Great atmosphere, great cardio, excellent staff! Knowledgeable coaches covering the basics for every level of fitness. No other total body workout available outside of the water.... so much fun!Rowing is the best low/no impact exercise I have found - all effort based. I have lost 10 lbs, decreased my joint pain & waistline; with increased energy, flexibility, and improved posture.Come join our 530 AM class! Both my wife and I enjoy starting our day with this 45 minute workout.
Im really enjoying this new gym. Having rowed 4 years at CSULB, and some more after school, I really wanted to get back into rowing. This gym offers some great classes. So if you are a former rower, or want to try something new and great come join. High energy music and great coaches to help push and encourage you .
As a former athlete, I was highly impressed with the intensity of these classes. Nothing better than just showing up and getting a full body workout. Make sure to drop in Noelles classes, she is my favorite instructor!
Janae is wonderful. I absolutely love her, she is very helpful. I enjoyed my first class with Jaymee. The power house is a great workout that incorporates rowing and weights yayyy
