The owner is professional, thorough and exceptionally courteous. The staff is a reflection of the owner. I love the detailed inspection sent electronically and with pictures showing the problem area listed on the inspection. The prices are phenomenal. This is an honest establishment. Hard to find this quality of service today. I will definitely use them on the future. I have already told family and friends.

Same day service was provided took no longer than an hour tops was in and out very quickly on a Saturday too. Ed was helpful through out the whole process 100% recommend anyone for any service on their vehicles.

My own experience here was a very good one, I had recently purchased a used vehicle and took it in for an inspection and to get road trip ready. The car passed nothing wrong with the car, the young man that took care of me was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Orozcos.

As a women i tend to feel uneasy going into a mechanical shop due to the lack of knowledge of vehicles and vehicles issues but the attendant made me feel very comfortable and also explained what was going to take place the only upside was I didn’t live in the area and it would have been nice to have an outside seating/waiting area. Other than that I was very pleased with the service.

RIP OFF changed brand new pads not 1 week old. Didnt look at odometers milage and compare to window tag it had 300 miles on it since last oil change. Also said they did tune up . old plugs still in it same with wires I had sharped #s on. I was buying truck from blind lady they have been ripping off for years. I had changed the brakes myself and knew no way .RIPOFF

Excellent work on a car brought in under emergency circumstances. Gave me a list of future mantainence work the car would need as well. If you live in this area, these are good folks to go to.

First time was great! Second time trunk/gas button detached from dashboard, no parts needed, given a quote of $160 since it would take 3 hours estimate time to remove dashboard, slide button back and replace. Got call it was ready within 2 hrs. Invoice showed 2 hrs, price $160. Asked if Mechanics got $75 per hr. It depends on how difficult job is was the answer. So I use AAA card to get discount (not happy with me, told me I should have told him I was going to use) and then gave me a new invoice with discount price and the hrs worked on my car changed to 3 hrs. Since that happen to me I have heard other stories about their services and jacked up prices. I dont understanding why AAA still recommends them. I certainly Dont

I just want to say that the work performed on my Land Rover by Orozcos Auto Service left me feeling so good. I was able to save on the cost of repairs vs the dealership estimate. I have been driving now my repaired auto for over 2 months without issue. I was also impressed with the nationwide warranty they provided.

I love this place, shop is clean. All of their technician seem highly trained, fix my car right at the first time. Very quality work, with 2 years and some 3 years warranty nationwide, cant ask for more. So much better than dealer ship. Highly recommended

We had a steering problem with our Ford Fusion. Took it to Orozcos for service. Left it there and then got a call, that there was a service advisory from Ford on this and that it should be under warranty. They could have fixed the problem and not told us there was a service advisory. We had actually checked ahead of time but could find no notice of any advisory. They advised us to go to a Ford dealer to resolve this and we did. They were correct,there was an advisory and it has been corrected, no charge to us. Thanks Servando, Edward and Team!

I took my car in based off of some recommendations of work I needed per the dealer. When I arrived, I was greeted by Art. From the beginning, he was very professional and thorough with his explanation of the 30 pt inspection and how the report will be sent to my cellphone. I was offered a ride home by Jesus, who is a VERY nice guy! Long story short, Art told me that the recommended work was not necessary. Ive never had a mechanic be so honest! It shows that Orozcos values its customers. I will be back. I believe you pay for what you get, and I got great service from start to finish. Thanks!

This is a great mechanic to come to for any issue with your car. David is especially helpful and all of the mechanics do wonderful work. They will be straight with you about costs and are very communicative about the time involved.

I left this shop with two new problems to my car. Check engine light and gas tank did not register full when I filled it up. So owner told me they will fix it for free. He told me to go to his shop on Long Beach Blvd to fix it. The shop fixed the problem with gas tank but every time I left. Check engine light would go on. They had my car week at a time. This went on all summer. I would have my car just enough to shop and the check engine light would come back on.I would drop the car off again and again. This went on about seven or eight times. I had a single parent melt down at his Alantic shop. Because i have heart Dr and dentist appointments for my son. They caused the new problems to my car. I will not let them get away with it.

Ive never written a bad review of a place before, but dont go here. I went in for a brake job and paid 650 to have all 4 brakes replaced, rear rotors, and the front rotors resurfaced. I drove my car away and the brakes were still making noise, to which the rep told me give them some time to break in. A month later still making noise, they keep my car all day to figure it out and tell me I need to replace the front rotors...the same rotors they told me only needed to be resurfaced. Long story short the brakes went bad within 3 months, took the car to my mechanic and he put new brakes (didnt need rotors at all) he in fact said the brakes on my car didnt look new at all. And of course the guys at the desk kept looking for excuses as to why they couldnt replace them under warranty. This place is utter trash, theres tons of actual trustworthy mechanics in Long Beach.

November 2, 2019 I have a 2008 Mercedes Benz Cl 550 recently in for repair i had the the car towed in im AAA member also my car was evaluated that my power steering hose was leaking and removed and installed prior to this the wrong part was ordered before taking off the correct hose prior price was $639.00 after they pulled the defective hose found out that they ordered wrong hose with out taking original hose and charge me hire price for there mistake also the shop manager David stated to me that maybe were not the shop you which the clearly accepted my car. I recommend no one bring your car to this shop for anything they are price gouging for their mistakes on your car and the DONt know how to work on any foriegn cars . they are running this shop like they are a dealership with no parts at all just to take your money with bad decisions my total bill was $672.74 I know I have this car and the cost is high dont gouge me for your mistakes.

My 2004 Nissan 350z radiator broke on the freeway. I got it towed to Orozcos since it was near and had good ratings and I just want to say that by far this is the best auto shop I have ever been to. They are clean, professional, they send you text notifications so you are always updated on the progress of your car. 2 days later I got my car back and works perfectly. Eddie, made sure the techs diagnosed my jeep and gave me an estimate on the repairs. Turns out I needed a new Radiator as I suspected. Had such a great experience in Servicing my BMW at Orozcos Auto Service. They offered to drive me to work, but I opted for Uber. As soon as it was done, they gave me a call and I picked up my Beamer with Joy. It has been over 3 weeks now since they changed the brakes and rotors and gave my baby a much needed Tune Up and Oil Change. I cant be any more pleased by the work at Orozcos. I was in Long Beach from out of town when my car broke down. I called many shops, and Oroscos was willing to take my BMW on a Saturday afternoon. I was very impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. All the work was thoroughly explained and quoted in advance. The car was fixed on-time and as promised.Although I live 400 miles away, I was treated with more courtesy and professionalism than I received at my local repair shop. Long Beach is lucky to have such an exceptional BMW certified shop.

This place suck all this people that write good reviews here must be their own family or friends because I send my 87 Chevy S10 there for electrical problem the next day I was going to work it did the same thing I turned the headlights on and the truck died they said theyre going to tow it and charged me 60 dollars for towing for their own screw up then they have the the truck for almost 3 weeks and all they did was just keep telling my wife they need to replace this part or that part and our bill rack up to 900 dollars at the end and I drove my truck this morning and it has no power at all. This people are crooks. They said they replaced all this parts when I ask for my old parts they said they dont have it I wanted to make sure that the parts was really faulty. I will never recomend this place to any of my people and stop sending me your flyers because Im taking any of my vehicles to you. 900 dollars and almost 3 weeks for nothing now I have to spend more money to find this problem.

Way over priced, dont mind paying a little extra for good service. Went in for a fuel pump on a 92 f150. Price for an oem fuel pump is 365.00 from autozone. They wanted 1,300 something for the fuel pump. Thats almost a grand in labor. When I asked them why it would cost so much, all they could say it that they are not the cheapest mechanic. Also they said that might not fix the problem and it may need more stuff costing more money. Had it towed from them to another place and had the fuel pump done for 500.00. Pick it up today and it runs great. I just cant see paying that much in labor cost. They should really adjust their labor rate to a reasonable price. Will never go there again.

I have been taking my car for repairs and service for a long time and am always very happy with them. Servando and his staff care about their customers and work with them to keep cars in great shape. I recently had to have my car towed to Orozcos because I ran over a pot hole and something was dragging underneath, making a terrible noise. I thought I had ripped out everything in my car and that it might take days to fix and lots of $$$. I was stressed. John was my service person and he and a mechanic had my car popped back together in 15 minutes. What a relief! On the way home, the radio commentator announced that this was World Kindness Day. Orozcos was kind to me that day! Thank you!

I travel a lot so I rarely get to go to the same auto service shop for my Land Rover. I do however maintain the recommended services by the manufacturer. When I arrived at Long Beach Automotive, I was pleased to know that the shop was not only a AAA Facility, but also a NAPA Auto Care Center and a RepairPal. I would not hesitate to bring by Land Rover to Orozocs Auto Service. Great Customer Service by everyone at the shop including Eddies communication about what needed to be done.

My timing belt on my Ford busted and had to pull over on the 405 N Freeway. I towed my F350 to Long Beach Automotive Services by Orozcos. They offered to shuttle me to home or work, but instead I opted to work on my Laptop in their waiting room. It sure is a beautiful and inviting waiting room. There was Free Coffee, Free Waters, and Free Doughnuts:) I especially loved the FREE Wi-Fi.

100% scam!!!. they are all work on commission as part of the NAPA corporation. they wanted to charge me 3 times more then any other auto repair and not just me, i have other friends that got over charge 3 -4 times more then any other place. they are more of salesmans then mechanics!

I spent $1600 on several repairs on a older pickup. One repair was the replacement of the catalyst converter. The next day while traveling across Arizona the exhaust system fell off. It cost me $70 to have the exhaust system repaired. When I called Orozco I was told that they would refund the $70 & they would mail me the money. I had to repeatedly call for the money. Several weeks later I was able to drive to there shop. I was told they tried to mail me the money twice. Come on seriously the mail service is not that bad & you would think they could call me. Its not the $ its the principal that they lied to me!! Another repair I had done was the replacement of a float in the gas tank (very costly because they had to pull the gas tank off the truck). The gauge only worked when I first started the truck. I accepted that when I picked it up but within days that even stopped working. When I asked for a refund for this work I was told It worked when it left here. Orozco comes across nice to your face but con not be trusted when it comes to guaranteeing there work.

I called these guys to give me a quote on replacing the rear brake pads on a VW jetta 2009. Also told them that the pads are pretty low. Jeff, the guy I talked to, said he couldnt give me a quote without seeing the car?! When I asked him for a quote based on the status of my brakes he gave me a ball park figure between $300 and $500. So, Timmons (on Cherry Ave.) is way way cheaper. Just $210. Hey JeffJust call them up and find out yourself.

On April 24, 2014 I took my 1993 Bentley in for a routine oil and filter change and asked them to check a small fluid leak on the inside of my right front wheel and any other leaks they might see. The called 2 days later and told me my car was ready. Oliver the service advisor gave me my bill, $403.00 and recommendations for repairs to correct a series of problems and the cost would be $9914.00 . I did not authorize that type TESTS.. Many fluid leaks, bad hoses and clamps rear brakes, master brake cylinder and many other things, I protested about the $403.00 charge but they would not adjust it. I took the car home and spread a fluid absorbent on the floor of my garage and checked each day for any fluid leaks and or any brake problems, nothing, nothing on my garage floor, so on the 9th of Oct. 2014 I took my car to the Rolls Royce, Bentley Authorized dealer I Irvine and went over the list of repairs the told me I needed (and Orzcos had called me 2 times to make an appointment for the repairs they recommended for $9914.00) The service mechanic. and the service manager reviewed and inspected my car and BEHOLD, they said it did not need ANY OF THOSE REPAIRs. I returnd to Orozcos and talked toJeff Frias, a service advisor who did not believe me or the Rolls, Bentley dealer, said their mechanic knew what he was doing but obviously they did not, so I and they must ne not telling the truth. I called Oliver on Monday, never returned my call, called him again on Wed. Oct. 15th, put me on hold and never called back. I called him again on Oct. 15th, put me on hold, I finally hung up and called him back, reviewed my visit to the Rolls Dealer and his attitude, SO WHAT, BIG DEAL, end of conversation So much for the $9914.00 the wanted from me, BUT THEY DID GET my MY $403.00

I am a young lady who depends on her transportation, I travel over 100 miles per day from rancho cucamonga to long beach every day.I only trust my car to 2 shops one is in Azusa and this in long beach. Mr Servando is complete professional .

Great service, nice facilities, and the work gets done correctly.

Untrustworthy, but they are at least competent. You have to fight them to get your car back, because theyll lie and make up problems to have you to join their crediting system and run up your bill. Funny how no other mechanic sees the mysterious problems that they saw.Theyll do the right work, but theyll take you for a ride if you arent constantly on guard. Theyll also snake you twice as hard if you arent from the immediate area.
