THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I had all four of my brake pad and rotors done along with fixing a coolant leak. This was done in 5 hours! They also gave me more information on why my engine light was on and what we needed to do to fix it soon. I dont plan on going anywhere else for my car and future cars! Thank you so much for all the help, quick work, explanations, and more. I will be coming back here for the rest of my repairs!

These guys work on my cars and my truck. They do all phases of repair and Haas has even gone as far as to send me a picture text of the problem so I could see it before it was repaired. Theyre honest, friendly, reasonable, and fast. Theres a waiting room with a television and a restroom. There are snacks to purchase while you wait and they would run me back to work while they worked on my vehicles. Great place to make as your speed dial repair facility.

Weve been returning to Mikes for years. Weve always been treated fairly and honestly. When replacing my brakes and rotors they took the time to show me the old wear and tear and explained how they go above and beyond what most repair shops do cleaning and prepping for the replacements. The service was quick and I chose to wait while they did all four wheels - just under two hours. They always charge exactly what they quote, no extra fees, and their quotes have always been the lowest. We will continue to give Mikes our business.

Went to Mikes for the first time today for my sons car. We thought that new tires were all that was needed. We found out that we needed additional repairs. After going to 2 other places and giving me horrible pricing, I went to mikes tires and he hooked me up. Not only did they give me an amazing price but they were respectful and professional. My windshield wipers broke unexpectedly in the middle of a rain storm. I stopped at Mike’s and they replaced the whole wiper assembly very quickly (maybe 90 minutes) and for a fair price. I appreciated their service!

Best pricing no unnecessary work. 2.other mechanics quoted over $1000 for service and repair for parts for my front end, completely misquoted alex found the issue and broken part. I was back on the road on 2 hours and less the cost of the other quotes.

Dont ever take your car here, they will nickel and dime you broke. Plus they dont know what their doing, they replaced a good compressor and perfectly fine drier for way too much money the the condenser was bad. Overall coming here was a huge mistake and I hope nobody else makes the bad mistakes. If you need tires or anything, bell tire 2 miles away has better prices, better people and better management. I dont work for bell tire I just hate this place that much. Plus this place is a joke to all the local auto shops. Just ask anyone.

I took my car in to get diagnosed, they charged $91 to do so, which is a red flag already. Said i only need 1 part that was around $50 and it would take a couple of days to order it. Called me a couple of days later, told me I now need multiple parts and the cost now would be $300. I knew it was weird when the guy behind the counter said they dont screw people over, even though I never asked him. Only place I have been to that says that, and only place I have been that charges just to look at it. If you want to be screwed over, this is the place for you. Oh yea, I ordered the part directly from the dealer for just $58.

Tried to charge me 110 for a tire he didnt have available. Told me 225 for a hub I didnt need. He did not know exactly what I needed because he didnt test drive it. He said I shook it down Ive been doing this for 20 years. My point exactly he was LAZY and overweight. He said it was the front passenger side, come to find out it was the rear driver side. I went to uncle robs shop in detroit on hoover. Best service ever. Instead of telling me anything he showed me the problem. Got on the phone and priced my parts accordingly. Genuine and great detail. If you do goto mikes tire. Get a second opinion. Even though It was automatically 30 dollars to tell me he looked at it. Just because its in livonia doesnt mean they are good and thats what it seem he felt like. Should of known because it was 10-15 cars just parked in their lot obviously because they cant fix them. Uncle rob and his team was getting people in and out. Had to share thanks!

Stole from me! They for one did not put in my engine correctly, the used glue instead of a gasket to attach my oil pan to my engine lied to me about real problems with my car, lied about the glue as i showed it to them thanadmitted to it and said they dont put new oil pans with new engines they broke my tire rod during a lift and threatened to charge me and my family with service fees because it was our fault alex is not a good man and i can promise you they will lie to you. The Body Shop and Tire One will tell you this story is true. DO NOT LET MIKES TIRE AND AUTO TOUCH YOUR CAR

Decent service and very much affordable. Last service they missed to check tyre pressure and my car started showing low pressure after a week only.

I went to fix my air conditioning for town and country and technician i think his name is Alex he said he can check it out and then he put freon and charge me $ 100 and that works for couple hour and all freon leaks so i went again next day and they said they found some leak in hose and that need to order from dealer ship and that time technician was jeff fat guy, he thinks he is smart talker. he told me $380 and next day i took off from work and drop car there and he called he got wrong part so i have to wait for 2 days now so i said ok and went back after he got part and that part he said it cost more so now its $ 480 . i told him just fix it . so they charge me 480 and same thing next day i had same issue so i drop again next day and he said he cant find any leak so he doesnt know what to do.i spend all that money and got nothing and please never go there. they are ripping people. specialy they talk nice and just charge people lot.i would highly recommand dont go there
