There are services you just have to rave about and share with others. After Norms service, I took time just to call and thank them. Ive been a Tri-Valley resident for over 30 years, but just relied on AAA for services before Norms. Well, for once I needed a tow 40 minutes from home. AAA gives me a 2.5 hour wait time. I called AAA later, and they said it would be another 2 hrs. Several calls followed and now its 10:30 at night. AAA said it would be 2 more hours. Really, 7 hours wait time for a tow by AAA. I had been carrying this wonderful security blanket AAA card for 35 plus years. I got fed up with AAA and decided to find an alternate, independent towing company. The next day I happened to find Norms Towing online. I called and instantly sensed fairness, honesty, customer service, and professionalism. Their tow truck was on their way within 5 minutes of me confirming their services. The driver called to confirm once he arrived, and they towed it promptly to my service garage. Smooth, no hassles, and no wait after a prior long day waiting for AAA. What a difference. The fee was also very fair at Norms, and I am submitting a claim get AAA to reimburse me for using Norms service instead. Thank you Norm for all your help. Skip AAA and call Norms Towing Service instead unless you want to waste a day.

I used Norms to tow my triple Bank Snap on tool box.. They were on time, very friendly. and the charge was very reasonable. Most mechanics know you need a flat bed to tow a large tool box. AND a skilled operator to make sure it does not get damaged.. I would recommend their tool box transportation services to anyone.. I ACTUALLY plan to use them again for my most recent move. My ex abandoned our old car together and I didnt know until I got a call from a collections agency. The collections agency was over the top and rude so I called Norms Towing directly to see what was really going on. Spoke directly with Norm and he was extremely helpful and professional and was unhappy to hear how the collections department was treating people. In the end, I was able to take care of the debt with him and Norm hired a more professional agency for debts.

Our Flat bed truck blew a tire just past pleasanton on the 680, 1.5 hours away from home. Triple A would not help us because it was a flat bed truck. Triple A recommended one tow company that was happy to charge me over a thousand dollars to tow and gave me a 4 hour wait. I called norms Tow service. He said he could help me right away, but then advised me to first call Les Schwab tire service to see if they could help us, before we spend a big amount of money on towing. His advice was right on, and saved me 1000$ dollars. He could of easily just towed my truck, and charged me alot of money, but instead he helped connect me to a much better option for my situation. What a GREAT GUY And GREAT COMPANY. He really cared about our unique situation and helping us find the best solution, even though he did not make any money from it. Integrity and service that you dont find often these days.

A1 service & best deal in the Bay UNDOUBTEDLY!!! My Jeeps Heater core went out on the Altamont and blew a head gasket, I barely made it over the Altamont into Livermore. I called Norm at 4:30or5:00am for a Tow from Livermore to Modesto on a Sunday Morning and he charged me less than $450

Wow. Wow is all I can say. Norm went above and beyond to help us get a tow for our travel trailer. He not only called around for us but he actually showed up to where we were stranded even though he did not have the appropriate equipment to help us. Norm helped measure our trailer, gave us our options and then made a call to another tow company that could accommodate us. There really are good people out there and Norm is the epitome of not just a professional, but a truly good hearted human being. Honestly, he was our savior! To say “thanks” is not enough for all Norm did for us! Amazing amazing amazing... thank you Norm from the bottom of our dirty tired hungry hearts! You rock...

Even though they towed my car. The LPD had it towed really. They were just doing their job. The blonde girl I had to deal with was very nice and had me out of there quick.Just a word of advice. Never go to pick up your car from any tow yard with a bad attitude. Youll only make it worse.

I had a flat tire and really cold at 5a in my car. I called and the service was done after 15mn. I thought I was going to wait a long. I really really appreciate their fast service to tow my car to the tire repair. Thank you so much.

We had a dead battery. I called and asked how much a jump start would cost and they said $75 and if it needed to be towed within Livermore it was $90 but the $75 was credited toward the tow charge, if needed. Quoted a 30 min wait and arrived in less than 10. Driver was courteous and professional and accepted my credit card. The negative online reviews appear out of date. Id use them again in a heartbeat.
