Awesome, I bought my car(used) 1 week ago, and the car computer was asking for oil change, so I came here, they perform lights checks and when they checked the oil stick they told me the oil is new and I dont need a change just reset the oil counter cause the dealer changed the oil but not reset the counter... I ll definitely be a long term client... Super Nice People, recommended

Exceptional Customer Service! From the minute I came in to the minute I left. Assistant Manager Joshua, Lube Tech Angel, Manager Luis and another tech by the name of Ammy. Great team. I came in for a standard oil change and they guided me through the whole process showing me what they were doing and changing and explaining everything as they went and still got me out in about 15 minutes!

Place is great, they go over every maintenance detail of your car while your getting your oil changed. In and out in less than 15 minutes.

Friendly staff but the process took very long and I now have a stripped lug nut and broken gasket. This is my second poor experience with the company valvoline as a whole this year. Will consider taking my business else where. Will say they win at convenience...

I an preparing to drive my car 2700 miles to Washington state. The guy that was helping me on the day I visited, took care of me like he was my Daddy. He went above and beyond checking and changing and really taking an interest in my safety.

I drove up and was told they cant service mini coopers. All I wanted was an oil change. If you do not service my type of vehicle, please post that information on your website and outside your establishment.

Decent service, but not all employees were wearing masks. The guy in the pit under the cars was not wearing one - he had it under his chin and not over his nose or mouth except when he came up top-level for about 30 seconds. Not a good look in the middle of a pandemic when you have signs up saying we ALL must wear them. Not exactly a safe feeling as a visitor. They also didnt check my tire pressre, which is a basic check for any oil change....

There is a sign up that all employees and guests have to wear a mask; however, none of the employees had masks. The workers were basically friendly, and they worked pretty fast, but I still had to wait over a half hour until they finished with my car. I enjoyed staying in my car the whole time, rather than having to sit in a waiting area. I like it that they did not try to sell me extras that I didnt need, such as a new air filter or new wiper blades. I paid for full service, but they did not add wiper fluid. After adding the new oil, when they showed me the oil level on the dipstick, it appeared to be past the full mark.

I been coming here for about a year in a half now. Today i come in and there is only two bays open out the three. ALWAYS whichever car is on the bay line goes in ORDER.So i get there The bay on the left closest to the building is servicing a car and has a car waiting outside the bay to go next there.So i go in the middle where there is a car being service, and a box truck waiting and then myself.After waiting for about 15 mins a girl comes unprofessional not even saying good morning at least. Tell me that the car in bay one is having a problem and that i need to let the other car go in front of me. Because of the reason she told me i moved but then tell me to go in front of bay one where the other car was. Made no sense. So basically they preferred the other guy to go in front of me. There is no sign first come first service. Is its like that they should make everyone make one line.Jordan is definitely not a manager skill guy, i always experience bad experiences on Sundays when the real manager is there. apparentlyJordan had preferences for his friend that was driver that car. Never coming here again!!!!!

I was about to give a great review for awesome customer service but after reading another review about masks, I noticed the manager walking around without a mask, talking to the techs non-stop, and the tech also had no mask on but at least it was on his chin. Wear the damn mask people!! Prob won’t come back to this Valvoline Lodi location in a while...

Went here for the first time last week to get my headlight bulb replaced. The crew is very friendly and nice. Very professional service and did the job quickly. Their shop is very clean and looks well maintained. I really liked this place and will go there again to get my oil changed when its time to do it. I still highly recommend this place to anyone who wants great service for their car.

Really nice guys, quick and through. But the price was downright criminal. $77 for 6 quart suv oil change for semi synthetic. Outrageous. Could have gone to the dealer. They wanted $99 for full synthetic.Your response does not help. What a rip off.

Easiest oil change I’ve gotten in years. All the extra steps they take to make sure your car is working properly like turn signals and fluids is impressive. Not having to get out the car makes this worthwhile on its own.

Just got hustled. Better value at the dealer. I would not reccomendI just got charged for putting the oil cover back, which they took off.

Good service. You wait in the car while service in being completed. They check signal lights, wipers, cabin filters etc as well. Shows you the levels after changing. They also check each others work..I believe. Class operation. Recommended.

Worst place I ever come....i driving passat 2017 and i bring my own oil...they changed and after 2 -3 days i feel car losing power.... I checked oil my car has 2-1/2 Quartz Extra oil in the engine they don’t even take out all old oil..guys don’t go ever there you gonna break engines...good luck

Its basically luck of the draw. They have 3 garage windows. I pulled up first to the middle garage line. 5 minutes later a guy to pulled up to my right lane. 15 minutes later a woman pulled up to my left. After 35 minutes of waiting, both people were taken before I was. Extremely poor system of operations. Good luck.

First time I went here the guys were so friendly, enthusiastic, and explained everything to me. They also showed me the old parts they took out and new parts they had put in. Had me outta there in a really decent time. Loved how they kept me informed on what they were doing on the car.

Got there exactly when they opened- 7am- still dark out. Jordan, the manager, didnt have a minute to take a breath-not the way I like to start my day, but he was great. He was extremely nice, professional, and changed my oil with a smile. Would definitely recommend this Valvoline!!!

Nice place from the outside but no control management. I went there for the first time, I didn’t know where to got what to do, couldn’t find the office, and every time I ask someone they point me somewhere, cos they don’t speak English, so in the end I just left. So I guess if you go there for the first time you gonna have problems until you learn how to get around.
