They fix all my newer cars but most important is my collection of older cars they are very knowledgeable on 1970s 80s and 60s cars which is very important to me for your newer cars or older cars they can fix it I love that place

Ive been going to K & J for over 15 years. they are honest and always give me the best deal possible. The guys don’t look for problems that don’t exist in order to charge extra. Once something needs a repair they take care of it, and its history. I’ve been to other garages to have something fixed, and need to go back for repeat performances. K & J gets the job done, they do it once and they do it well.

Technician crashed my car and completely destroyed 2 wheels and rear suspension while performing a test drive. I got the car back but its not driving well and the shop is reluctant to take another look at it. They did not fully repair damage caused by accident and expect me to make full payment for the job the car was originally brought to them for. I will never allow anyone to test drive my car ever again

Had them replace my rear rotors and calipers, as it was an older car the e-brake had frozen and the pistons no longer rotated. Initially they charged a good price and seemed like a decent shop. However, a few months later, the one side caliper started to stick. I took it in, and they charged me to replace a brake line on that side. During the next few weeks, I noticed the caliper was still sticking on the wheel it had been before, so I took it in again. This time they told me the caliper was frozen and that they would replace the caliper under warranty, but that I would have to pay for the pad and rotor. They replaced both calipers and rotors, even though only one side was bad, and charged me for both rotors. Which is rather dishonest since their shotty work is why the one rotor was bad, and the other one was fine. After all this, the same wheel started stick again, so becoming more annoyed at the shop I decided to take it in just to give them a piece of my mind and see what they had to say for themselves. They offered to fix it for free, however then called me the next day and said they couldnt find anything wrong. I ended up taking it to another shop and getting it done right, as the wheel kept heating up under frequent braking. To add insult to injury, during one of the times I had my car in their shop they told me the one trans seal had a small leak. I had them replace it as it wasnt very expensive even though I had never seen it leaking. Fast forward a few months after the brake sticking ordeal, and the trans seal they replaces started noticeably leaking, leaving oil marks wherever I parked it.TLDR These guys are the bottom of the barrel. I had to pay to have another shop redo their work because it was so bad. Would avoid at all costs.
