And their staff, from Bob the owner and everyone else are the best. Once you try them you will be hooked forever.

I have used this shop for many years -- they tell it straight, do what they promise and provide reasonable prices. Purchased 4 all weather tires. Previous tires wore out at 32K miles (60K tires - new car) which I was unhappy with. I switched tire brands and had them align the wheels. .

Our car needed some additional work. I was surprised at how much needed to be done. Bob, the owner of the shop, explained in detail why each item should be addressed if we planned to keep our car over 100,000 miles.I have used this shop for over 30 years and I have always found them to be courteous, fair in pricing, and willing to take the extra time to explain why a repair needed to be done. If there was an option of when the repairs needed to be done that was also explained.I am not very mechanical and I do not know everything about my car, but I know the owner and every mechanic in his shop. I respect all of them.

I should have written this review a long time ago because THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST! A friend recommended them to me last year and I’ve brought my car here at least a handful of times since. I’ve had everything from engine work to tires and they always do EXCELLENT work. They even follow up with you afterward to make sure everything is good with the repairs. They have saved me thousands of dollars by not having to go to the dealership. Honestly, they do a way better job than any dealership. I have recommended them to all of my friends. My friends that have used them have also said they do an excellent job. They are very honest, extremely reasonable and do great work (and never treat you like a dumb girl for not knowing about cars). This tire repair shop is by far the best place I’ve ever been too. 5/5 star rating! I had a problem with my tire & turns out it was my wheel bearing. Not only did Bob take care of my tire, he coordinated with towing it to his location & gave me a fair price on my repair (along with repairing & fixing the underlay of my bumper!) constant updates & fixed it all within one day! Post repair, also contacted me to see if everything was okay! Working in hospitality it’s rare to see people go above and beyond! Safe to say, i will be returning here for all my future auto problems!

Today was my family’s second visit to DuPage Tire and Auto Center. On both visits my spouse and I were pleased with the straightforward information we received and quick service. Our first visit was an unplanned emergency and we were happy that it was resolved in a speedy and kind manner. This second visit was scheduled and Bob got my car in the next day. The issue was clearly and plainly described to me so I understood all my options. Additionally a sensor that is currently working, but close to the end of its lifespan, was explained to me without the expectation that it must be replaced today. Weve brought our cars to DuPage Tire and Auto for all our service for nearly 20 years. This is a family business, run with great professionalism. We rely on them all our routine maintenance: oil change, brakes, antifreeze, plugs, tires, air-conditioning, everything. When our car has a drivability problem, to state it very simply, they diagnose the issue correctly and fix it. I looked it up in our records--we took our 1996 Camry exclusively to DuPage Tire and Auto from the day we bought in in 2003 until it was totaled in an accident in 2017 with almost 170,000 miles. Our 2007 Sienna is still going strong with 140,000 miles. When Im in the waiting room, I see first-hand how the folks here treat everyone who comes in with courtesy and respect. Never pushy. Just outstanding service from truly wonderful people.

DuPage Tire & Auto Center is one of the best repair shops I have ever visited. I had a problem with passing the emission test and they fixed it in less than two hours. They are kind professional and really go out of their way to explain step by step of the repair process. Wonderful shop I will definitely return for all of my vehicle fix it needs.

I have been trading with Dupage Tire for over 30 years. When I take my auto in for repair I know when I pick it up I will be shown the part that failed and it will be explained to me what happened. On oil changes all the fluid levels are checked. I know that I can depend on this shop for doing a good job every time. They know my car well and that gives me great confidence in their work.

The DuPage Tire & Auto Center did a nice job of swapping out my all-season tires and mounting my winter tires. Done timely and correctly. I will be back to have the all-season tires put back on in April 2020. The fellow at the counter was knowledgeable and courteous; same fellow who oversaw my April 2019 tire swap. Great service and super friendly staff. I will admit I know nothing about cars and got a new one recently. One of the techs took the time to explain how my new dash notifications worked and how to tell when I needed just an oil change, a tire rotation, or both. I never have a hard time getting an appt even with my work schedule.

My Hyundai Sonata broke down and I had it towed to Dupage Tire and Auto after hours. Luckily, Bob was working late and I was able to explain the situation. They went the extra mile to diagnose an issue with my engine which turned out to be a service recall. Bob has my car towed to the dealership and explained the situation to the tech. Now rather than being out $7k for a new engine, it looks like it will be replaced for no charge under the service recall that was dug up by the good folks at Dupage Tire & Auto. They’re great folks who take pride in what they do which is a rare find these days.

Ive come here for 3 sets of tires (1 new set and 2 sets of snow tires) in the last 6 months and each time these guys couldnt be more professional. Prices are great, the staff (especially Bob) is extremely courteous. They give a very accurate assessment on how long the work will take and then meet the goal they set. On one trip I accidentally ordered extra tire sensors without checking that my wheels already had them. These guys could have very easily ripped me off but they pointed out my error right away so I could return the sensors and save money. Just a very well-run operation by honest people.

Dupage Tire and Auto Center delivers top notch customer service. They are certainly conservative and consultative and dont try to upsell you on unnecessary parts and services. Beyond that, they are genuine and good people. Now that I am taking a new job in the northern suburbs, I will certainly miss taking my car to such an outstanding repair shop. I had recently moved to the area and was looking for an honest, high quality shop to bring my car to. Being someone who worked at a family owned, customer based, auto shop previously for multiple years I knew what to look for. I did some online research before finding Dupage Tire & Auto Center. I ended up working directly with Kyle, who was able to get me an accurate and thorough quote. Kyle also was out to tow my car within 15 minutes. After my car was repaired, I was shown all my parts that had been replaced by the technicians along with explanations why. Overall great experience from start to finish!

We were traveling to Milwaukee on Christmas Eve when our car broke down. After being towed to a hotel we called as many auto care centers we could to see if anyone could fix the car on the holiday. DuPage was open and willing to take the car in. It was a busted water pump. Not only were they able to get the part in and installed in a timely manner, they picked us amd our luggage up at our hotel so we didnt have to get an Uber. The car was fixed in 4 hours and we made it to Milwaukee for the holidays. The staff is very kind and family oriented. The work they do is awesome, the car is running like a champ.
