My family has there Owen family Business as a trucking company and we forgot to pay our MCP number which cost $180 for the whole year so out truck got tow by the highway Patrol and after they are charging us 3,750 for the days they had the truck. We try paying with a debit card and they end up telling us there machine is broken so we send my older brother to the bank to get cash money while my mother was waiting outside cause they told her to wait outside the sun which my father called them Nicely because my mother doesn’t speak English only Spanish and ask them for a bottle water for my mother and they gave her an open bottle which is rude and disappointed after this is very we are paying them our top dollar for have the truck I don’t think this is a good way to make business.

Message to owner. I do not need to give any specifics on what was stolen. The fact is that my property came up missing while my vehicles were in your possession PERIOD. Dont try to check me to save face for your garbage company. This happened 2 separate times years apart. Theres no need to report it . Its not like you going to replace the things you guys stole from me. Not worth my time. Id rather spread the news to everyone that you guys are THIEVES! Watch who you hire because someone in your company is making you look bad. Hopefully you catch the thief in your company and file charges against them.

My 24 yr oild truck over-heated the day after it had been repaired. AAA sent a SaveTow driver, Andre, about 1.75 hours later. While the AAA Agent got my location wrong, the location tracker allowed me to advise the driver of-the error. Andre was beyond responsible. He noticed the dangerous circumstances of the location, advised me to get in his truck immediately so as to minimize our risk. Once he had my truck and I in a safe place, he actually took the time to look at my engine and ask if I had any questions. I did and he advised me of potential next steps. Andre lessened any and all anxiety I might have had and I feltVERY comfortable speaking with the engine rebuilder the next day.

These people are terrible, they take forever to get to your car and if you complain to their dispatch the driver treats you horrible when he arrives,and if you ask the driver why he took so long he threatens to refuse you service and talks down to you, i will never deal with these people again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don’t go here for your benefit they have terrible service and they don’t even know where a spare is.

Steve from Save Tow, came out to tow my old Mustang. He was right on time and took care of my car with great care. He was kind, polite, and funny. He made a bad day much better. My car was quickly towed to my repair shop. I cant thank him enough.

I blew out a tire on my trailer on 680 in Pleasanton late on a Friday night. I called AAA and they sent out Jacob from SaveTow. Jacob was super helpful and gave me a number of options to solve my problem. He went above and beyond with great customer service.

My car broke down on the side of the 580 East boundI was helped by a guy named Brian not only did he tow my car he also took me on the 97 mile ride homeThat was cool cause I couldnt get a ride.. Very professional and I would gladly recommend Save Tow to anyone.. Thanks Save Tow and thank you Brian you made a bad situation feel better..

Truck broke down on the 680 and I called save tow for a tow to santa cruz. Lady said someone will be there in 90 minutes. 2 hours later no tow and now dispatch wont answer my calls. Had to get a ride around 1 am. Dont recommend

My car was towed twice in one day By 2 different tow companies . It was a nightmare.So by the time I spoke with Save Tow I was extremely irritated. A big thanks to the woman who contacted me from dispatch as a referral from AAA. She was very kind and spoke very calmly which then calmed me down. The driver was also great. My 1st tow was from Ace towing. The driver was incredibly rude.

This was a total nightmare experience! It took 6 hours to tow my car from Pleasanton to Oakland. The mechanic thought it would be easier to have the car towed home after repair than finding a ride. But what a wrong choice!This company has the all too common opinion that customers can wait on them for hours. Obviously my time and my life is just not as important as theirs. Because this tow trapped me at home all day waiting on them.And while they towed my working vehicle home from the shop, they snapped off the air valve on my tire. So a working vehicle towed home from a shop is no longer functional. It will cost me money not to mention a lot of time to have my tire repaired before the car is driveable. So it sits in my driveway for at least another week.And to add insult to injury, they drove the car with the total flat up my driveway leaving a black burned rubber mark the entire length of my driveway. So thank you for the property damage.Use this company at your own peril!

Danny Cortez! Outstanding service! He took extra care to get our long bed, bagged out Chevy safely off of the the flat bed trailer. Sounds simple enough... except the compressor for the pickups airbags wasnt working so there was no way to lift the truck. Danny worked his magic on getting a truck with no clearance unloaded. Not an easy feat!!

I was stranded in the Livermore hills. My car battery was dead. I called for a tow and the driver was there within 45 minutes. I was so thankful. David E. was very knowledgeable and professional. My car was stuck in park and he knew how to get it in neutral and loaded it up on the truck. He was a great driver and had to take me and my car to my house which was in the country boarding Tracy/Stockton. I would highly recommend him and Save Tow. I had never used them before now but will definatley use them again!

Andre is the man! Despite a massive 2 big rig wreck on 580, he got to me and my flat tire an hour faster than the estimated time of arrival, was pleasant, professional, and handled the situation perfectly. He turned a stressful situation into a nice drive in a really big truck.

A tire blow out on West I-580 last Saturday left us with a totaled vehicle. I failed to get the drivers name, but he was kind and professional helping us through this difficult time. He waited with us until our son could arrive 5 minutes later and take us home. Please commend him. The accident was near the Isabel exit about 3 pm.

After my car was in a collision, the body shop sent Save Tow to pickup my car. The driver was very unfriendly and treated my car like a $200 Honda. After it was loaded up, he strapped it down by wrapping the abrasive straps around my coated wheels. Then left without saying a word. I would have rather paid a different tow company out of pocket than have my insurance company pay for Save Tow.

On one of the worst days of my life on top of everything else our vehicle died on the freeway! We called SaveTow and within 20min Luis was there to save the day! Thank you Luis and SaveTow!
