I cannot say enough nice things about this location, particularly Kim. He has handled every situation I have had with Public storage and my move with professionalism and a helpful attitude. He’s always there to help with a relaxed attitude and a helpful smile.Moving can be stressful. Kim makes it less so. You’ve got a gem of an employee. I highly recommend this facility (I have rented elsewhere previously). Service is top notch!

LauraI thought Laura was outstanding when She called to inform me that she noticed the lock on my unit was open. She asked my permission to lock it. I sent her a quick text to ask if she will look inside to see if my item was still in the unit. She called back to confirm all was well. I thought, “What a sweet lady!” Today I met her in person. Laura is so much more than that!! Besides great customer service she has great communication skills and a disposition that leaves you happy you met her!

Kim is by far the beat property manager I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. He is knowledgeable about the spaces and the best way to store your stuff. This property is extremely clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to store.

I recently discovered another unit on the same floor that was going for a considerably cheaper rate, and Kim the manager helped me transfer my unit so that I could lock in this better deal - and was even able to give it to me for a couple of dollars cheaper! I sincerely appreciated his help and will definitely recommend this location to others.

Kim was SO helpful to my mother and I. He helped us find the storage unit that worked best for us and also made sure the cost didnt kill us. He gave us a tour of the public storage floors and showed us where the elevator, stairs, and office were located as well. Highly suggest calling first to make sure Kim is working before taking the trip to see a unit.
