Beware of Alex!!!This is my first 1-star review on Google, but Alex has earned it.I was replacing the radiator on my Maserati and this required the A/C system to be emptied and then refilled. Alex quoted me $90 to do this, which was in-line with other quotes I had received. I brought the car in and the system was emptied fine, the problems started when I brought it back the next day for the evacuation/refill.BAIT AND SWITCH!!Suddenly Alex wanted another $160 to complete the job (which was simply evacuate/refill as previously agreed). He tried to make various excuses as to the sudden tripling of price, which would have worked on most people but unfortunately for Alex I understand how A/C systems work. Basically he started lying to me to milk more of my money and that was very disappointing. I immediately canceled the remainder of the service and got out of there.TL;DR: beware of Alex at Kiros, he will try to rip you off especially if he thinks you have more money than car knowledge. Go elsewhere!

Horrible experience if youre a female! Do not come here. I took my car in here because I was next door getting gas about 2 months ago. I had no idea what was wrong with it. The mechanic said it was my starter after they so-called diagnosed it. I had a weird feeling and I always go with my gut. Then I drove it the way it was to my normal repair shop guy and he said the starter was perfectly fine (he diagnosed it also) and told me the battery was low. I replaced the battery and the starter had NOTHING to do with it!I am writing in and I will also report this unethical business to the City of Long Beach for scamming people out of their hard earned money. I wanted to go back and SCREAM at them for their malicious activities against people but I will rather have them closed down than have a petty fight. All in all, I highly HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!!

I brought my husbands car to get his side mirror replaced. We bought one online and asked if he would be able to just charge us for the labor to change it. He looked at the mirror and said that it should fit and went to work. A few minutes after taking the mirror apart, he told me that the inner screws did not match up and would not be able to finish. I understand that this was not his mistake however he did take a look at the mirror before starting his work.So, I asked him for a quote to order the correct mirror and finish the job and he came back with around $250 total... I told him that we can find somewhere else for much less so he said thats fine, however, he would have to still charge us $60 for taking the mirror apart. It took him about 10 minutes to take the mirror apart and was going to charge us $60 to ultimately tell us that we ordered the wrong mirror...I grudging paid the $60 after telling him that it seems unfair...Fast forward a week, we got a new side mirror online and took it to another service shop. The new mirror we ordered still wasnt the right fit but this shop DID NOT charge us anything to take the mirror apart..I understand that you have to pay for labor regardless of the outcome, however, I felt that he was unfair with the price and for charging us for something that took him ten minutes to do..

I have a 2016 Honda Civic took my car in to get serviced by these guys they told me I needed a couple things and I went ahead and told them to take care of it, picked up my car yesterday and it feels great it’s like how I bought the car new at the dealer. I don’t care what anyone says about this place but they know what they are doing and will surely give you a good deal to repair your vehicle Kiro was upfront and honest and Alex was directing the whole team really a great group of people

OMG!!! THIS IS A CAR REPAIR SHOP THAT DOES MIRACLES!!! I WISH I COULD GIVE YOU ALEX, KIRO and MIKE TEN STARS seriously ive come to them with car problems big and small from blown engines to fender repairs these guys always are super helpful they have so many good professional contacts and mechanics they ensure you quality repairs and they even have WARRANTY so if yoir car comes back with the same problem they wil FIX IT NO QUESTIONS ASKED they are that good really too good but yes its really real Yelp community check them out asap and they are very transparent with the repair process meaning your never left in the dark or hit with unexpected charges nooo never!! They really help people with super flexible and reasonable payment plans like seriously you cant ask for a better mechanic shop right in the heart of Long Beach. Shoutout the Daves next door always delicious food!! Ive been a loyal customer for about 5 years and now that Ive gotten the hang of yelp these people have definitely been long overdue for a TEN STAR review honestly you guys

K.A is a great place to take your car for service. They took their time with my car and made sure that they found out the problem. Although they are a bit pricey but my car is riding better than what I bought it as.

I just want to say I had a great experience at Kiros auto shop . The workers here were friendly and made it a comfortable environment. I came to the shop thinking I was going to spend hundreds of dollars .Turned out that the problem wasnt as big as expected and was solved quickly . All I spent was 20 dollars . I highly recommend coming to kiros.

Hit or miss with this place. One guy gives you good service. The other guy rips you off. Better to just avoid this place. I called on the phone and the guy tells me to come up there then when I get there he tells me he has no one that can help. Makes no sense! Stay away unless you want a maybe or might type service.

Went in to fix my car was very pleased by how well I was treated. The gentleman named Kiro was very polite and respectful to me. The procedure on the car went by quick and I was happy with the price I paid. I will definitely be back to this place in case I have any more problems with my car. Amazing experience :)

The entire staff at Kiros is helpful, friendly, honest and very exprienced. Exceptional customer service like no other Ive experienced. You can let your guard down here. This was the worst experience Ive ever had in my life with a mechanic. I went to this place this week because the cars reverse lights were not working. A guy tested the battery and saw that everything was working normally, so he came to me and said he would need to do more tests and that he would need 3 hours for the service charging $ 360 for everything. So, pay attention, everything was working in the car the only problem was the reversal lights and the guy charged $ 360 for it !! Of course I questioned and after a discussion they went down to $200, left the workshop to eat and came back in an hour and everything was already settled, that is, it took minutes to be resolved and even then I had to pay $ 200. The people in this place are not professional, they dont know how to treat a client well and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Are you looking for an honest, efficient, friendly place to have your car fixed? I found it at Kiros. I took my car in last week because my brake lights were out. They walked me through every step starting with the least inexpensive alternative first. I really appreciated their work, clean environment, hot. coffee, and handsome Kiro. Just go meet them if you’re in the area and get their card like I had. Then when I needed work I knew right where to go.

The staff is very helpful, friendly, honest and very experienced. in customer service. Our car had a leakage in the oil tank but we never knew how it came about. These guys dealt with it in a very professional manner.

I have been taking my 2011 Civic to Alex, Mike and Kiro for over 2 years now. They have been direct and honest with me.I first came to them after having $1100 worth of AC repairs done at Orozcos on Long Beach Blvd. Mike told me they could have done the same repairs for $300 less. I found out today, after Alex replaced the AC condenser, that Orozcos just repaired the leak instead of replacing the condenser and charged me for replacing the condenser. Unfortunately, the repairs done at Orozcos were out of warranty. Now I know never to go back to Orozcos.It is very difficult to find an honest mechanic anywhere and so far Kiros has proven themselves to be just that. They offer fair prices and explain the many options to you.I only have two complaints about Kiros. When I get my car back there are grease marks left from the mechanic or mechanics who have worked on my car. Also, when the work on my car has been completed they have delayed contacting me letting me know I can come pick it up. Otherwise they deserve 5 stars.

Came and brought my genesis coupe in because i had a check engine light on, p0035 was the code.. instead of replacing the whole turbo like the dealer told me i would have to do, i spent $60 and bought a new boost pressure sensor and it works like new, Kiro saved me thousands of dollars that i didn’t need to spend, definetely coming back here for future repairs!

Omg... Mike is awesome.I was in a car accident rear ended.My insurance and the body shop were trying to say my engine light being on, had nothing to do with the accident.Mike explained to them exactly why it did.They are now paying for my Cadillac Converter because of Mike. He is really smart.Ladies come to Kiros he is trust worthy.Mechanics always try and get one over on us.Not this guy. He is honest.He also added. Freeon to my car at no charge. He said I had been through enough.He is a dream come true.Thank you Mike I will be back.. Sending my mom to you too.

I have a 2006 BMW 325ci and I had a oil leak anyone who knows those things can kill your wallet but the guys here did it at the best price in the area work was on point and even went out the way to wash it since then i have brought it back for different things and have always thought of this place as my go to shop .

I used to work at this place I would not take your car there have the time to do not put new parts on your car like you want they find used parts and put them on in the air and then the used parts are defective to

They overcharge for services you don’t need. They will charge you for full synthetic and give you used oil. They’re crooks. I went to another mechanic I trust afterwards and they said it looked like they damaged my tires on purpose to try and get me to come back. Crooks.
