Great service! The atmosphere is nice and Kim did a fabulous job on my nails. Im really picky about my shape so thats saying alot..Ive been going to the same person for years because no one seems to get my shape right..Kim Nailed it! ..its super close to my house so I will definitely be going again..

I used to come here before the new owner all of my Childhood, the previous owner and the employees were professional unlike the the new management they have. I went to remove my acrylics which were put on in the salon with such an ugly shape they said they could do coffin shape and they didnt do it right and Nini had me crying and screaming as she YANKED off every single acrylic without soaking it. 100% dont recommend this place save your time and money.Never going again.

I was there 2 days ago. I used to come here before new management. I never had any bad experience with My dip power until now with new management. Its only been 2 days since I got dip power and my nails are looking so bad now. The dip power is chip, Crack and is coming off already. I dont recommend this place.

It’s an ok place, not the nicest or most professional but I have gotten the best gel nails here from anywhere else I’ve gone and their prices are reasonable too.

I asked for a simple design. Black flames. Neenee said she could do it. She wasn’t able to do it and told me I needed to pick a different design. I told her she lied to me and she flipped out and said I can’t say that.Super un professional. Should’ve known the quality based off the fact that there was no one here. Left with my nails not done and she still tried to charge me full price.

Have bee searching for new go-to sport for dip nail full set forever, and i think I finally found it.After a few visits at different nail salons only to be told to be what i was looking for wouldnt look goodso they couldnt do it, was So excited to meet NiNi today who happily said she could definitely do what I bought in.She expected my expectations. I have short nail bed and perfect somewhat natural looking my nail, but still like having a design and she perfect what i was looking for. I fell so happy and confident whit my dip nail and design! I can wait to come back. Thank you so muchLove this place!I recently moved to the area, and found on yelp. Its cute, clean, and my manicure are always on point when i leave here. The staff members are very sweet and personable. I have yet to try any of the spa services, but I highly recommend this nail shop..

I LOVE this place and I LOVE the DELUXE SPA PEDICURE. The ladies are quiet but are not rude, chat with them and they will chat with you! The place is clean and they do a great job with nails and pedicures! They have other services as well! They do get busier in the afternoon so make an appointment BUT early mornings are usually slower!

Love getting my nails done here theyre always quick and do a great job at it nails always look beautiful and the shopping center has it all great location plenty of parking. Hot towels and massage chairs for pedicures a girls paradise 🥰😄🌹

Very reasonably priced nail salon. Not the friendliest of people working there. Once you get to know them they may crack a smile. unless you go first thing in the morning I would make an appointment. The ladies dont show up on time. theres usually only one there in the morning when they open. Pretty average for a nail salon nothing elaborate. Pretty good selection of Polish

Absolutely the worst nail service I have received. I came in as a walk-in requesting a gel polish change on my natural nails, was told the wait would be 20 minutes which ended up being 40 minutes. The guy who did my nails did a lousy job shaping my nails. I had a few nails that werent shaped straight. When he started painting my nails the gel polish was not the same color as the sample nail color swatch I had chosen. Instead of removing the wrong color coats off my nail they added a coat of another color. My nail gel polish coats were lumpy and bumpy. Then they had nerve to tell me they charge $1.00 for debit/credit card form of payment. I had a debit card and told them it was illegal to mandate a surcharge to use a debit card. They insisted on the $1.00 fee and I refused to pay it. They suggested I pay cash which I didnt have on me. I asked where a Chase bank was nearby which they acted dumb to. I walked out the door and an Asian woman followed me outside telling me I couldnt leave. I told her I could and did. I found a Chase bank and went back to the salon and paid them. I do not recommend this salon due to their illegal payment fee practices and lack of professionalism. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Just had my nails done there two weeks ago with the powder dipping. My nails were so beautiful will now continue to go here for all my pedicure and manicures.

HORIBBLE.I decided to try this place out for the first time. I went in and asked for a full set. To begin with, the woman doing my nails didnt seem too invested in the time she put into my nails. She appeared lazy as she kept sighing and turning different directions. She did the least best possible job she could do. She hardly glued and pressed the nails on. I actually had her fix one of them, it was such a lousy job, they kept lifting while she was filing them into the shape i wanted. When I left the shop I still tipped her, come to find out 5-6 days later they were already breaking off; mind you, acrylic nails are supposed to last at least 3 weeks with a good job done and I get my nails done all the time. She did them so thin I will never go there again. Do not waste your time.

I see the complaints being said about this salon. Ive Been a regular customer for years even, with the change in mgmt & staff. I have also frequented several other nail salons locally & within LA. These ladies may not speak English well but they do their best and give good service. Prices vary pending the service you want. If you are expecting superior service I suggest tipping better as the average time to do nails is 30 to 45 minutes. What do you expect to get for a 1 or 2 dollar tip? If you want fast food service I suggest you go to a finger and toe drive thru.

I went to another salon last summer, and HATED my experience there. The women who worked there were rude, and made rude comments as well. (You dont ask a pregnant woman how far along she is then tell her that her belly is too small and ask her if her baby is normal... you just dont) On top of that, they ruined my nail job, didnt do them like I had shown them, and had the nerve to overcharge us.This place, however, was nice. The people who work there are nice, they do an amazing job, and their pricing is fair. I had my 8 month old son with me, and after she (her name is Laurie) finished painting my nails, she held him for me while I let the paint dry. She didnt have to, either, but she did. :) I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their nails done without being disrespected or overcharged. Ill surely be going back to them next time I want a manicure done.

Extremly overpriced !!!!My nails came out good but they were extremly over priced $85 for a plain set of ombré nails & pedicure also my pedicure was horrible the way the lady put the polish on my toes looked like a 2 year old did it. It’s very cramped and small in this shop and they do not have any price list on the wall the only thing you have is word of mouth unprofessional, although my nails turned out nice i feel cheated out of $85 dollars i was over charged for nails/pedicure there is no way that the work that was done was worth as much as I paid the guy doing my nails kept stopping every 10 minutes to help other nail techs, and on top of that they don’t even scrub your feet good when you get callus remover that’s extra money so it needs to be done correctly, even my mom and grandma were not satisfied with the services they received, I do not recommend this place don’t waste your time or money find a place where they don’t over charge just for the hell of it, You have been warned!!!

My sister and I went in their nail shop to get a full set and pedicure each. They all looked at us crazy as if they didnt want our service. After rolling their eyes and whispering in their language, one lady rudely asked, What You Want? My sister answered and she rolled her eyes again. We didnt like their attitudes so we left. Horrible customer service!

I just called to see if I could get a wax and I could barely understand the lady and to top it off she hung up on me. Very unprofessional
