I’ve been here many times because it’s a convenient location for me, and every time I leave disappointed.The main guy is always rude.The service is bad, always a lazy halfway job with spots on the exterior and the trash not put away.I would definitely not recommend.

I spent $90 total for full service interior cleaning and hand wax. My car was dirtier on the inside with dog fur. I usually get it spotless inside myself with a vacuum but I figured I’d try this place. There was still fur on my backseats and the trunk was not vacuumed at all! For that amount of money I expected more. Never going back to this place

Went to Naples Island Car Wash & Detail for the first time today.Going on a Wednesday mid morning meant no wait. Pulled right in and they immediately started working on my Tesla Model X. Having a NIA card meant I got their #2 service for the #1 price, so gave them a Good Value rating as it was cheaper than retail. My SUV was very dirty from getting back from a Road Trip so I pointed out areas, lower front grill, side rails, that needed extra love. They didnt balk or complain, just took care of it for me. Very pleased with the service and will be back supporting a local small business.

I came to clean my car and forgot my cellphone in the car. While they were cleaning, I noticed I don’t have my cellphone. I went to the car and start searching everywhere in the car and asked them if they’ve seen a phone and they said no. I used another phone to sign in to my iCloud to track my phone’s gps location and noticed my phone is still in the same car wash location. When I confronted the employees, they suddenly said oh, yeah let me show you. These people do not seem like honest people. I don’t recommend the service.

They are no honest ppl!Ive been there a month ago with my bf.he forgot his phone in the car and after 5 mins he returned for it,it wasnt there,he asked the staff of they saw it,they said no.so my bf went home and he saw on his computer the location of his phone and it was in that car washing place,so he went back and told them that its supposed to be here and the guy went to spray my bfs car inside and said oh the phone is here...and it was on the floor but my bf checked the car before and it wasnt there.And few weeks after my bf realized that his speaker is missing so he went to this car washing and they had it on there table!If you go to that place make sure you dont leave anything in your car!

Ive been getting my car washed there for years. Best car wash of all the car washes Ive tried in Long Beach. They do an excellent job and their rates are very competitive. They did an interior detail on one of my cars. At the time my car had cloth seats and I had small grandchildren ... not a good combination. The interior was pretty dirty. When I picked up my car it looked almost as good as new; they did a fantastic job! They did an outstanding job on an exterior detail I had done on a late model Nissan Altima. I had it done six months ago and the water still beads up on the finish. I highly recommend them!

Made an appointment for a detail for a truck show in Long Beach. Was told to be there at 8:00 am, even though they don’t open until 8:30, just so they could get on it ASAP. Left phone number and full explanation of what was needed. Show up at 8, they are closed, waited 30 minutes, owner walks across the street to inform us that they are closed for the day. No phone call, no heads up, just wasted my time and now I’m left scrambling to get this taken care of by noon. Left us in a lurch. Very unprofessional. You suck dude.

Was loyal to this place for a while, and then they started leaving rags in my car after washes. This place is expensive for what they offer. Youre better off going elsewhere, especially if you value your money.

The best for quality hands down

Just was there for a basic wash. Have been coming here for over a year and the service has been steadily declining, my mistake for providing repeat business. I will not be coming back, terrible job rinsing down the car, loads of water marks and unwashed soap suds, passenger side had scuffs and boot marks from where one of the workers sat to clean it that they didnt bother to dust off. That coupled with a few hearty new scratches, I will not be coming back.

WAS a loyal customer but something happened with management and overall quality control and service the past couple of months. Sunday afternoon and over 2 hours to get a basic wash! Your excuse, under staffed. Seriously, fire management or sell the buisness, you obviously dont know what your doing. Sorry you lost me, way too many other options in the LBC.

Whatever changes they recently made are not working for me. I have 3 cars that I have been getting washed here with OK service but now the service absolutely sucks. I will not be using these guys again. UPDATE 6/2021 So I thought maybe things have changed but they havent, windows were not completely cleaned, so disappointing.

This was the worst rub-down of a car I have ever seen. I took it in at eleven and picked it up at four. The manager, Johnny asked me to pay for the work upfront. This should of been a clue. I picked the car up later and looked at the spots on the hood I asked them to look at. They were still there. I took the car home and examined it. There were not wiped spots all over the car! The spots on the hood were still there! I stripped the hood from its wax and took some zymbol and wipe it down. The spots came off immediately. Then I rewaxed the hood with some expensive wax. Then I went all over the car wiping down spots and redoing them. The job these people did on my car was horrible. I paid them $119.00 and a $15.00 tip for this. Do NOT go to this place. I did not trust my intuition when I was asked to pay in advance. Dont you make the same mistake. I will be filing with the BBB and other assorted agencies today.

Ive found this place to be pricey but overall they do a good job. Sometimes they miss surfaces on the inside. Once they tried to give me keys to someone elses car (a Porsche SUV, a decided step up from my car)

Really nice car wash

We thought we would try a new detail shop, sent in a 1986 Mercedes for a showroom detail today. When we got there to pickup, we had to have several areas redone, and after getting the car back here to our shop, we had to finish all the areas they missed, like inside door jambs etc. Not impressed at all. We will go back to where we usually go.
