Their staff is very helpful and courteous. The unit was super clean when we moved in. Their bathrooms are always well maintained. The pricing on the unit (10x20) was the cheapest around town. Excellent access with it being 24hrs considering most facilities close at 9PM. If youre looking for a storage place in the area I highly recommend them!!!

Is more expensive than other companys.I rented a unit that supposedly be 5ft X 10ftBut the unit that I was given is only 4ft X 8ft.That is 12 sqft smaller of what I pay for.The inside unload dock is to small for a pick up truck.Definitely Ill not recommend this location.

I’m after visiting several storage companies, I decided for Storage Mart. The facilities are clean & well maintained. The customer reps are very helpful & friendly.The only downside is that they only have one customer rep available so their main office can be closed while they are gone for breaks or other responsibilities. They should have at least 2 reps at the customer desk. At times I have had to wait for over 15 minutes outside!!!

I have used this storage facility a couple times in the past few years, and both times have been a good experience. I have worked with Craig twice and he is very efficient and friendly and explains the options well. It is a convenient facility, with excellent climate controls- there do not seem to be problems with dampness or things coming out musty after a while (as happened to me at another facility in Lombard). Great place to store stuff!

I needed a storage space for about a month. I found this storage in the internet. Compared to another popular storage company I used a while ago, Storage Mart had a far better service. The storage unit I used at Lombard, IL was very clean. Although it was an indoor unit, it was easily accessible. The loading bay was very convenient. The temperature control was excellent. Most importantly, the staff was very helpful. Craig, the manager, was always ready go above and beyond to make my moving in and out easy, like making the flatbed cart available whenever I needed it. The pricing was very competitive. I will definitely recommend this storage place to anyone who needs a unit in this area.

We have used this facility for many years, and finally we can store all our belongs in our home. This facility was conveniently located, clean and the temperature control was just right. Never any damage to our belongs. The site manager, especially the current one, has been great to work with. We would highly recommend this facility for short and long term use!

It is a clean facility and heated during the winter time air conditioner in the summertime price wise I would shop around because every year they go up constantly with the pricing so if you buy a unit at $100 this year next year I might be 120 I also suggest get your own if you have a home insurance use that to cover your storage or you could take out their insurance with they just went up to $11 a month you can get cheaper rental insurance through your insurance company or through a private insurance but again I would shop around and make sure you getting your best value they are constantly raising the price on these units

Craig and Renee at Storage Mart have been wonderful. They immediately found the unit I needed and they made sure everything was smooth. Moving is a giant hassle but they made it so much better. I am moving in 2 weeks, I will move some belongings out but will still need storage. The Lombard StorageMart wont be the closest but Im keeping my belongings there because I know they are is safe and secure. The place is always so clean and everyone there is professional and helpful, I would absolutely recommend them!

Bait and switch process. They lower you in with a low price and then force you to buy insurance in order to store things there. then, because theres a class action lawsuit about this, they also force you to sign an arbitration agreement so that you cant join the class. Other than that it was lovely. If I had had time I would have taken my business elsewhere. Dont plan to use again.

Having never needing a storage facility before, it was a challenge to decide which storage location to utilize, when thinking of how much my excess possessions meant to me. After going on-line just to determine the SIZE unit I would require, much to my surprise, I needed to rent TWO UNITS! Well, as with anything else, I had a budget set aside for my families move. After talking with Craig, I made a visit to the Lombard Storage Mart on North Ave. to just get information, and take a look at how many things fit into various sizes. From the moment he opened the large electronic bay door for me to drive into, and out of the rain, it occurred to me how important storing your items INSIDE a climate- controlled area would be. The second thing I noticed, was the cleanliness of the entire area. From the garage floors, to the carpeted hallways, and finally the units themselves... As you enter a hallway, the overhead lighting automatically comes on, brightly illuminating your pathway to your unit. The front office had such a nice array of locks to choose from, along with other products necessary to make a successful move, that I ended up leaving after renting TWO UNITS. I have been with them now for over a year, and the treatment I receive from everyone that works there, is always consistently pleasant and respectfully pleasant. They also have equipment for you to use while youre there, to make moving things around easier. All of these things, along with the fact that you have access to the facility 24/7, makes this unquestionably a wise choice, for even the CHOOSIEST of people! P.S. For the first time, I used their restroom, and it also was clean and sanitary. Craig, along with the others that work at this location always are pleasant and helpful. Not only I, but the people who have been with me when I need to go to storage for something wouldnt hesitate to recommend StorageMart in Lombard. Definitely worth checking out! P. Davis, Elgin,IL
