Absolutely do not recommend this nail salon. Received the regular manicure and not worth the small price of $17, I left with polish all around my fingertips and on my cuticles, bubbles on my nails, and cuts on my cuticles.

I made an appointment a couple weeks ahead of time to get a gel French tip mani-pedi as part of my sisters wedding party. I was very happy with the work done by my nail artist. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. I had a better experience getting my nails done here than my sister had at Kalu on the boulevard where she was charged more for the same services.

Jenna is by far my favorite technician, she is very gentle, kind and quick. She does my nails very well, and the prices are cheap too!

They do not honor scheduled appointments. Several times I have called and made an appointment and when I arrive on time for said appointment, I have to wait anywhere from 20-45 minutes. Kate is a wonderful technician however management doesn’t know how to plan accordingly and respect appointment times and it’s incredibly frustrating.

I love a place you can walk in and get helped right away. Walked in for a pedicure, they have plenty of staff even in these reduced capacity times! Makes me feel kind of normal again 😭Need a quick service where you can zone out? This is your spot.

I went to this salon because they were taking walk-ins. It was a spur of the moment idea to get a pedicure. It was my first time. They were professional and reasonably priced. They were busy but I didnt have to wait for service. It was the best experience and I will definitely go back in the future.

Made an appointment for the salon for 6pm mind you I knew they would be busy but that is besides the point. Rushed over to make my appointment around 5:57. Waited waited...knew something was wrong told the one girl did she call my name she said noo waited had 3 people skip over me till I said something. Went up and the other female worker said I should have spoken up (I already had before). She took me and another lady to the pedicure stations made me sit and wait for 20 mins in luke warm water until my nail tech was free. He was nice but the rush and the amount of disrespect towards my time was deplorable. Im just hoping I wasnt ignored for other reasons. Wont be coming back. You tell me if the pictures below are worth $90 and a tip.

Today was my first time at this salon. My daughter referred me. I have had my nails done for years. I just thought i needed to try somewhere new.Everyone very friendly. The salon was clean and everyone using covid precautions.Tim gave me a full acrylic set and a French manicure.Their lovely! I will be going back again.

I have gone here multiple times,very friendly and quick. They have never failed to deliver. For a good price too! They are very sturdy i has mine on for 3 weeks and I only took them off because my nails grew out. I went there with a cut on my cuticle before and they very gental to not get nail polish in it or cut it open. I highly recommend.

I am a usual customer of BeBe. I had an appointment and was not notified that she wasn’t working there anymore. Her whole family has not returned since Wednesday the 17 th. I was told that someone else would care for me, but was not told anything else The person that did my pedicure scrubbed so hard my foot started to bleed. The person put something on it to make it stop but never apologized. It continued to bleed while my dip was put on my nails. The entire time this employee was on the phone totally ignoring me. The person cleaned it off the flip flop and again there was no apology. A different person did my waxing, which was well done . Wondering if the salon will post if BeBe and family will return

My daughter and I love to come here for manicures and pedicures. They have many other spa like packages to offer as well. They always have great service, and their staff is filled with very friendly people. I also appreciate the fact that they treat my daughter with just as much respect as an adult as shes very young. I also like when they take the time to let me know of similar spa packages with slightly better features. They never pressure you to upgrade to a slightly better service and this isnt something theyve done on every visit. I just want them to know it is appreciated.

I’ve been a loyal customer for about a year. This was the second time an employee used a razor / sharp edge to remove my existing gel. Literally peeling off layers of my nails. THIS IS NOT OK. My fingertips are throbbing. Also, did my cuticles with water, not a single drop of lotion was used. I’m not a nail technician, but I think it’s just laziness. I’ve asked around and have NEVER heard of this being common practice to remove gel. Lost a customer. You ruined my nails.

BEST NAIL SALON. This place is amazing, you guys treated me so kind and with such warms smiles. I noticed they took extra time and care on my nails, and honestly they did a better job than my old nail salon! Never disappointed like a lot of other nail salons. Will recommend to all my friends and family.

Friendly staff and did a great job. I was in a pinch and live a good 25 minutes away from this salon but the place was so pleasant and they did such a great job this is my new go to spot 25 minute drive or not.

After going to this salon every two week for the last four years I have to now rate them only a one. if I could rate lower I would !!!Had to take my granddaughter in, we made a appointment because she could not wait she has a broken leg and could not site for too longBecause she is using a wheelchair it took us a extra five minutes pasted her appointment time to get into the salon.They made us sit there two hours while she was in pain and told us we had to go as a walk in status.This is not the way to treat a loyal customer ! There are enough nail salons in the area we can give our money too.

I went here to get a nail repair. I had gotten my set out on at their sister salon Model Nails.Today my tech was named Lee and he helped me match up my polish the best we could then did not even charge me for the repair. I had a overall great experience and would definitely recommend this nail salon. I have been to my fair share of nails salons over the years and this place is nice clean and over all a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Even though I was not charged I still checked out their prices and they are definitely reasonably priced and quality service.

4 of us had appointments. Three of us were done before 4th person even taken. Had no response to complaint, ended up being there for 2 hours.

I’ve been to several nail salons in the area, and this one is by far the best for manicures and pedicures. Friendly staff and so many chairs, so you never wait long! Lots of color options as well. Only place I go for a dip powder manicure.

Ive been a customer here for 10+ years. Since the previous owners left it is not the same. I am not as happy with the results of my pink and whites. They are not buffed as shiny and there was a place between the white and pink part of nail where stuff got stuck. I have given them a chance, returning for a pink fill, a pink and white fill and another pink fill. Im looking to try another solon.

The employees here are rude. I also got green nail syndrome from here before. Ive been a loyal customer here for years and Ive finally decided to switch places because I cant stand how unorganized they run their place. You make an appt and it doesnt matter, theyll take whoever they want. Every time I get my nails done Im always disappointed. Not only that but it doesnt matter what time or what day it is, youll be waiting over an hour just to be seen by someon . I pay over 50 dollars for my nails and the paint peels off the next day and then they tell you its your fault when you come back. Would not reccomend whatsoever.

I have been to probably EVERY nail spot in lockport, what happens usually is a place either is terrible, or they do good, but are not good to their loyal customers, I went here about a year ago because it is open Sundays, and Ill NEVER go anywhere else!!! Sonny is wonderful, hes fast, and takes pride in his work, I like all of the staff there, but Sonny and John are my favorite!!!! Highly recommended

I have been frequenting this business for over 2 years and never had any issues. I have spent over $6,000 dollars at this business since I began going there. On Saturday June 15, 2019, I arrived for a Luxury pedicure, dip, and manicure. The luxury pedicure is $50 and is supposed to include several services not included with other pedicures. When I sat down for my pedicure the individual assigned to me appeared to be very confused as to what they were doing. I had never seen this person before and therefore had to assume that they were new. This individual proceeded to very sloppily begin my service, there are several different creams, exfoliates and lotions that go on at different times throughout the service, but this person slapped them all on at the same time, rubbed them together for a little while and wiped them off with a towel, Then this person proceeded to trim my toenails, pretty much as short as they could possibly go, and not file them down, which caused a few to snag and rip on my blanket that night. This person did not even address my hangnails which are the reason I go so frequently, if they are not maintained my shoes will hurt my feet from the pressure. They are extremely obvious, anyone with experience would immediately see them and address them. All this was super sloppy but I think the biggest issue was when this person used a cheese grater on my DRY FEET! I couldnt even believe what was happening! Needless to say, after I paid $50 for this joke of a service, I went to speak with the owner about my experience and explain that as a regular customer, I would like something to be done as I did not receive the service that was advertised, or that I paid for. He told me to come back early in the morning so that I could get my nails done and he would take me first without an appointment (my nails were never addressed as there is a process to remove the dip and that is typically done during the pedicure to save time, but this person did not know how to do it, I could not add another 20 minutes to my time so I had to decline on that day) I said ok, Ill be back in the morning for my nails. I returned this morning (6/16/19) at the specified time of 10:45am. He was there but nowhere to be found so I watched countless people go before me while I continued to wait. When he finally came out of the back, I explained that not only did I have a terrible experience and did not receive what I paid for, I was actually injured from the process as the soles of my feet have been burning since I left yesterday and was unable to sleep from the pain. I also explained that I may have a foot infection as I believe the person cut my foot. He said, Oh thats too bad. I then requested that I receive a gift certificate to redo my pedicure for after my feet stop burning/heal. He said he would trim the hangnails and repolish (it looks like a small child did it) but not redo the pedicure. I was not happy with this but since at the time I really didnt want to look for a new nail salon, I begrudgingly agreed and then finally sat done to have my nails done. As I was finishing my manicure I asked the woman if she would be trimming my hangnails and repainting my toes as the owner had said. And she told me that he changed his mind and wont offer that anymore. So I paid another $40 for my nails and left. (On Sundays its cash only and no receipt given so I can only assume they do not have to report their earnings to the IRS) I am in complete disbelief that this even happened. I also do not believe that the individual that attempted my pedicure is even licensed. I will not be returning to this salon ever again, it is so sad that after so long I could not even get a gift card to redo the pedicure I didnt get. And then he changed his mind after telling me what he could do for me. Terrible business practices. The people that work there are always so nice, but the owner does not seem to have any customer service skills and really did lose one of his best customers, and his employees will miss out on some pretty amazing tips.

I dont know why they suggest you make an appointment because you wait just as long as someone that doesnt have an appointment. I requested a regular pedicure and it was the fastest pedicure Ive ever gotten. Totally rushed, I think I sat in the chair for 15 minutes, I didnt even get to enjoy it because it was so rushed. They barely worked on my feet or heals. Then I got a gel manicure and not even 24 hours later my nails are peeling, the sides are coming up and the tips have chipped. Absolutely terrible. Ive never had a worse mani and pedi before. Dont go here!! I am going to call tomorrow but very doubtful that they will do anything.

I was a loyal customer for years. Since the new owners took over, the place has gone downhill. The new owners switched to cheaper products, caused my mother to have a reaction when she had her mani pedi (confirmed by employees). Not to mention, the quality of service has gone down considerably, my acrylics were of much poorer quality. I left and now give someplace else my business.

My wife got a gel manicure here. It looks horrible, like a child did the manicure. She is removing the gel as I am typing this review. Don’t waste your money and time. It was $37 dollars and her nails look terrible. Go somewhere else!!!!!

Very disappointed, Ive been going here for 5 years and they jacked up their prices. Also now on Sundays they do not take credit cards. I find that fishy especially since theyre the only nail place open around here on Sunday. That was the last time I went there I will not be going back.

Every time I go here it seems to be an issue. First time the guy cut my cuticles more than 3 times, wasn’t comfortable at all. Second time I call and make an appointment for 5pm, I expected to be sat down and started within 5 minutes but 25 minutes later, I’ve had enough. My regular nail salon is closed for vacation and I should’ve just waited.
