This place is great. They took us in on a short 1 day notice and did all of the brakes at a great price and did a great job. Guy at the front counter was also very nice and professional/honest. Would recommend this place to everyone.

I brought my mom’s car to change the engine oil. She picked up the car and said there was a smell coming from the car while driving it. I opened the hood oil spill everywhere and on my new driveway oil stains everywhere. They forgot to close the cap on the engine, something so simple can cause you hundred of dollars in damage. I called them for the issue and all they said was bring it back next day we busy, no apology. I brought it next day to correct issue. They held the car for 2 hours. They said the car is ready and redid the oil change and cleaned the oil. I checked the engine oil spill was still there and I doubt they even changed the oil again . The same day I got an error while driving “check engine oil level at next refuel”. I will never bring my car to this mavis because is all headache, this wasn’t first time they have spilled oil everywhere. Also I never got an apology from anyone.

Unsatisfied service..It all started when the personal behind the counter was kind annoyed when I did not buy the insurance for the tires. Secondly, I didnt know that they were going to charge me for the shipping and handling of 4 tires which they didnt send to my house, that charge seems absurd to me.Anyway, I had to change the tires, when driving home I noticed that the vehicle was jumping rough in the potholes I checked the tire pressure and I noticed that they do not know how to calibrate. I also noticed that they forgot to return my valve steam caps..unfortunately lost my business for next time.* excuse any misspellings

I need a tire changed out and one hour into my waiting still no service in my truck has not moved in the parking lot, do you think they would tell you that it would be at least an hour wait before they can even start moving your vehicle inside that would take another 30 minutes to change out. They need to hire more mechanics or at least let the customer know that will be at least a one hour wait time or more

Recent I went to fix my flat tire. I was not expecting to fix my flat tire by using DYI home TIRE plug kit. I wasnt expecting from any professional tire shop. They are charging me around $24. When I told front desk about Mavis web site charges for flat tire and discount available at site. Look like front desk was not happy. I also noticed different problem after my car come out from shop. Im not going back to Mavis in future .

Great service from Joe. Good communication.They were having what looked like a very busy day, but were able to keep my scheduled appointment relatively on-time and had me back out the door within an hour and a half.

The manager Chris speaks in a very rude manner. On the other hand the other two managers are great and work with the customer. The job is done professionally and I am satisfied with the job I had to receive on my vehicle.

I had one of my car tires leaking air and that what I wanted to fix in the first place but they scared by about my brakes and struts and pushed me towards spending for it. I accepted them for the brakes and denied the struts part. When I got back from the trip and had my dealer check the struts, they said it was fine. They also make you fill a survey form and won’t check you out until you give them a good review and complete that survey.

Horrible mavis need to hire more people. I literally called 5 minutes ago and was explaining my disruption to an employee and he listened and transferred me to someone else. As I was transferred I had to explain my self all over again just for the guy to say sorry we only have a “tire guy” and all his mechanics are not working today. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE? AN AUTOBODY SHOP WITH NO MECHANICS? You’re choice people 😂

The service is good, the manager knows his work, the prices are high compared to other places. The labor and the cost of the spare parts are debatable. Online tire prices are lower than store prices.

I went for an alignment and the service provided by Joe and the staff was friendly, professional, timely and I will definitely be going back for any other service I may need.

This place was super helpful! I went to get my tire pressure checked and they noticed a nail in one of my tires. Aman was very attentive and upfront about wait time and pricing. Additionally, the entire staff was kind and quick! I was in and out in under 30 minutes and my tires are good to go, so if you’re looking for a fix, this is your place! Thanks again guys :)

I brought in my 2011 Cadillac SRX for a repair last year for a StabiliTrak issue. The mechanic throughly inspected my vehicle and told me that I should take it to a Cadillac dealership. He spent almost an hour on my car and didn’t charge a cent AND was honest.I knew from that point that I wanted to use them for my next car issue.Last week I needed to get spark plugs replaced. The Cadillac dealership told me that my coils were damaged and needed replacing. I took it to Mavis for a second opinion. They ran it through their system and determined that the coils were FINE!!They replaced my spark plugs (was in and out in under 1 hour) and my car runs like new.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business. I will give them all my business....next on the agenda are a new set of tires!

Made an appointment online for tires a week a head . On the day that my work had to be done Mavis failed to call me and inform me that my tires were not at the shop, instead I drove there thinking I would get my tires. The gentile men, a big Spanish fella was very unprofessional to me and my family. Instead of taking responsibility for the error he proceeded to make it seem as if it was my fault for making the appointment online.

I changed my car tires four weeks ago, one of them was damaged on the outside which made it useless. I went back to Mavis and I know I did not buy the insurance that they offered me the day I bought the 4 tires, but at least they should have helped me or give me a discount for buying the tire that was damaged.

This is the place you should come if you need tires these guys are great Joe the supervisor was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.🙂

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE START, THE MOMENT I GOT IN THERE, THEY TOLD ME THEY WHERE BUSY AND PROBABLY WONT HAVE MY TIRE FIXED TODAY WITHOUT EVEN ME EXPLAINING ANYTHING, WHEN I TOLD HIM, I DIDNT NEED IT THE SAME DAY, HE TOLD ME TO ROLL IT IN, THEN CALLED ME LATER AND GAVE ME A CHOICE OF TWO TIRE BRANDS WHICH WASNT THE ONES ON MY TRUCK AND NEVER GAVE ME THE CHOICE TO ORDER MY ACTUAL TIRE SO I PICKED GOODYEAR OUT OF THE TWO BUT WHEN I RECEIVED IT THE NEXT DAY WASNT EVEN CLOSE TO MY STREET TIRES, IT WAS AN OFFROAD TIRE. LIKE SERIOUSLY, IT WOULD BE DANGEROUS TO EVEN DRIVE AROUND LIKE THAT, DIDNT MATTER BECAUSE ONCE AGAIN THERE WHERE TO BUSY AGAIN TO PUT IT ON MY TRUCK EVENTHOUGH NEVER HEARD A TOOL OR SEEN ANYONE DOING ANYTHING, NEXT DAY I TOLD THEM.I DIDNT WANT THE TIRE, WHICH AT FIRST THEY GAVE ME AN ISSUE TELLING ME I MIGHT STILL NEED TO PAY FOR THE GOODYEAR TIRE, I TOLD THEM.I DIDNT EVEN PUT IT ON, AND FOUND OUT THEY COULD OF ORDERED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE, GUESS WHAT THEY TOOK IT BACK, AND OF COURSE I HAD TO KEEP ROLLING IT BACK AND FORTH IN AND OUT OF MY TRUCK WITH NO HELP, NEXT DAY I GOT IT AND HE TOLD ME ITS PROBABLY GOING TO BE AN HOUR TO 45 MINS TILL THE GUY COMES TO PUT IT ON BECAUSE THEY WHERE BUSY, AGAIN NO ONE IN GARAGE OR TOOLS GOING, TOLD HIM HOW UPSET I WAS AND THERE WAS NEVER AN APOLOGY. MAVIS TIRE WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD, LATER FINDING OUT MY STEP FATHER WENT THERE AND MAVIS SCRATCH HIS TRUCK A WHILE BACK AND DID NOTHING FOR HIM...
