This is a great company! on time and very careful with my Lamborghini. Quad took great care of my car and didnt even mess it up on his wheel lift! amazing!! And then there was a guy named ryan who changed my tire. he was cool.

Chris was AMAZING! I got a flat tire tonight (4th of July—so not only is it Sunday, but a holiday as well) and was miles from home. The first towing company that was assigned to me had me waiting an hour and a half, and never showed up. So when my insurance assigned United Towing Service to me, Chris got to my location earlier than expected! He was so patient with me, as I was so shaken up and tired from waiting and being stranded all evening. He was also very professional, and knowledgeable about my flat tire, in addition to another tire of mine that I need to replace. I am grateful that he was willing to tow my car home, as we had quite a way to go.Thank you, Chris!! And thank you United Towing Service!! :)

Got amazing service tonight! Needed someone to help me put my spare tire on because I had a flat. The guy who came out was really fast AND HE TAUGHT ME HOW TO CHANGE MY OWN TIRE so next time I can help myself! He literally taught me a life skill in 20 minutes. Awesome! Wish I asked what his name was so I could give him the credit he deserves. I wish all tow companies were like this, he was so nice.

Very professional towing company. They have amazing service and they arrived very quick when my car broke down. I would definitely ask for help from them again if I ever need a tow!

Service tech Wais was very patient with me (I called multiple times about my wrecked honda) and Ryan the other guy was very accommodating for my situation. I got my car back quick and for cheaper than other tow places, even know it was a saturday and over an hour away, AND the day after local road closures due to fires. These dudes rock

Mo is unbelievable..... He came out and towed my Audi R8 ensuring it would not get stratched since one of the tires blew out. He used wood blocks to give it the right lift and angle. Two tow trucks came out before him and declined the work because they thought they were going to damage my car. Thanks MO!

The lady Shawn that was sent out to help my husband with his motorcycle was NOT professional from the start with the phone call. When she finally arrived after giving her directions over the phone, she was not knowledgeable in how to load a motorcycle. She had my husband and I helping her, she did not take suggestions on a easier and secure way to load it and she was playing like a damn child. When we made it home, she released the straps while my husband was on his bike with the flat bed on a incline almost causing my him to tip over. Overall experience was terrible and irritating. This company needs to train that lady before sending her out on a call like that again.

Great company I have used tow company in the past but these guys are the best in what they do.

I was stuck on the Altamont hills my car overheated and I’ve called United tow and Joe arrive on time and he very polite and he knew what he was doing thank you Joe

The driver was a complete jerk! Drove unsafe and almost hit a few cars. He was honking at cars nonstop. I will never use them again!
