Access to my unit was very easy and the hours were very good! Never had any problems there at all.

The staff were great. I went in the first time asking about sizes and prices, and they were very helpful. I went in the second time to start service, and they made it very quick and easy. Very responsive on the phone for calls. The unit itself was in good condition. I visited once when it had recently snowed a lot, and it was cleared pretty well.

I went to the Lombard location. An excellent customer service from Chris and Janeen. They helped me look for the perfect storage unit for my my stuff with great deals. Very pleasant experience I had and was made very easy to pick my options from different units. Clean and very spacious. Thanks Chris and Janeen !

Janelle was helpful and friendly when I called. She was quickly able to extend my reservation cause I screwed up the dates. Went in a few days later to get everything set up and Chris helped me. He was also super friendly and helpful. I’ve rented here before and I came back because I had a good experience. Seem to be competitive pricing and this location is super conveniently located.

I bought 2 moving kits Chris was very helpful and helped me save. Boxes are good quality and handles on boxes help with moving. Easy access parking.

It was a simple process that was not complicated or pushy. Pricing stayed relatively consistent and billing was simple and easy to access.

Jonelle was friendly, positive, and honest! She answered all of our questions, showed us our space, even offered up a cart to help us load stuff in our storage! Our storage was clean! NO signs of rodents. Prices are cheapest we found in the area. Masks are worn by employees.

I came in the other day and Christian helped me while i was the i watched him take a verbal lashing like a saint and Christian just kindly and patiently explained everything to this man so he could have everything the way he wanted but this other guy just want to yell at someone that day I guess. Ive just never seen someone with that level of patience

Very friendly and helpful staff. I stopped in looking for a box with some complicated dimensions. Jonelle was fabulous. She took the time to help me. She even made the box up for me so I can make sure that the item would fit and assured me that it can be shipped and she was right! The boxes are a a tad higher in price than others you may find but the handles and friendly staff make up for it.

Huge shout out to the manager Jonelle. She was great! I usually go to storage with my Grandmother whenever she needs to go. I wasnt able to this time. I called Jonelle to ask if she can keep, an eye on her on the camera and instead Jonelle met her at her storage space to check if she needed help. I appreciate this so much! Its ok. Hard to get into. The units arent well constructed but they do offer temperature controlled. So it does the job.

Jonelle was very sweet and professional. Pretty cool and clean place they have indoor and outdoor. Have to climb some stairs on the indoor but not too bad. Cheaper then the public storage I stopped at on the way here on Finley Rd. will be coming back to rent if needed.

Over the past month and a half I have bought a total of 4 or 5 moving kits. They are the best deal. They come with different size of boxes and tape and even buuble wrapping. Everytime I come in Janelle and Chris are happy and helpful and ALWAYS carry my supplies to the car for me. Hopefully today was my last moving kit that I had to buy but if not I will definitely be back. Prices are decent. Thanks again for the great hospitality. Keep up the great work.

Great location, great staff. Rented a unit here for over 2 years, never an issue. Staff was always polite, professional, and courteous-they even called if I hadnt made my payment by the due date to avoid service charges. Definitely recommend.

CubeSmart, Lombard is THE premier storage company in the area. The staff were extremely friendly and happy to assist all of my needs, and my needs were many. They were also very accommodating to my unique situation. I will definitely rent again in the future and you should too!

No hassles, did exactly as I expected. My one complaint for this particular location is the placement of the keypad to enter the gate. It makes no sense, logistically, and is a pain to pull up to. I cannot enter without going into reverse 2-3 times.

I went to CubeSmart to get a small locker for some of our entertainment equipment and Karin @ the Lombard/Highland location was SIMPLY AWESOME!!! Extremely welcoming attitude and customer service. Great Conversation!. Though weve dealt with CS before, Karin explained the entire process from begining to end. Even gave me a 2m ride in her Drive Cart so I didnt have to walk back to the door. Great service! Went in for some packing supplies and was given exceptional service! Mia did not only provide me with great products but great service. Hard to have a conversation at places of business anymore! Would recommend to anyone looking for either storage or packing supplies. The boxes are worth the price they are great quality for packing.

We stopped here to check out some options for shelter for my husbands collectibles or as I call them Junk! Unfortunately they didnt have the size we needed but we will be back! I was very happy with Jonelle she was Fun and Professional! She was wearing a mask and gloves. The place is clean and they have plastic windows up in the office to protect the employees and from what I understood from Jonelle they were GIVEN masks, gloves, and cleaning supplies from the company! Stopped in here with a list of dimensions. Jonelle was very helpful with helping me find the right size box to ship some items to family members. While there I had told her that I seen them cheaper at Public Storage on Roosevelt where I currently have a shed. She pointed out that Public Storage boxes may be a little cheaper but these are thicker and also have handles for easy carrying! I had to buy them after that comparison and honesty! Lol I may be back to get a shed here as well.

Best service Ive ever had at a storage facility. Mia Rivera was great! She was extremely helpful. I was stuck in traffic and she waited for me to arrive and even gave me a tour. She was able to get me into the right size unit after hours. I would highly recommend this location.

Comparably reasonable prices and easy access

The Cubesmart staff - Jonelle & Chris are wonderful. The problem I have is they require you to have insurance. They could easily have you sign a waiver; I think it’s a scam to add $12 to my monthly bill. The things I’m storing are really not worth insuring.

Well i found rat dung on my property plus some things were gnawed by rats so think about how they can offer a good service when they charge a first class price and the result is third

I stopped in last month looking for a storage area. Just googled and saw all the great reviews for Lombard IL location. It was pouring rain out and Mia was the lady that helped me . She took me to outside storage lockers and I just didnt know what or how big I needed. Then I asked her to see the inside ones and we found a perfect fit for me. I am sure I drove her crazy but she was very kind, helpful & patient with me. I have always used Public Storage before and even had a appointment for the same day. Cube smart was very clean and could not of been anymore accommodating. I still stopped at the other place and by far Cube smart was the cleanest and priced the best. Thank you Mia you are wonderful ! 5 stars all the way !!

I have been using this location for the last 7 years. Over that period I probably switched units a few times either because I outgrew the space or repairs needed to be made. The managers have always done a great job keeping the place clean and well lit. Whenever I had an issue it has been addressed in a timely fashion. Its a great location just off 2 main roads. I would recommend them for short-term or long-term use.

CubeSmart is amazing. From my first-ever experience on the phone (I wish I could remember the guys name because he was HILARIOUS and so so nice) to move-in literally 12 hours after reserving my locker, I had an amazing experience with friendly, knowledgeable people. Joshua helped me locate my locker and even offered to help and gave me some advice. The prices are ridiculously affordable and I know my things are safe here. I hope there are CubeSmart locations everywhere I move in the future because yall have yourselves a lifetime customer in me! Thank you!

We decided to rent a small unit to help declutter our home in preparation for putting it on the market. I submitted an online request, and a short time later received a call from Salman (the site manager). He explained the cost of the unit (and the additional $24 initial administrative fee) and I arranged to visit. When I arrived he was very friendly and welcoming, showed me the unit (clean, easily accessible, and convenient) and *very* clearly explained everything I needed to know in light of using the rental. It was very easy to understand, and everything was up front.

Great storage facility. Prices are low and the staff is great. Mia (GM) in particular was excellent for helping me chose the right size storage.

We have rented our office space from them for the last 9 years. We have never had any issues and they have accommodated us beyond expectations. Their office staff have been great, especially the Manager Mia, she always makes sure the property and especially our entryway is clear of garbage and pesky cigarette butts. Keep up the great work!

Employees were helpful and space was as described. My main frustration is with the additional fees. My initial month was almost 50% more than the rate advertised online.
