Dropped off my car, came back to pick it up $155 dollars later my inside mirrors weren’t wiped down my seats didn’t look shampood and the inside of my cubby doors are disgusting still. I honestly believed they let my car sit there all day. And just put my mats in the trunk. Went back the next day so they can fix it, I got a wash and they vacuumed only. I had to ask the man to wipe my door jams and mirrors. I am so unsatisfied. At this point I don’t even want to go back to ask them to fix the issue. Please do not waste your money.

After a truly horrific car sickness episode from my son, I knew I needed something more than the cleaning I could do. I got an appointment about five days out (a testament to the job they do that that was their first available appointment). I wasnt really sure what to expect as Ive never had a car detailed before, but wow. It was as if five years of use had disappeared in the span of a day. It looked amazing. They made it easy to drop off and pick up the car after business hours. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and cared about my concerns. It was a little pricey for me to consider doing it more than every year or so, but given that my car has gone through countless road trips with two small children and all accompanying snacks on top of the aforementioned puke episode... worth it.

I payed 25$ and give 10$ tip for my car to be cleaned before the guy in front of me, then they wait 15 min for the guy in front to get a good cleaning them call me up...I checked n was upset.they did a redo on it and still looked so bad.Windows where hazy, nothing insider whiped off..

Overall this was just an okay detail. There was multiple spots that had clearly been looked over and even appeared more messy than I left them. I havent had lipstick in my car before but somehow it came back with lipstick smears? For the price I paid it definitely could have been much better. I was able to wipe off everything pictured myself so it wasnt that they were not cleanable. I called and spoke to a manager just to be told that it was fine when she looked at it but that I could come back and have them fix it. I dont have time to be without a car again so I just fixed it myself. I just really feel that if Im paying so much for a detail, I shouldnt have had to clean anything myself or come all the way back.

Jazz car wash is the best car wash is the Denver area. My truck always comes out looking shiny and clean. The prices can’t be beat for the quality of service. Dog friendly too!! 🐶❤️🚙

They did a really good job of cleaning my car except they didnt do too much on my windows.

Its ok...my first time taking my car there. I paid extra for seat cleaning. The seats didnt look much different. The Best Wash came to 39.00 with the seat cleaning. I dont think it was worth it. The carpets could have been vacuumed better. I do t think I will go back

Washed, hand dried. Vacuumed and Armor All or something applied, all for their $33 Best Wash. Rain Check policy gives you a free exterior wash if it rains within 5 days. Left very happy.Wish a list of services was available with prices, either on website or anywhere prior to the entrance for the wash. Kind of felt unprepared and under the gun.

I had Jazz detail my interior. I clean my car often with detailing products and microfiber towels, but sometimes I just let it go... often during the winter. The mud, dust, spills, and stains accumulate. I thought this time that it may not be recoverable, which is why I decided to pay for a detail. I could not believe how my truck looked after Jazz got done with it. Im realizing that I have never come close to how good of job they did. It looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I dont even recognize it. I cannot recommend Jazz car wash and detailing enough. With their level of service and incredibly reasonable prices, they have a customer for life in me.

We were visiting from out of state when our daughter got carsick. To say we were in a bind was an understatement. I called Jazz Carwash to see if they were able to help. Emily said this is not a service they normally perform, but would ask the manager if he knew of anywhere that did. They kindly agreed to help us out, and we couldn’t have appreciated it more! I went to Jazz so I could get my car detailed because I saw they offered immediate appointments on detailing. This turned out to not be the case. I still received a good car wash, but I was a little disappointed that I couldnt get a detail. Theyre a bit pricey, but good quality overall except they missed my rear view mirror. Also, not Covid Safe.

This team went above and beyond in their customer service. I would highly recommend getting your car detailed here! I got an interior detail and the car looks brand new! There was a mix up with another car that looked just like mine so when they called to tell me it was ready it in fact was not, since it was the very similar one that they completed. They apologized profusely, did and extra headlight cleaning, discounted my detail and made it right. Their customer service was amazing and I will continue to go back time and time again because of the way they treated me as a customer. Highly recommended!

They did really good on the outside! Really good actually. But the inside was far less attention to details and missed a lot of stuff. For $33 dollars I expected a little more. However, they were very busy so I can understand. But, they misplaced my Keys and didnt tell me my Jeep was done for well over 20 minutes.

I’m honestly shocked at how amazing the car looked. I have a dog that sheds like it’s his job and I am also a dog groomer so dog hair is ALWAYS around and on me. They were able to get like 99% of it and I’m shocked!! Great value :) will definitely be returning.

This is the fourth time I have used this place for a car wash. I actually live closer to another full service car wash and preferred Jazz so go out of my way. I purchased the best car wash because I wanted the inside wiped and not just dusted as the good car wash states. I will not be wasting my money on that again! The inside still has things I need to go over with a cloth - what I like to call dusting; which is what I thought I would at least get. Guess its back to the place closer to my house next time.

Brought my new truck in for its first polish and they did a fantastic job, I plan to bring my wife’s truck in for a detail. My only issue is their use of an auto was system, as professional detainers they should be well aware of the damage these systems create.Update….. wife’s xterra was FILTHY….. it hadn’t been decently cleaned in a VERY long time, full detail and polish turned out beautifully!

They called me to pick up my car, and this wet mud was dripping from the roof down the side of my driver side door. I asked them to wipe it (and several other neglected spots), and they were annoyed.

This place is AMAZING and the service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Will use them in the future!

Second time I have detailed our Ford Escape. This time it was detailed after using the car for construction work use so it was hammered. There was a pressure washer in the back that had a gas can next to it. The car smelled like gas and dirt. Took it in got it back and its like the last few years never happened. I have no idea how they got out the amount of dirt and gas from the back trunk area. I am beyond happy and impressed beyond my expectations of how clean it could get. Will always come back and use them for more details. Thank you!!

My first time here because I was in the area. Wash menu was too much information for my PTSD to make a selection. The wash was ok but Ive gotten the same at a gas station car wash for less. Maybe if I lived closer I could justify visiting again. Sorry guys.UPDATE: Since my review I have been in contact, via email, with management who made great efforts to remedy my specific situation. I live far from this location and only happened to be in the area so my not returning is a logistics issue, nothing else. I so appreciate how management wanted my input for resolution and I am very confident that any complaint, when presented to them, can and will be remedied on the spot. Today I had my car detailed and it looks brand new! The exterior is ultra smooth, shining and spotless. The interior looks and smells brand new as well. Everything is spotless and clean. With out a doubt my preferred car wash in town. They cost a couple dollars more but they really do a fantastic job. Attention to detail is everything. I am always very pleased when I leave.

For the money charged, I was dissapointed with the attention to detail. The door jambs were wiped out but edges and corners were not completely cleaned. I had dried mud in the wheel wells from living on a dirt road, they did not get sprayed out. It is still there. The insude of the car smelled pretty good when they finished, but days later it smelled like an old car refurbished on a used car lot.

Dropped my car off at 8:30am without anyone else in line for detailing before me. I was told that the earlier I brought it in the earlier it would be complete. I was told it should be ready by noon. I called during the afternoon and was told it would be ready at 4:30. It was a simple interior detailing and took over 8 hours.

I have used Jazz for years. I have an unlimited membership and it is worth every penny! My car is always clean inside and out. The owners Keith and Lisa are great! I also love that this is a locally owned and operated business.

First time in. Even though everyone works hard to keep up with the amount of cars they do, the quality of attention to detail could have been better for the $33. The front chrome grill could have been gone over better. There was a grease spot that I got off with my fingers.I paid the extra $10 for the wheel wax and they got the brake fluid stains off that I’ve been trying to remove for a year now! Overall 8 out of 10.

We took our company Van to get detailed and it came back looking better than when we bought it from the used car dealer. Inside detail job was fantastic, will definitely be recommending them.

I got a complete detail and I cannot begin to describe how immaculate my Jeep is. The entire experience from the appointment set up to the drop off and pickup was easy, fast and courteous. When they said my Jeep would look like new I was extremely skeptical. I have 2 dogs and its a Jeep...dirt is part of it. To say my Jeep looks like it did brand new is an understatement. I think it looks better than when I bought it!! I cannot recommend this service enough. You have a client for life. Thank you!

Its been about 2 years since Ive been to this car wash since its far from home; but, I remember they always did the best if jobs. They have not changed, only become better. The facility seems to have been slightly redesigned and the crew is still super nice and awesome. The little shop is always fun, they sell local foods, clothing, or artistic work. Do keep in mind that there may be a wait, and its not due to people working slow - its just a popular place thats always busy.

I got there 15 minites before they closed. I purchased the Best Wash option which was $33.00. I have my fiest and last name to earn reward points.(I wasnt told what reward points gets me, but I will ask next time).They never seemed rushed to get my car done given the lateness of the day. However, they did an excellent job. I didnt have to wait long. I will say the inside staff was more friendly than the cleaning crew. Maybe because I arrived late. I will go back.

Jazz is great! Keiths leadership has really shown through the challenging times of the pandemic. They have continued to deliver a quality product while adjusting to a new environment that requires a much different approach to cleaning cars safely.

Always a pleasure coming to Jazz to support local businesses in these crazy times. Its been a couple years since Ive been here because I moved to the other side of town, but they still do a great job and are the best car wash in town!

Dropped in to see if Jazz could ‘debadge’ my brand new Tundra. Without having an appointment, George was more than willing to help me. He did an amazing job, took him less than an hour, & his customer service exceeded my expectations. As a business owner myself, I understand just how important having employees like George is. I’ll be taking my truck back for any & all future detailing needs & I’ll be asking for George!

$300 for a truck detail and wax. Two days to complete. Jazz called and said it was ready for pickup on the 2nd day - I arrived 2 hours after that call... truck not ready! They have me wait on bench another 25 minutes to finish exterior touch ups. After waiting, I get in the truck and the battery is dead because doors left open all day. While driving home I find my center console 3-cup interior holders are completely missing. I call and Jazz places me on hold on the phone for 15 minutes -without any well be right with you - apparently checking around the shop for my missing part. Turns out they could not find the missing part. I get home - only to find half of the truck still cloudy with wax all over it - and about a dozen old wax rags in the bed of the truck. There is still wax on all the door handles, tail lights, mirrors, etc. And ZERO Armor-All on any of the exterior. I mean ZERO shiny black parts - the easiest and most important part of any detail. My door handles, tires, grille, tail gate are all dulled and have yellow wax all over them. Absolutely ZERO vinyl protectant on exterior. Not even shiny tires. Terrible quality control, poor service with a cranky young lady at the front desk. Worst $300 I ever spent on a truck detail.

Brought my car in yesterday and paid for the $33 wash. Attention to detail is very poor. I understand that I didn’t pay for a detail, but I still expected a decent vacuum job, and a wipe down. Went I grabbed my car I should have known to look it over, because as soon as I got in I had to ask the nice lady for a wipe as there was clearly something spilled on the vinyl. She was very nice and quickly cleaned it, but it was so obvious I’m surprised they missed it. After going home I realised they also didn’t wipe my cup holders at all, and I can’t even tell they vacuumed. My back seat looks exactly how it looked when I brought it in. I will have to go get it washed again somewhere else.

Good car wash! Sometimes miss a few places on the interior of my SUV - but if you ask to run it back through vacuuming, they are great at fixing anything they missed.

I went today to get a basic exterior car wash, after the tunnel I waited 10 mins while employees just stood there ignoring me. My truck dried off on its own with the sun coming down on it afterwards I was approached and only one person started to wipe it down clearly there were dry spots already NOT HAPPY AT ALL I will not be going back I do a better job doing it myself.

For $16 you can’t go wrong with their basic wash! They do a great job detailing your car in a short period of time!

I love Jazz car wash! Excellent family owned operation that does a great job keeping my Jeep, truck, Mercedes and Nautique boat clean! Ive tried them all, this is the best full service car wash in the area.

EDIT: As the owner mentioned in their reply to my review, they did rectify this situation the next day by issuing a full refund. They were very apologetic and I understand that this was a one-off mistake. I was able to pick up my car the next evening and they did an outstanding job detailing the interior and exterior. I appreciate them taking responsibility for the inconvenience they caused me, and Id be willing to give them another chance in the future.----Extremely disappointed in the customer service, or lack thereof, that I received today.I dropped my car off at 7:30am and paid up-front for a complete detail ($245 + tip). I was told I’d be able to pick up my car today when it was ready sometime after 2pm. The business closes at 5pm, and when I asked if it would be possible to pick up my car later than that, I was assured that wouldn’t be a problem because they could lock my key in my car and I could bring my spare key.I received a call at 2:30pm from a woman named Emily, letting me know my car was ready. Great! I told her I wouldn’t be able to make it to Jazz before 5pm, so I’d like them to leave my car locked where I could retrieve it with my spare key after hours. She said that was fine.Around 6:15 this evening, I was able to coordinate schedules to get a ride back to Jazz (a 30-minute drive from my home in the foothills). My excitement about picking up my freshly detailed car quickly waned upon pulling into the parking lot and realizing my car was nowhere to be seen. I peeked through the garage windows and discovered my car was parked inside behind a locked door and inaccessible. I called and left a voicemail in hopes that someone would be able to come help me, but received no response.I wasted over an hour of my time and my ride’s. My plans for the evening and tomorrow have been totally derailed. With the impending snowstorm, I’m unsure when I’ll be able to get a ride back over there to try to pick up my car again — and wet, snowy roads will quickly negate some of the benefit of the expensive detail I’ve paid for.I trusted this business to provide a service and return my car to me within a specific timeframe, and their failure to do so is inexcusable.

The car wash is automatic, but they do vacuum your car and you can pay more for detailing.

I recently acquired a very old, dirty and falling apart work-in-progress Jeep Cherokee. The ladies at jazz did an extraordinary job in washing and detailing my vehicle. I almost didnt recognize it especially the inside!😅Thank you all so so much! Give those ladies a raise!!!🤩👍

Spots all over the car, dirt outside still in some areas, footprints all over the bedliner that I did not come there with, wet floor mats, and unvacuumed dirt all over the interior. I was there for over an hour and the result was I went home and redid everything I paid for. Maybe they do a better job when its not a busy Saturday, or maybe they are just always this bad. $33 BEST WASH - could you at least vacuum?

Not my car but if you value your car and want it to remain all original and no accidents on your carfax I would highly recommend never going here .....this is what they did to a customers car that came in for a detail (they are offering to pay the repairs but still they shouldnt be an asshat with customers property)

I paid $ 50 for cleaning the interior and exterior of my car. Unfortunately the exterior still has dirt and dust. For that amount I expected a little more attention. I know theyre busy, but my car didnt even smell clean. I dont know

Had a monthly membership here for the Best wash for about a year. Their attention to detail is incredibly lacking and their care for customers isn’t there either. They also have really inconvenient hours.

My car looks brand new inside from getting it detailled. Definitely recommend and they have good prices.

They did an amazing job making our extensively baby and toddler-food-stained seats look clean again! We didnt think it would be possible and are so impressed with their professional, timely, reasonably-priced and high-quality work.

Ive been coming here regularly but my last several washes have been unacceptable. No effort is made to wipe my rear hatch or the bumper lid unless I point it out. The employees have access to air hoses to get water out of the cracks but Ive never seen it used on my car. I know Im not rolling up in an AMG Benz, but Id expect much better than this for $22.Take a good look at the attached picture and ask if youd pay $22 or even $10 for this? This was after I asked the people wiping the car to wipe the rear hatch (It hadnt been, I pointed out the standing soapy water on the bumper. The empty rear hatch area also hadnt been vacuumed.)Some of the staff also arent proficient at operating stick, and instead of going to get someone who is, Ive watched them stall my car repeatedly before lurching up the lane.Im guessing the employees arent paid enough to care, I always tip well regardless of the outcome for this reason.

I noticed yellow paint splatter on the side of my car and tires from all the road work going on in Denver, and immediately drove over to Jazz car wash. The manager Jorge was incredibly helpful and was able to remove the paint quickly and thoroughly. He didn’t even charge me an extra fee even though the service they provided went above and beyond a routine car wash. This is undeniably the best car wash I have ever visited!

The wash was good but every time I go the hand dry is basically pointless as the car sits in line for 5-10 minutes air drying before they get to it. Its more of an air-dry/wipe off dries up water spots at that point.

We have been customers of Jazz since they opened! Keith, Lisa and staff have always provided world class service and excellent value!!! The unlimited wash program is the best deal in town! We have 2 vehicles that are over 11 years old and we constantly get comments how great they look with the occasional offer to buy them. Thank you Jazz team!!

Jazz Car Wash on Santa Fe is the only place I will take my car for a hand wax. The attention of detail to the interior and exterior is exceptional. Every time I go there, I am greeted with friendly and professional staff. They have the best pricing in the area.

Customer experience was great. Very nice cashier. For the car wash and detail I was a little disappointed overall good just but for the amount I spent I felt it was rushed. I understand it’s a quick pace so it can slide but overall I will be coming back.

Very good detail for my Jeep - Ive got Rhino lining paint so its hard to wash. A little dirt left in wheel well area, but over all a good detail.

My wife went there about 6 months ago & got some detailing done on her car. She loved what they did. First they clean your car inside and out, then they get to work on the detailing part of it. Cleaning the windows, all of them on the inside. Then the small stuff, if you have stains around your stick shift, wiping down all of your leather areas, if you have leather in your car & so on.

I get my car washed at Jazz about twice a week. Always a great job and if any issues they will make it perfect! Satisfied customer!

Customer for over a year with a subscription. I love the cleanliness and thorough work. Once in a while a new employee may not so well but when I point it out, they correct it fast. I always tip well so perhaps they remember me. Regardless, highly recommend if you want hands on clean with consistent work year round.

Awesome! Joined the Jazz unlimited wash program for $33 per month. Able to come as often as once a day. Car was vacuumed and windows cleaned as well as towel dried and door jams wiped clean. Very professional and super nice inside to wait until your car is done, which doesnt take time at all. Would definitely recommend and glad I can go unlimited.

All the employees are very professional and kind. They have a ton of neat, cute and local items in their little store inside the store. Also, there is tons of very nice seating so you can relax while you wait, or shop like I usually end up doing. Most importantly I’ve always had excellent results after getting my car cleaned here. If you haven’t tried this place out, you need to!!!!
