Bill Brown Fleet Service is great. Just had my truck repaired there. Unfortunately my warranty had expired but they had the parts my truck needed and got me back on the road very quickly. Thanks guys !!!

Despite being super busy. We received awesome customer service. Chris in the service dept got us in/out and even sent us a text or two regarding the timeline and the completion date. Communication was on point and the workmanship of the job. Def recommend these guys.We had new chassis that had warranty issue & other dealerships told us it would take months to handle. Thank goodness for Bill Brown Ford! They got us in/out!

Excellent service for my Winnebago motorhome with Ford F53 chassis. The gentlemen shared knowledge regarding possible suspension upgrades and did excellent work installing SumoSprings and an alignment. I will go back in the future. Work done well and in a time period promised. Thanks!

The free shuttle worked great!

I made a appointment for a DOT inspection. My office is right across the street and I never saw the truck move or someone working on it for 3 days. When I called check the status I was told that there were electrical problems and they were working it out. When I called back they told me it was in the shop and being worked on and as I was talking to them on the phone I could see it parked right where I left it. I walked over there as a technician was about to finally work on it and I could see that there was nothing on the paperwork. I feel like if I didnt see what was going on I would had been charged for something that wasnt wrong with it. I will never spend any money at Bill Brown Ford!

Not impressed

Always fast service and very friendly. Used them 5 times, never an issue. Always helpful.

These people go above and beyond. They trouble shooted an issue, no one else could figure out two times over the past five years. Best service anywhere in Michigan and we have had lots of Ford dealerships we have been unhappy with.

They are just way too busy, took several weeks to get to company van to and make repairs.
