One of the most Honest, nicest person you would ever meet! Fixed my moms car and gave her 5 star treatment for free! Who does this in this day and age wouldn’t even take a tip. Two years ago I had Just Auto-Care install a new air conditioning unit in my 2011 Honda (hybrid). I recently had the front and rear shocks and struts repaired/replaced. Just Auto-Care provided me with a written quote and then performed the work in a timely manner. My car now runs great!

I was recommend by a family friend to come show my car to this shop. Called and spoke to an Indian guy to let him know I was coming, and I was supposed to drop my car off. Dont be fooled by the reviews, im sure you will understand when you come but the Indian guy that works here is horrible. Incredibly rude with a smart mouth. Crazy how I spent $100 for him diagnose my car, and I had to hear attitude from this guy. Avoid this place, and if you dont you will understand when you meet him. I dont support rude customer service, so please avoid this place.

Mo is always nice and always kind. He is Amazing, Awesome. A true gem. John, Glenn and Steve as well. One couldnt ask for a nicer and knowledgeable group of people. Mo never overcharges nor does he operate in a deceptive manner. I rate him/them higher than the 100 X higher than the 5 stars allowed.

They explain everything to you, even showed me blown up views of the items they were fixing. He uses genuine parts in many cases where he feels it is important and he will use aftermarket parts where he can save you money without compromising safety. His prices are fair and competitive. We have been bringing our cars to Just Auto Care since it opened and before that when the owner had a Goodyear shop in Elmhurst. Mo is always trying to do the right thing for us. I recently brought my 10-year-old Honda Civic in for an oil change and to see if the old battery needed replacing before winter sets in. After looking the car over, Mo asked how long I plan to keep it. When I said a long time, Mo suggested other work. I appreciated that he took into consideration how long I plan to keep the car. It is now running like new and has a long life ahead of it.

Mo is absolutely reasonable, fair, efficient. He always suggests to repair only what your car will need. I LOVE THAT CONCEPT!! I live local and also get a ride home when necessary. I highly recommend Just Autocare for your auto repair needs. WAY TO GO MO!!

Was quoted $2300 by another shop then went to just auto care and not only did they do the same repair for alot less they also found some other issues that needed repair and fixed those and still were less $$ than the first quote. Great shop with excellent service techs and Moe did everything he could to keep price on a manageable range. I will definitely be taking my vehicles to them for any and all repairs from now on

These guys do not mess around. Drop your car off, and they give you 100% honesty. Mo (the owner) doesnt hassle you, just gets you what you need, and what you could need and doesnt put any pressure on the customer. Its all service here. I recommend this place to all my friends, have never had a single complaint.

I highly recommend this mechanic. The owner is very friendly, reasonable, and direct. I havent felt like Ive been ripped off or that hes tried to get me to do any unnecessary work done. Service is completed quickly, well, and for a good price.

Came in with needing an oil change, old Indian man told me my car was going to die soon and needed an engine- then when I proceeded to say I wanted to get some alternative opinions he insisted that I could not take my car and told me to shut up when I asked for my keys repeatedly. Finally threatened to call the cops and he let me go, found out later that NOTHING was wrong with my engine, and he was trying to scam me! Dangerous place- stay away!

A very shady place they will charge you for more repairs. I was quoted 3900 for repairs that another shop in Lombard fixed for 15 dollars 5 minute fix. Be careful I wouldnt recommend this to anyone they will take your money
