Amazing experience! So friendly, clean, prices are ideal and hair stylists are great! I have found my hair person, which says a lot, because Im super picky on who can cut my hair. I definitely reccomend!

It was a very unique pedicure. I asked for the coffee pedicure and everything was fine until after she put the paraffin wax on my feet she then proceeded to pour candle wax on my legs and massage it in. I didn’t recall reading that in the description and it was a fake strawberry smell. I questioned her about it but not sure if I was getting my distaste across. Had to come home to do my own sugar scrub on my legs to get the wax off and for the terrible smell to go away. I maybe could understand this step if it appeared to be an organic candle with no scent however this candle had been burned and I was like did you just take that out of the bathroom? She appears to melt the wax by placing the container in the towel warmer. SMH

Worst nails EVER! I was in for a manicure, I started out with one of the girls then I was told to go to table 8 so I did. He was rough and in such a hurry. Then another man came to me to fix what the guy did and polish my nails. I asked if he was in a hurry too and he said no. I read the reviews before I went in and they had good reviews so I don’t know what kind of service I got but I will not be back.

My no chip manicure looks like a teenager did them. They are bubbly, and my nails are cut uneven and arent even shaped. I take full responsibility for not correcting him when he was finished. But the main reason why I am giving them one star is because this same man who did them then asked me to sign up for their rewards, being someone who gets their nails done often I agreed and share my information to him. Little to my surprise he was going to use my information to text me MINUTES LATER. I felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and truly scammed. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THEIR. Please to all the women and young girls that go or thinking about going to this salon, DO NOT SHARE YOUR INFORMATION.

GOT MY NAILS DONE HERE A WEEK AGO AND THEY’VE ALREADY STARTED TO CHIP AND FALL OFF DESPITE BEING “NO CHIP”. MOST OF MY NAILS WEREN’T EVEN PAINTED FULLY AND THE STAFF ALL SEEMED VERY RUSHED. MOST OF THE STAFF DIDN’T EVEN SEEM WELL TRAINED. JUST LOOK AT THE PICTURES OF THE NAILS THEY POST AND YOU WILL SEE JUST HOW HORRIBLY BUBBLY AND SHORT ALL OF THEIR NAILS ARE. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THEIR NAILS LOOK LIKE THEY ARE DONE BY 13 YEAR OLDS. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND REGRET IT!

I’ve gone to various other nail salons for dip nails and some have done great jobs, some not so great. Luxury nail salon did an amazing job!!! This was my first time here and they definitely gained a regular customer out of me today. A gentleman did my nails, kicking myself in the butt for not getting his name, but he did an amazing job. 10/10, highly recommend this salon!

Got my nails done and the pedicure tub was boiling hot and then when they tried to fix it it was cold. Couldn’t find a middle like other nail places. Then when I got my nails dipped they made me bleed. I know other people who go there and really enjoy it so must have just been my nail tech.

Worst nail experience. We made appointments a week beforehand for manicures and pedicures for my wedding, when we got there we all sat for over 20 minutes before any of us were serviced and every staff member seemed extremely annoyed we were all there. During all our pedicures our cuticles were cut and bleeding. During my nail service (mind you I was the bride) I showed a picture of what I wanted, a extremely neutral light pink with silver glitter at the bottom. The man who was doing my nails must have never used no chip paint before, my nails were so bubbly and awful looking that I had him take it off. He then would not have someone else finish the gel, but insisted on giving me a dip manicure. Since I had already been there three hours, I agreed to it because at that point I was already going to be late for my own rehearsal. He asked if I wanted the same color, and I said yes. Thirty minutes later, I looked at my nails and they were a bright peachy pink. Not at all what I wanted. Also, three of my fingers were bleeding and during the dip and he continued to stick them in the dip pot that everyone uses, made me think about how unsanitary the dip process actually is. So four hours later, I finally was about to leave. They chased me and my mom down for an extra ten dollars because he had to take the messed up gel off (my mom had already paid for my nails) and were extremely rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If the lack of respect and appointments doesnt do it for you, think about them sticking my blending cuticles into a dip pot that everyone uses. Completely unsanitary and unprofessional.

I had ever had having my nails done at any nail salons but I just liked this salon. Love this place. The entire of staff are quick and enthusiasm. VERY good! She also paid close attention to detail. Oh no, 3 weeks & my nails still beautiful. I have never regularly gotten my nails done, but now I will.

I went in to get a dip polish and the tech took the drill to my nail and drilled all the way down to my quick on 2 nails. To the point my pinky was bleeding pretty bad. After a few days, the dip was already flipping up and coming off. My nails have taken forever to grow back normal. Wouldnt be going back for the fact I am fearful the of pain again

This is the best place that I have ever been to for a manicure and pedicure. My technician was very friendly and made gel mani for me quite fast but still careful. The atmosphere is calm, quiet and relaxing. Good place to come with a girlfriend :)

Absolutely horrible I went and 4 of my fake nails fell off and I went back and they charged my $60 to get it fixed. When they didn’t my nails were all foggy in the color wasn’t right because it was just foggy. And today one chipped pretty majorly and it was just 4 days ago I got them fixed I will never go there again! And they were very rude! When I asked for a design they kinda made fun of the one I wanted and said they could not do it

I love coming here to get my nails done. I get nervous because of my hands but they do incredibly amazing! Super talented, super nice, I love talking with them. Just so helpful! I never walk away disappointed! #1 place to go!

I got my nails done there for the first time and they were beautiful but the second time I went in for a fill in they came out horrible. My nails have a gap between the fake nails and my cuticle. My cuticles are all dried and terrible looking. The nails polish isn’t covering my nails all the way. I was so disappointed in the second time... ☹️ If you check in their photos I added a pic of my nails you will see the results. I had got them done only 3 days ago. They look like I’ve had them on for 2 weeks already and they messed up the shape of them they were coffin nails the first time!

I absolutely love this place and they always have something different and new for polish.

They did a ok job. Im 15 and when I go to get my nails done with my mom they charge me the normal cost of a full set of acrylics, which is 25. When I go alone to get my nails done I get the same thing which should be only 25 but they charge me 30. They also dont ask how I want then they just start doing it how they want. This is sad that they would charge me extra for no reason. Miss the old owners they were so much better.

They are always friendly. Shop is clean. And my nails never break off. I drive 45 minutes to come here because it is worth it.

Im pretty picky and have sampled a lot of nail salons. This one is definitely the best in Lockport and surrounding areas. They are really nice, affordable and do a really nice job. Ive gotten the no chip, pink/white flls and pedicures, all have been done really well. They also have a great color selection.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had. Went in for a no chip mani and pedi and the guy I had was extremely rough the entire time and just seemed like he was in a hurry. I moved my foot quickly out of reflex and he looked at me like I was a complete a-hole... I cant be he first person with sensitive feet (especially not when youre being ridiculously rough). Im 6 1/2 months pregnant and couldve done a better job on my own toes that I can barely reach than this guy. Then he cut me multiple times during the mani and the filing was just horrible. Not saying every tech there is like this but based on my experience there is zero chance Ill be coming back here.

Came here for the first time they greeted me before I even walked in the door offerd me water or pop I got pedicure done it was fabulous although I wish they had a menu and I also didnt see any price postings I ended up payin 25.00 plus a 3.00 tip well worth it will definitely come again😘😘

This was the worst nail salon Ive ever been to and Ive been to a lot. The manicurists sat there ignoring the customers while talking badly about them not to mention how dirty and unsanitary the salon was. The woman who did my nails was very rude, did not listen to what I asked, and when I told her to stop, she then went on a ten minute rant about how I was a stupid b*tch. She, along with all the other employees, ignored me while I had to sit there for a half hour listening to them talk about me while my nails soaked. Ive been getting my nails done long enough to know how to remove them and it DOES NOT take a half hour. After I had heard enough, I asked to speak to the manager. I told her I do not plan on coming back and that it was highly inappropriate and unacceptable for her as well as her employees to sit there talking badly about their customers. She was very surprised and taken back that I knew what they were saying but instead of apologizing, she told me that it was good that I wouldnt be coming back. WORST NAIL SALON EVER!!!!!
