We came to Andre’s for the first time about 8 months ago after I had done some paint correction on my wife’s truck bed. We had a full interior and exterior detail done along with claybar and wax over entire truck. To say the least we were extremely happy with the work. Now 8 months later we come back for the same type of work at a price of $250 and we are not happy at all. The interior preservative was applied haphazardly and wiped down with even less care. They broke my right center A/C register to boot. On the outside of the truck the paint was still gritty feeling and I wondered if they had even used claybar on the roof. Several spots on the body were still dirty and had been waxed over. The exterior plastic trim had not even been touched. I took the truck back in and showed the employee want I felt was wrong as well as had him run his hand over the paint surface and he agreed it was rough feeling. I went back about an hour ago to retrieve the vehicle and although they had applied dressing to the interior spots they missed and wiped up the excess in other areas the sloppy workmanship now presented itself on the exterior trim work. The re-claybar work was now better but by no means could be considered smooth, as that’s why you claybar, remove the embedded dirt and smooth the finish. A smooth surface let’s you know it’s claybared correctly. The dirt that was waxed over was gone and the truck re-waxed. The exterior trim now had areas that were not touched by exterior dressing and others areas were it had been applied it was not even wiped down. Exterior dressing is now smeared on the trucks paint as well. I thought I had found a place that could consistently do good work but unfortunately it’s not to be. We’ll eat the $250 service along with the $40 tip my wife left and continue our search for a quality auto detailing service.

I was in the area and saw this place on my map. It’s small but the employees here are great and do a very good job. The price is affordable especially since it’s all hand washed. The receptionist was nice and answered all my questions. This will be my new spot.

Amazing and great place highly recommend, team does a great job very friendly, professional and very passionate to the the task given. I came in with a Honda Civic 2015(I did not take any before pics 😓) but i can describe so I just got the car, interior was disgusting smelled horrible like cigarettes and old mj and somethin else (summer around the corner ) carpet had like gunk build up dirt build up one had like a baking soda looking stain. Pet hair, Dash board was layered with dust like you can see the brown on it. Seats stained dirty. Oh and the soda holder and door handle was treated as an ash tray. The trunk was gross like old brown liquid in it where spare wheel was sandy dirty trunk. Now for the exterior Rims looked bland the exterior of the car looked bland dirty spotty.Andres gave me options what he can offer not upselling me explained what he can do and went over about exterior, from simple wash, waxing, or ceramic to coat the carI asked them to give me the top notch stuff make it new looking like if they were selling the car to me. So went with shampooing and detail clean inside car as well as ceramic I was quoted almost $300 I was completely ok with it. Since it was disgusting.These guys really put in the work and it shows. I drop off the car 9am got it back at 5pm (reasonable since it was a really disgusting car and they needed to multitask with easy job cars, i did not mind)I was super excited to see the car like new I gave them about 20% tip. Thats how happy I was. Exterior looks amazing like a mirror.In a photo I add you can see a palm tree reflected. Oh and it smelled great.I will be taking my other car here and use this place for deep cleaning for my cars.

This car wash is very accommodating & they have prices from $14+ and the cleaning that they do is well done. I am thoroughly satisfied with the service when they take care of my car. Ive been to places where the workers were not very respectful. All staff are helpful & much respect that I look for at business places.

Buddie suggested place.Location - Kinda hidden on Long Beach Blvd.Venue - Place needs new sofas and to be cleaned up.Service - Service is good other than that service is good, but the cleaners need to learn how to clean inside door jams, hatchbacks jams, real tailgate and more. I provided pictures.Prices - Fair for a 100% hands on car wash.Overall place needs better cleaners but can do 100% if they focused on details.

One of the best hand car wash that I have been too. The best part its that is only 10 dollars and the thing is that I wouldnt mind paying a little more for their services. They do a great job at cleaning the inside of your car too. They are also great at making sure that everything looks clean and even put tire armor at no additional cost. They have a big sitting area too. I always recommend this car wash to my friends when they are around the area.

I usually come here to get my car washed and they do a pretty good job. However, today, had to get up twice since these guys didnt know how to operate my vehicle! Seriously? As many cars that come through here and you cant figure out how to dislodge the emergency brake and then arent able to open up the trunk?!!

This is a crazy car wash. They have great seating while you wait. It is a most unusual place I have been to to get my car washed. I also got my engine steam cleaned and they did a fantastic job. My car was sparkling in and out. I would highly recommend it. It gets very busy and there is a line in the morning to get in. I suggest getting there at least 15 to 20 minutes before they open and get in line. Its a bright blue building that sits back from the street.

I take my car there all the time. Great service and they do a great job on your car. Regardless if its a simple wash or a detail job. Be prepared to wait because it can get busy.

Took over an hour and 20 minutes for an express wax and wash. Non the less, they choose who they take care of first, I saw a lot of preference based on if you been their before, you were set on priority lane.Outside decent job, the inside was the same as I left it. $47 dollars no thank you

The best detail shop in Long Beach. Make an appointment because the.place is popular. I have a black vehicle and nobody has done a better hand wax job and clay bar. The interior detailing was the best ever.

Love this car wash. Might have to wait but it is the best all hand car wash in Long Beach. It is also the cheapest and includes armor all dressing on your tires. My SUV is 13.00, trucks are 14.00 and cars are 12.00. Cant beat tbose prices unless you wash it yourself. Andre is a very nice man who will jump hoops to fix your needs. 5 star all the way.

Hands down one of the best car wash and detailing shop Ive visited. On top of that, very reasonable prices. Be prepared to wait. Since I work nearby I just drop it off. If you wait they have a large waiting area with couches.

I love my car wash. I was told about this place two years ago. They are amazing because Im very particular about my windows and from the first day Ive told them my are always sparkling clean.

AMAZING work! I had let my car get pretty dirty since I have a 50 mile commute round trip for work daily. These guys did miracles on my car. It came out great, everything so shiny. They went above and beyond expectations.... make sure to tip them well, they work hard. This place is popular so theres usually a short line but its worth it, if you get there before closing and youre in line theyll still take you.

I go to get my car washed here when im too lazy to do it myself they are quick if you are getting just a hand wash & they clean the inside well for an affordable price. Takes quite a bit longer if you want other services especially if its busy. Would recommend, but dont go when its busy and expect not to wait.

The price is pretty affordable compared to other places.CONS: The place is SO small that people line up with their cars for their turn sometimes. The line could get so long it might block the small street you enter.TIP: Dont go during lunch. Best to show up right when they open if you want to save time.The entrance is located on the small cross street of Long Beach Blvd. When the car is cleaned you exit onto the major seats.

I had a wash and spray wax for $26. The only thing is some paint was scraped off my rear driverside window.

Quoted 140.00 for car wash and total interior shampoo. Called me after 2 hrs. Only floor and bottom of seats were cleaned. Car was not even washed. Total rip off

My to go place for a clean car or SUV. 100% hand car wash...what I like is that they ask you if you want perfume in the car...I dont like car perfjmes smells...so im glad they ask before.
