As a woman, sometimes I feel intimidated going to a mechanic on my own and getting overcharged etc. Hilton and John were kind from the start and walked me through and explained what was wrong and what was needed as well as the cost. The price was very fair. They took me right away and I was able to leave with my car the same day. I will be returning with any future car troubles. Great, trustful mechanics are hard to come by. I purchased a 2013 vehicle from 4 Seasons Auto Sales. The second day as I was driving to work I noticed & felt shaking on steering wheel whenever I applied the brakes at a high rate of speed.So I called the salesman Paul and he proceeded to give this locations address explaining to me that he handles all of their issues with the vehicles they sell.I called the following day at around 9:45AM spoke to the owner John he told me to come over right away and he would take a look at it. I got to the shop at around 10:30AM he called Paul knowing already by what symptoms I explained to him over the phone I was experiencing that I needed Both Front Rotors and pads. By 1:00 PM on the spot he said I was all set he just wanted to test drive the vehicle to make sure the job was well done.

Did not have a good experience here... Cant say Ill come back. Car wouldnt start and I was nearby so i got it towed over. Dropped my keys off at 8:30am and called a couple of times to check if they had any luck and kept being told theyd have it done by the afternoon. Around 5pm I got a ride back to see my car in the exact same spot untouched. Getting it towed somewhere else. Dont get why I was being led on.

Got a quote through Open Bay that was lower than any other shops in the area. John the owner was honest friendly and personable. The job finished on time and he even showed me step by step pictures of the entire procedure. He really went above and beyond to do things right while delivering great value. Highly recommended repair shop!

Hilton was awesome. I was in a serious bind as I was far from home and my car would not start. He was fair and honest right from the start. In fact he got my car running so that I could drive it to my mechanic, but I decided to have him do the work. Great, great, great experience.

I went in for an oil change after discussing pricing on the phone. After knowing the make and model of my vehicle he agreed to charge me $20 if I brought my own oil and filter.My vehicle requires that four separate O-rings be changed with the oil filter (which were included with the filter) but that was not performed and likely was kept by the mechanic who did the oil change, and the oil itself was topped off too much and gave my car an OIL HIGH reading shortly after leaving the shop.I would give this place two stars because service was quick ~(25-30 minutes) but after the oil change the mechanic claimed that we agreed to $30 on the phone which simply wasnt true.In conclusion, this shop performed an incomplete oil change and (possibly) kept my O-rings for themselves, topped off too much oil into the engine which I had to drain myself, and on top of that wanted to charge me 50% over a price that we agreed to. Never giving this shop my money or my time again.

Not only are they genuine mechanics but they also do not scam you with prices! John has saved me and my boyfriend so many times! I would never trust another mechanic to touch my car or my boyfriends car! Need a great/honest mechanic?! This is the place to be!

John is honest and straightforward. Our car was hesitating and after running a diagnostic, he guided us to reach out to BMW service. Rather than making the repair he wanted to be sure we benefitted from the federal warranty for catalytic converter replacement. You cannot put a price on integrity!
