I received regular text updates on the progress points of my repair. The coordination between my insurer and Service King was seamless and required no involvement by me. I had a special circumstance regarding the availability of my vehicle and Andrea bent over backwards to find the final parts and get my car back to me when I needed it. After being the victim of a side swipe hit and run I took my car to be fixed at Service King Livonia Michigan. Let me tell you from the first talk with Theresa I knew things would go well. Through out my repair she kept me informed daily. Also had the pleasure of talking to Debbie who called to tell me the damage would cost $5600 and tht my insurance would cover it. Debbie went above and beyond to explain in depth what was going to happen. Oh and the best part of the whole thing they fixed it all in a week. Like I said before everyone at Service King went above and beyond any expectations I had.

Excellent and efficient service. This is my second time using them and both times they have done excellent work. They even clean up the interior of your car making it look brand new. COFID measures are in place so you basically stay in your car while they estimate the damage and while you pay any deductible when you pick up your car. They even had my car ready early, Tuesday instead of Friday.

When I was unable to reach the Service Location in Southfield, this one was able to accommodate me.

Had a recent vandalism to my vehicle . My insurance suggested this establishment .They were really kind to me, and very professional. Even gave me a call when safelight showed up and tried to do my window . Wanted cash from them or I. When my insurance pays in full no deductible. Needless to say I will never call safelight .

The repairs looked good but they should do a better job at FOD control in their booths. I have several spots in my paint that I’m not happy about but it’s my work truck so i don’t feel like losing it for another month. Also I was charged 2 hours to remove my winch which was two bolts and still installed wrong. My bed anchors were not replaced and not returned until I called about them. 200 dollar anchors should be put in the vehicle or at least tagged appropriately to call the customer if mistakenly forgotten.

I have used Service King for 2 collision repairs over the last 5 years. Both times the service I received was excellent. The repairs were finished quickly and correctly. The service people were kind, respectful and professional.

Amazing service! I had an accident with a deer and brought in the car on 11/18. I had notified them I need the car finished by 12/4 due to a trip. They acknowledged the request, did not guarantee it which is understandable, and a pick up date was set for 11/29. They ended up finishing the car a week early than they promised and I was able to pick it up on 11/22. It looked good as new and no indication of damage from before! They worked really well with my insurance, State Farm, and had exceptional customer service to answer any questions I had.

Furthermore, when a minor repair was needed almost a year later, she quickly fixed it with minimal wait time and impressive results. All repair shops should function this way.Lets not forget that her boss and fellow teammates ensure a satisfying customer service experience - anywhere from wiping a table for me when I spill a drink, to friendly offering Debbie assistance and advice without her asking.

I cant speak to price, as this was an insurance repair and I didnt shop around, but the service and quality here was absolutely fantastic. Debbie did a great job and kept in touch during the entire process. The work itself was flawless, and they even detailed the inside of my car! I cant recommend them enough!

I had brought my car in from another collision shop where they didnt fix my car right. The staff in the front office at Service King was able to help me get my car fixed right. It took a little longer than I would have thought but so much better than the other collision shop.

Awesome experience! I worked with Debbie and she was great at keeping us informed and helping work with the insurance company. They quoted my repair for four days but had it done in two! Very pleased with the repair itself and the overall experience. We will definitely be back if we need another repair in the future.

I cant recommend this place enough! They were speedy with their repairs and were very good communication wise. They updated me every few days about what was done on my car and what still needed to be done. All of the work turned out perfectly and my car looks brand new! All of the employees there were friendly as well. I also got my car back 5 days earlier than expected!

I rarely give reviews but I just had to for this company! They had amazing customer service. The communication was very thorough throughout the process of getting my car repaired. I worked with Debbie and she was so helpful and kind. She made a stressful situation less stressful. Some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a company. If anything ever comes up with my car I would definitely go back!

Im giving it two stars because my experience with Rhonda at the front was exceptional. She was responsive and kind and generally caring.The rest of my experience, however, was lacking. They, seemingly, do not care about their customers or their experiences. I cannot express how disappointed I am with them and fan gurantee I will not be returning . So disappointing...

They were terrific. They did such a good job on my car that my daughters car will now be fixed by SK. They sent updates and even did a bit more to make my car look that much better. Every person I spoke with very helpful. I was very pleased, I trust you will be too.

Horrible service!!! I had front end damage to my vehicle from an auto accident. I was told that my vehicle was ready for pick up. Did a test drive before I left the parking lot my traction control light and StabiliTrak message appears on my dashboard. My steering wheel was vertical and I was told that because they could not visually see any damage to my suspension system after an auto accident that they felt that I did not need a wheel alignment. My brakes were pulsating when I stopped my vehicle. But when I informed this shop of all of these matters I was told that my vehicle was fine to drive. Then I was told to pick up my vehicle and take it to another shop because they felt nothing was wrong with my vehicle upon their visual inspection.DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!

Not sure where the service is in service kings but my experience with this Livonia location was TERRIBLE we dropped our Ford Escape off on a Monday and they told us would take a week which seemed crazy at the time since our car had been rear-ended and had a crack and the sensors werent working properly. you honestly couldnt see the damage unless it was well lit and you were close. Anyways we waited and the day it was supposed to be ready they claimed they were still waiting on parts and was gonna take more days! (not sure where there parts are coming from, seems sketchy but whatever) then days after we were supposed to get the car I kept calling to get an update they said they would call me right back and that never happened. I always had to call multiple times to find out any information at all. we finally got it done it took almost ten days which sucked. based on how we were treated my guess is our car sat there untouched for days(I dont know this but Im pretty sure). I just dont see how a cracked bumper should EVER take 10 days. Ive had transmissions re-built quicker and whole front ends of cars fix in less than a week. they are either unorganized or are taking in more cars than they can handle I will stick to smaller shops from now on!

Terrible experience! I had my car repaired in October 2015. Technician ruined my hydraulics in trunk and its December. Im still waiting for this manager to call me back so it can be replaced since then! Its irresponsible and unprofessional. I dont recommend this repair shop. They havent set things right.
