I can in bc it was home coming week and not normal place was busy. I was excited they were able to get me right in but then the service started. She never spoke a single word to me. Painted my nails before asking if I wanted to pay and got mad when she told me to move under the dryers and I bumped a nail. She even complained she had to bring everything to me. (Nail polish). She never used cuticle oil on my nails nor did she ask if I wanted them cut shorter. My fault since I was kind of in a hurry and shy I didn’t speak up. Then there was the barefoot employee who was just walking around barefoot! It’s safe to say I won’t be coming back. My nail polish is thick and not smooth also all over my cuticles.

I loved this place since I’ve moved here in Lockport! I’ve tried other nail places but this one is just the best. The ladies are extremely nice & it’s always so clean. It’s never packed!!!! I love how they do & shape my nails. Been coming here for almost a year now . I love it!!!! They have many colors to choose from, they take their time to do an amazing job. 💙

By far the best service i have received when getting a manicure. I came in and was planning on getting one color for my nails and call it a day. Once i told Jody about my sons birthday party her creativity went above and beyond, she made suggestions for me and since its Halloween time she added that theme to it as well. Definitely gonna be my place to get my nails done and Jody is my girl!!!

Straight up one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had and only $25 (half the price I was expecting to pay so I was able to tip even more!) My feet were long overdue for a pedicure but she practically gave me a brand new pair of feet. Andy was so detailed and thorough that she scrubbed my feet for at least 45 minutes before she even painted my nails- which is exactly what I was looking for after working on my feet for 45 hours a week. There was plexiglass between us, they wore their masks properly the entire time and were strict about using hand sanitizer. They sanitized my chair immediately after I got up and had a rule of no more than 4 customers at a time (though I was lucky enough to be the only one there at the time). Their color selection wasn’t the best, but I found something cute and usually bring my own polish anyways. I will be back! :)

Friendly feeling place and lovely looking work every time.

Ive been coming here for years. And not only has she messed up my nails multiple times she also denied my service dog entrance because she thought my medical needs weren’t as important as her customers. Even though. I am a customer. They are over priced and the quality of their nails are just not that great. I’ve had not one but three very rude and inconsiderate occasions at this nail salon.

I am a regular customer of this salon for years. I come here for a pedicure and no-chip manicure. The service and atmosphere in the salon is amazing. Its also very clean here. Their pedicures are very good and my no-chip manicure looks great and stays on for a month. This place always seems to satisfy me.

I used to come here all the time with my mom years ago and they used to do a really good job, but this has unfortunately changed. I recently went here to get a no chip manicure before my vacation and I am very disappointed. The lady who did my nails seemed very new and not familiar with proper techniques. I spent over $40 for my nails to have about 12 coats of polish, bumps everywhere, parts of my nails missing polish and super rough edges! Unfortunately I leave for my trip and dont have any time to get them redone or fixed. I can appreciate the staff trying to be nice and gentle, but that doesnt make my nails look nice or make me feel good about ever coming back here again. I would suggest training the staff appropriately before letting them practice on clients nails.

The service here is amazing and I would recommend this place. The place looks beautiful and the nail technicians are very good and friendly. I always come here to do my nails and they never disappoint me.

I got a full set of gel nails with a gel color for $55. They were a little lumpy and not buffed out correctly. But, if that were not enough, they also fell off completely within 5 days. They got a two-star because they really tried to be courteous and nice. But nice doesnt keep my nails on or looking right.

Love how they do brows and waxing. How ever changes prices every time you go.

They owner and staff are very nice. And i have been going there for years on and off. But i got my nail done a week ago and they was really thick and they started lifting so i went to another shop and had them taken off on the 8th day from getting them done and i had fungus on several of my nails.

This place is horrible. We used to go all the time my daughters went there on a Wednesday to get their nails done prior to leaving on vacation. They did my little girls fingers within a day the polish was off. My daughter got the no chip on her bails and by Sunday they were all chipped and off. We have. Asked to talk to them and all these people do is hang up the phone on you they say cant guarantee touch upAfter two weeks it was only four days. I try to call and all the do is pick up the phone and dont say anything or hang up. I will never go back will report business and I will tell everyone I know and then some about this place people are very rude.i understand they cannot guarantee nails for a long period but u dont spend that kind of money for them to be ruined in four days.
