Really Awesome and a pretty good workout if you have a full boat. I took my wife and kids and the ride is about an hour long. The hour is plenty, as there is a limited area where you can paddle. I suggest going during the evening as the swan boats do light up and it is pretty cool and exiting for the kids. The boats are located right next to the Pike ferris wheel at the Marriott on Pine St. Its an attraction that you can add to your itinerary in the Long Beach Area. Parking for the hour is $5-10.

We reserved two weeks ago and it was canceled due to the weather which was understandable. We had an amazing time BUT the only two problems here is the girl checking you in at the kiosk, she clearly needs to be replaced as I’m reading a lot of customers are complaining about her. CUSTOMER SERVICE is KEY! We are the ones keeping the business open therefore management needs to replace her. Last thing the life saving jackets smell so bad. They need to be washed and disinfect properly. This is for sure a workout and you can park accross from the swan boat rides.

Fyi...to move the swan you have to peddle and its not easy. Fun experience but would not do it again! Swans were sanitized after each ride. Service was friendly.

Fun and inexpensive but hard on your legs. We actually ended our time after about 30 min because it was tiring.

Our family had a great time! The boat ride was fun and relaxing. We strongly suggest going at night when the swan boats are lit up as the scenery is probably a lot more beautiful than it is during the day. However, the life jackets that we were required to wear could use some cleaning. The staff was friendly and the experience was worth it.

Very beautiful, but also very tiering .

This was so FUN! Once you get the hang of it. Also, I recommend going at night. Might be cold. But very romantic with the swan lit up and the building with lights in the shape of a heart. The staff was very friendly and sanitized after everyone. Would be really fun to go in the summer with kids and land under that water fountain 😁

Awesome place to chill for an hour. The boats are easy to drive and aren’t strenuous. Good prices.

This is the perfect date place to go to, it is very cheap $11 per person and you get the boat for the whole hour. I went during the nigh time when the lights were on and it was very romantic. There is a lot of room to peddle too, so I never ran into an issue of crashing into another boat. Steering was also very easy. I recommend taking some snacks and a little blanket.

Not bad to spend time with family and kids or going out for a date. An hour might not seen much but when your pedaling it does feel long. But you can chill and relax and in the evening where is not so hot is better to reserve your tickets.

Quaint little stop, the pond isnt very large but it makes for a good experience with the right company. Come ready for a light workout.

Great family time but also be ready for a little work out! Do not come dressed up but wear your gym clothes & shoes😂 cause this was a little mini leg burner, especially if its windy! But still very fun for the whole fam!

I reserved a boat ride for 6:30 pm as the website specified the lights go on at 6:45pm in hopes to get partial lights off and lights on. We made the assumption (as the website does not clarify) that the lights would just automatically turn on. We paddled away back to where the staff were in request for a battery as we seen boats with lights on had. Over 30 minutes left on our reservation and we were denied due to the time frame of the reservation. This was very disappointing as we explained our circumstance. A gentleman that was there was polite about the situation unlike a female staff that was quick to deny our request. A simple kind gesture due to the misunderstanding would have gone a long way for our families experience. When asked about our experience with the boat rental from our peers i wished i was able to say we had a positive one but instead we share our tainted experience.

I had to request a refund because they had my appointment rescheduled. They said they have issued a refund on June 1st, but no refund has been issued in my bank account and it’s the 24. It’s way past the 7-10 business day and ITS NOT a bank issue. I am currently waiting on their response for me to update my review. This is ridiculous. Please go to echo park.

Very nice experience, be sure to go at night because you can see all the lights. There are also ducks and stingrays so be on the lookout!

The girl in the front gave us attitude, as if we were bothering her. That was the first impression of this experience. This begun around 5:30pm because we wanted to go at dusk to light up the swan, but to our surprise we were told our reservation needed to be 6:00 pm for our swan to light up. You would think it would of been made clear that the lights will not come on your boat unless you made reservations 6:00pm and after. We were waiting for our swan to light up. It was 6:00pm and nothing. So we paddled back to the dock and asked the guy if he could turn our light on our swan, he rudely said no. That we didnt make your reservation at 6:00pm. This was our Valentines night out. And we were sitting in the dark in our swan boat. They should made it very clear that if your reservation is before 6:00pm. Your boat will not light up at all. Other that it was a nice ride.

I came all the way from Georgia to enjoy Long Beach and the worse experience what’s this place specially the lady on the cashier she didn’t let us go true cuz we needed a appointment witch we made, but other two while fellas didn’t behind us but she let them pass like that it’s so unprofessional and racis tbh not recommend at all!!!!!

I have the Wheel fun rental annual pass... I tried to use it and got told I had to pay full price and would get the discount credit when I emailed them, so I emailed them and never got a response. Have been waiting for over 3 months.

RIDICULOUS NEVER AGAINIt was my best friends birthday today and we wanted to go there to celebrate! Me and my fiancé rushed to get there to make line, as we got there it was 8:40 & they told us that we couldn’t get in line.. I was so mad!! Because I have never went here and we all wanted to experience this place? So what I don’t understand.. Is that on the web it says 10am-10pm but they don’t allow people after 9 ITS DISAPPOINTING! I didn’t wanted to even give this rating a 1 star!

After waiting in line for an hour they closed down because of “wind” and offered to reopen in another hour But only half the space to use for the same price.There was no wind. A small perfect breeze. Waste of time.

It was fun, a little hard to pedal.

My pre-teen and I were walking near the waterfront when we spotted these swan boats and decided to give them a whirl. We hopped into one of the smaller ones and toured the little lagoon which wraps around the hotel. It was pretty effortless for me to make the boat move, but my pre-teen couldnt make it go forward by himself for very long. He could, however, steer... until it became clear he was going to try to steer into things, at which point I took the rudder away from him. Occasionally the wind kicked up enough to require some heavy peddling, but for the most part, it didnt require much effort. All in all, a fun little break.

Poor service will not ever go back.

Super cool swan boats with a pretty big lagoon to paddle around in. Not too expensive, and they give you an hour, although we were tired of pedaling after 20 minutes (it was a breezy day). Restrooms, vending, and cafe just inside the hotel. Would do it again!
