My car looks even better than the day I bought it 5 years ago at the BMW dealership! I’m really shocked at how clean it is. Cleaner than brand new. I’m super impressed and thankful! Be prepared to allow several hours for your service. I did the exterior and interior and it took him about 6 hours. I wasn’t expecting that and I didn’t realize they were a mobile service. So they clean it on site. In the end it was totally worth it.

A little about my car: it’s a wagon that’s been a little bit used and abused. It’s carted dirty skaters, toilets, broken drywall, camping supplies, wood scraps, and tools. Had coolant, oil, ATF, washer fluid, saw dust, and sweat all over the place. It had never been detailed in the 6 years that I have owned it. Yes, I attempted to clean it up a few times, but there was all sorts of debris in every nook and cranny. The exterior basically got washed with rain, which was a travesty because I’ve put a lot of work into the car. Anyway.Jay came out promptly at the scheduled time and immediately got to work. This man puts the elbow in elbow grease. I’ll upload photos once it’s light again, but MY CAR LOOKS LIKE NEW (minus the dents and dings). It smells like new, it feels like new (minus my worn steering wheel). But you get the point, he did a FANTASTIC JOB. I’m so pleased with the work that Jay did. This place is a joke. I scheduled a car cleaning, they were supposed to show up at 12pm on a Saturday. The technician supposedly wasn’t going to be able to make it so, they rescheduled me for the following day at 9am. After waiting for an hour, with zero communication, I contacted Starlight to obtain a refund. The refund took two weeks to come in and wasn’t even for the correct amount. Pretty sure their mobile service is a scam, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and am actually shocked that they have 4.8 stars.

I just received an interior detail, and I should have taken before pictures. Im happy with my service and the price. Michael was able to service me earlier than my appointment, which was a plus! Also, I seriously needed the service sooner rather than later because of a spill in my car, which made it reek of a horrid smell. I work a lot and have a busy schedule, so my vehicle already needed some extra love. Ill update with an AFTER picture when I get a moment. The passenger side floor was stained and dirty. The drivers side was already dirty because I spend so much time in my car and am addicted to coffee with ivory-colored seats. The inside of my car looks better than when I purchased it. Oh, and the scent used in my car is nothing short of divine. This is a very professional service all the way around, which means a website for booking, a 24 hours email and text reminder sent out, and a nice set up of their shop. If you are like me, all those details show how serious a person takes their craft. I am delighted with my first experience and will be using them again!!! Thank you!!!!

Absolutely great high quality job. Inside and outside. Shiny. I have an off-road 4X4 and it needed much love. It looked immaculate after Arjy has completed his work. No extra grease on the car seats or panels either. I was exceptionally impressed and it was worth every penny. He cared and took pride in his job. What a fabulous experience!I wash our cars 3x weekly on average and thought a full service detail would only improve my car’s appearance slightly. Boy was I wrong!Prestige’s service has totally transformed my cars. The paint has never looked so good (even when new), the tire rims look new again, the engine and engine compartment look factory fresh, and the interior looks and smells better than new. I got the standard interior detail, which included a thorough interior detailing. Great quality work and great value. EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! My car has a lot of crevices that fill up with tree debris because I have to keep it parked outside... really hard and annoying to clean, but they have the expertise, the equipment, and the will to get it done. This place was really amazing. I got in the next day to get a full interior detail. My car looks and smells like new on the inside! I wanted to give my car some TLC, and this was the perfect way to do it after putting my kayak in and out of my car for months. You can’t see any more signs of damage. Really incredible work, I dont remember my car looking so good. I had the best experience here! I accidentally showed up a day early, and they still took my car immediately. The communication was always clear and I knew exactly what I was getting, even the email communication said the correct date, I just showed up a day early on accident. When I showed up to pick up my car I was also accidentally late and they still got it for me and were super super nice! My car was disgusting and had soda stains from months ago all over the ceiling and it seriously looks BRAND new now! I highly recommend getting any type of work done on your car here! I’ve gotten my car detailed at other places and this is the best my car has ever looked. I’m very pleased and will definitely be going back again as well as getting some fixes on my car here in the near future. 5/5 stars!!!!

These guys did a great job. My car was disgusting after a trip to Florida and back with my dog. They removed all of the dog hair, cleaned the interior. Washed and waxed the exterior and made the car look like new again. Very satisfied. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Found AutoMaster online and decided to contact them to set up an appointment to have my fiance car detailed. I drop off the car at their shop and were able to get the car looking brand new again. We have a dog that blows his coat year round and it has been extremely difficult for us to vacuum out his hair. But AutoMaster was able to get it all and leave it looking beautiful. Super happy I contacted them, great people, great work, will defiantly be back.

I purchased the Groupon for One Complete Detail and was told by Arjy after the fact that my car would incur an up-charge for being large, as well as that I would have to pay an additional $50 COVID charge. Do not trust this company to be honest, especially with a Groupon. BEWARE!-Just wanted to point out that your Volvo XC90 is a medium size which there will be an up charge for large vehicle-Additional labor/Extra services will incur an up charge-Most detail places will not tell you these things or will charge you alot more fees than us. Also your car wont be that cleaned with them. We do charge an automatic $50 for all Groupon, Promotional and Discounted prices. On our website, our prices start from $300 and up for your type of car. Remember you are getting a $400-500 value

We got 4 cars detailed by this company. They were able to schedule all cars in one day which was really helpful. Since we were getting multiple cars detailed, the owner was nice enough to work out a deal with us.They did an fantastic job on the interior and they were quite quick for doing 4 cars (2 sedans and 2 trucks). John (the person detailing our car) was nice and professional. My partner is really picky about the cleanliness of his car and he was quite happy with the interior of his car. The owner of the company called us to make sure we were happy with the results. That was a nice touch.The only thing I would suggest to this company is to have a box or plastic bags to place each car belonging in so that all items can be located for each car with ease.Other than that minor detail, I highly recommend this company.

I have used DetailMaster twice and they are excellent. I love the convenience of having DetailMaster come to me for a car detail. Plan for several hours if they are doing a full detail (especially if your car is pretty dirty), but they get the job done right! John did our latest detail. He is a very nice guy in addition to being a total professional.

Arjay is a complete professional, he worked miracles on our Subaru which has seen its fair share of dirt, mud, and dog hair. When I picked up the car it looked as if we had just purchased it off of the showroom floor.

Alright so I found these guys through Groupon because I was looking for a decent detail for the 2011 Toyota Camry we are selling. I checked into their Groupon and Google reviews and they were rock solid. I thought what the heck, lets do it.They are currently in a temporary shop that is located behind a house in a residential neighborhood, so when the GPS takes you to a house, dont be alarmed and dont knock on the door like I did. That house is not theirs.As far as the car goes, the Camry hasnt looked this good in a long time. They deep cleaned everything both inside and out, leaving a FRESH smell inside. Seriously. It was getting funky in their with all of the coffee stains and other spills/dirt/etc.They cleaned under the hood too which left me feeling clean just driving it.The only critique that I have for them is that they had to spend extra time shampooing my seats, which was an extra $75. I would have paid it regardless, but they let me know about the charge after they already put the work in (I would have liked to know beforehand, but since I would have had it done anyway it isnt a big deal).This part isnt a critique, but more of a heads up. On the Groupon, they charge an extra $50 for gratuity. They deserve it 100%, but it just wasnt listed in the Groupon description. Believe me, they earned every penny.

This was by far the greatest car care service I have experienced. They are professional, friendly and has reasonably priced services for auto repairs. I would highly recommend AutoMaster. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t reach out to them.

WOW! I am so happy with the service I received from AutoMaster. I had found AutoMaster on yelp, as it was the detail shop with some of the highest rated reviews. At first, I was skeptical, but after reading through them I felt like this was the shop to help me out. I booked my services online and almost immediately realized that I had booked my detail for a day later than I had intended. I reached out to the company online and they were able to reschedule me for the day I wanted at 2pm. On the day of the detail, I received a call from the office about 90 minutes before my appointment. I gave the person on the other end the information of my apartment complex and how to coordinate. 20 minutes before my appointment, my technician, Michael, texted me noting that he would be about 20 minutes late due to an accident on his route, which is understandable. He arrived around 2:30pm, parked his car in my spot in the garage, gave me an estimate that he would return the car to me by 5pm at the latest and took my car back to his shop. 5pm came and went and nothing from Michael. I figured he was still working on it since my car was a disaster and text him at 5:30 just to make sure everything is okay. He responded with apologies he was behind schedule, he’s a perfectionist and there was a really stubborn stain that he was trying to remove. He wanted to know if it would be okay to return my car closer to 8pm to give the stain solution some time to work its magic. That wasnt a problem for me since I had nowhere to be. When he brought my car back to me, I was amazed! Not only is Michael a perfectionist as he claims, he’s a magician! There were some really nasty stains in there that had been there for years, I honestly doubted that anybody could get them out. Michael removed them all! My 2009 Mercury Mariner looked almost brand new again! I am so happy with the service they provided and I hope that I can keep my car looking like this for a long time. Since I’m sure I won’t be able to do that, I will definitely be calling Michael at AutoMaster!!

Phenomenal detail job and excellent customer service! Dont bother going to a car wash for detail services - use DetailMaster...you wont be disappointed. Car was better off than when we purchased it at the dealer, and I am sure the appearance of our car is what led us to sell it in less than 12 hours after posting it on Craigs List.

Detail Master and Paul did a fantastic delux detail on our Subaru and our car was pretty grimy. I have had a number of my autos detailed throughout the years. This is by far the best job I ‘ve ever had by far. The interior of this auto was very dirty and stained from baby on board, and the dad not cleaning it. I would have been happy just to have most of the stains removed, but when I picked up the auto, it looked like new. All the stains were gone, “unbelievable” and the outside looked like new. The engine compartment, spotless. Wheels and tires shinning. Mr Z did the detailing work and was fabulous. Argy was who I talked to on the phone, and he called and told the of the autos progress and when I could pick up the auto. These are very nice people who work very hard and a great job. I recommend them. A +++++

These guys do a phenomenal job! I would highly recommend them just for the great job they did with the car detail itself! However, Arjy went above and beyond with his customer service by picking up my vehicle from my home and dropping it back off at my house once it was complete. He even allowed me to use one of his spare cars while the detail work was being completed so that I could get to work and run errands during the day. I had created some gross stains do to exploding soda in the backseat. Tried a few car wash type places to no avail. Took it in to detailmaster, they were a little wary at first but they ordered special cleaner and kept me updated and the results were fantastic with added services. Going here from now on.

My car’s interior was extremely dirty when I brought it in. I’ve had it for ten years and never cleaned it once. I had stains from nail polish to tomato soup on the seats and console. When I returned to pick up my car I was shocked at how well they were able to clean my car! So impressive. I had also pulled the driver’s side visor out of the ceiling some years ago by accident and they fixed that for me too! I found Detailmaster through yelp, which I usually use when trying something new. It had good reviews so I gave it a try. Right from the start, Arjy was easy to talk to you. I even asked if they would clean my son’s car seat, and they said they would! My car hasn’t been detailed since I bought it 7 years ago and its accumulated a lot of dirt and stickiness (I have a toddler) over the years. The tire rims were clean and shiny and the wax job looked great. The inside looked brand new. Very happy with the results. Will def recommend DetailMaster to friends and family.

I walked out of the detail-master feeling great about what they had done. A week later I got a brush-less car wash and multitude of tiny scratches on my car where they sanded. I was perplexed. I sent them an email showing them my damage. I got an email back saying they would contact me next week. 3 weeks later one of the guys finally got back to me. I re-explained the situation. He said it sounded like the person who was sanding my car did not properly seal it. He said he would call me back soon so they could schedule a time to come by and look at it. Its been another 3 weeks and I still have not received a call to schedule a time. If they call me back and I get a scheduled time to fix this issue I will gladly take this post down.Update:I just saw Arjays review below. It has been almost two months since we had a phone call discussing any type of reconditioning. He is now blatantly lying about discussions weve had. He has not made any effort from my perspective at all, always having a excuse how busy they have been. Im sorry Arjay, but at this point it has been a total of 4 months since youve first discussed any type of reimbursement. Telling half truths to your customers and not getting back to them is a sign of an irresponsible business owner. I wish you luck on your en-devours.
