and not too expensive.

DIRTY! UNSANITARY! Came to this place and got a mani and pedi. Got an infection on my toe and had to get a surgical procedure done. They refused to give me a refund. Terrible customer service, dirty place and you risk an infection! I will most definitely call the state on them.

Altho they were very busy, we got the best service.. best pedi i had in a while i know you couldnt tell but a couple weeks or so ago i had one done they took no time i was rushed and i paid a but* load compared to you guy my mother in law and i will be retuning customer... and i feel like i found a great salon Alvin was the best... and all the women are courteous and polite, thnk again for the service you provided ( PEOPLE WOMEN AND MEN GO HERE !!!!!!

The young lady who did my nails made me bleed and tried to hide it. My finger is now swollen... she only applied peroxide on one of the fingers that was bleeding... bad serviceAlso left nail polish on my sisters finger and the other old lady kept insisting that it was just my sisters finger nails that is effed up...
