Joyce is excellent and I always get compliments on my nails. Making an appointment is always helpful but they do take walk-ins. The photos are taken two weeks after service and they are still in lovely condition. They use good products and they keep the fills thin but sturdy. I have problems at other places with the nails lifting after just a week that does not happen with this service.

Do not go here! Matter of fact run! They are very rude and will refuse to take customers 3 hours before they close just because its a nice day outside. Another time I went there, went to get gel polish switch to regular polish. They lady used foil to remove polish that comes off easily with polish remover. All so they can charge $15 to get regular polish. Watch them because they will suck you dry for every cent.

Always friendly service and fast!! Brandon and Kelly are the best in my opinion and they make me feel at home when I am there. Friends, family and even strangers always ask where I get my nails done because they do such a nice job and it lasts!!!

I just had my nails done Tuesday July 28th today is Saturday which is four days later and my nail broke . I don’t do any hard work, they are not long at all, I didn’t hit it nothing I literally went to throw a piece of paper in the trash and it fell off . I tried calling they don’t answer the phone . I paid 80 dollars for this ombré glow in the dark nails I shouldn’t have to worry about a nail coming off in less than a week. I am very upset and will be looking else where, this is not the first time . The first time I came in with my natural long nails and They broke off completely. They charge all this money just for them to break . I am not happy at all with this set

My daughter and I went in to have our nails done for my brothers future wifes bridal shower. I LOVE my nails! They were professional, attentive and Im over the moon with the way they turned out. AWESOME JOB! We will be returning in a couple weeks to get them filled and most definitely again before the wedding. Thank you for the great work! ❤️

The salon was clean and the staff was polite and professional. Im not sure of the name of the lady that did my nails but she has gotten a return client. She was thorough, patient and took her time and Ive never had my nails come out so perfect. 10/10

Very unprofessional and rude, I went there in December to get my nails done and when I sat down explaining how I wanted my nails the man rolled his eyes, he also got up and stopped doing my nails and another lady had to get up and do them, they also kept getting mad because I was not sure of what color I wanted to do. The small guy walked passed and said “you’re still getting your nails done” they’re just so rude wouldn’t recommend for people of color I didn’t see them treating the other lady that was there like this.

I love it there!!! I bring nail designs in and they do it as is. workers are nice hard working and polite!! Everytime i leave im satisfied and feel like fresher me!!!

I went in for a basic manicure and polish, they have masks on, but touch a lot of things in between touching me without washing their hands. The lighting was poor, there is an electrical socket hanging out of the wall with something plugged into it. When I got out into the sun, I realize she painted a black hair into one, she did not Paint the polish to the edges on the left of every nail, and you could see different layers of polish. It was so bad I went home to take it off and realized then she never put the topcoat on the right hand nails. They use a fan, that she pointed straight into my face for me to dry my nails with, which does not work. This was a complete waste of my $20 and time, never again!!

Tried to go in with my 8 yr old daughter to get our eyebrows and nails done and they told me that I couldn’t have my kid in there. They were completely rude. Why can’t my kid get nails done ? That’s not fair !!

Brandon is great! I use to jump around from nail place to nail place until I found Queen nails! They are wonderful! They speak good English and always give what you ask for and if it’s going to be a lot for the service they let you know ahead of time so you don’t have a surprise at the register.

I would say this place has some rude and nasty worker and the customer service is poor. I feel bad for anyone that comes there at all means.

Clean, friendly & whomever is doing your nails really really pays attention to the small details! They also do pedicures. Overall, a great place to go if your looking for great nails! Plenty of parking& never have had to wait.

I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had here. I just wanted my gel removed and a basic manicure. The tech was rushing even though the shop was empty. She scraped off the gel rather than let it soak off. She then gave me a manicure which consisted of roughly pulling my cuticles off only. She did not cut, file or shape my nails even after I kept saying I wanted them shorter and even. She applied the nail polish way too thickly. It came off in gobs when I was in the car. It was already ruined when I was trying to pay. I told her this but she suddenly became very rude and I just wanted to leave. I dont think the drying station does anything at all. She was also rude when I said I wanted to pay with credit. I had to remove all of the polish and refile my nails when I got home. I will never go back. They had some cool designs for acrylics but the service and attitude I received has turned me off for good.

Everyone here is good but kelly is my go to. The salon is very clean and well kept. Always a pleasant experience. Plus they do exactly what you ask for! I will never go anywhere else.

Got my nails done by kelly. She did an amazing job. I had got done somewhere and they were uneven and messed up. She fixed of them and made they look perfect.

My nails look terrible. The girl. Jade.. Talked me into dip nails instead of acrylic and they look like a five year old did them. They are so thick and gross looking. I will never go there again, I am so mad. What a waste of time and money. Do not do the dip nails. They are not worth it. I will be filing for days just to fix this.

Just moved to lockport i found my spot this place was great and so was the lady that took care of me AMY thats who i will see everytime i go in !

I have alway gotten basic pedicures, and they alway addressed my rough feet and leg massage. This was not good at that. My heels are still very rough and the whole things took maybe 15 minutes. She did a nice job on my nails as they were in bad shape. And the sign on the road said 15% off all services but it was a $3 coupon for my next visit, and was not 15% of the $25. Im sure it is the management policy trying to get you to spend more on the deluxe services as the technician was very friendly and competent. But I wont be returning there..

Put nails on crooked packing in latest nails and nail polish trends but, the one girl is so nice we kept coming because we did not have the heart to tell her shes not doing a good job or fire her until recently

I went to Queen Nails and Spa...it’s a nice place, everyone is really friendly it’s clean and neat but a day or two after I went i broke one of my nails..so I eventually got it fixed for FREE...a couple days later I broke half nail on the opposite hand as the other one and then I went to do something a couple days after that my entire nail comes off the whole thing on the same hand as the first one that broke and then it bleeds...I don’t wanna have to go there everytime my nail breaks if your gonna do nails make sure they are extra steady and not gonna break every time you try to do something
