I waited for assistance for 30 minutes while salespeople engaged in other customers. I’m not sure if was my long hair or blue jeans, but I was ignored. I tried flagging someone down. Great experience, low key without seeming artificially so, professional salesmen that know the cars in and out. I got a fair trade-in value and a great price on my new GLE 63 S. I couldnt be more pleased. Car was perfectly detailed. Whoever picks the staff here knows what makes customers happy. Highly rated dealership and easy to see why. Rick D. was great to work with. I tried the other Denver dealership and it was awful, I got 50% more for my trade at Mercedes of Littleton and a much nicer car to boot.

I dont have much to say besides I dont think anyone in the service department of the dealership actually knows what they are doing. (Not saying I do)Ive brought my car in multiple times to get little services done that should only take an hour and a half tops (There words not mine) but they always keep it overnight for at least a day if not 2 or 3 days for a service that should be done in a couple of hours.I recommend going to the Denver location to get service done on your car or even better find an authorized Mercedes mechanic.
I always enjoy coming to this Mercedes Benz dealership for various reasons: The staff is always super courteous, the facility is always well maintained, customer service is awesome, service department is outstanding, and while I’m waiting for the completion of my service, I enjoy staring at potentially future cars. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz here in Littleton for those who may come here to visit this location either for shopping for a new vehicle or getting service done to your car. I took my car to get serviced on Tuesday and was told I’d have a courtesy car since it would take all day. I called the night before to ensure I could arrive an hour early, and there would be no issue as I was driving almost an hour to get there. I was told no problem. I drive all the way there in morning traffic and once I arrived I was told there was no car to give me. They should have called to let me know as it sounded like they had known for a while that this could be the issue. I try and stay loyal as this is where I bought the car but due to the service person offering me an Uber back to Westminster, and then told me I’d have to find my way back on my own I decided moving forward I’ll find a different dealership to do my services. This is the second time this has happened to me at this service department that I drove all the way there to be told they’re behind. That is the reason I called less than 24 hours early to ensure it wouldn’t happen again and it did.
This is THE. WORST. place to take your Mercedes! If you love your car and dont want it ruined, take it somewhere else! We took our Mercedes here and the technicians didnt put the underneath together all the way and it fell off and dragged on our way back on the highway! We have now taken it back 3 times to get this fixed and this last trip their technicians LIED to us that they fixed it. When we looked underneath ourselves the SAME broken piece was still there and NOT fixed when they claimed they ordered a new part! We had an appointment to go back today and once again they lied to us that a loaner car would be available for us (after theyve been told it takes us over an hour to drive there). Our issue is still not fixed and they told us today that they still have to order the part!What a joke for a high end dealership. TAKE YOUR MERCEDES SOMEWHERE ELSE and better double check the work that they are supposedly doing on your vehicle before you pay and leave.Update: Just got off the phone with the manager and there are 12 loaners sitting in front of him! Someone there is lying to customers and he said he would track it down. I hope so because this has been a headache to say the least.

Kept us posted on status of service, the service techs noticed a warranty item that could be repaired and made sure to get it done before the warranty ran out, and they allowed me to keep my car there for extra time while we were on vacation (kept it inside too!). This is the absolute worst experience I had in owning a car. I called to get a quote on brakes and was given a number over the phone. I was excited because it beat 3 other quotes I had gotten. When I got to the repair shop I was told a number that was 3 times higher than what I was quoted over the phone. I told them this and they had agreed to the price they originally gave me over the phone. I took the loaner car to work and received a call 3 hours laters. we decided not to honor the price we gave you over the phone, you are going to have to pay the new price. I Then had to fight with them in order to get them to at least match another quote that I had gotten from another shop. They did the work and I paid them. After only 14000 miles the brakes are totally messed up. I starting to think that the car was sabotaged or that the work was never even done. Do not trust this company, Rude and totally dishonest.
I couldn’t get an appointment for my Sprinter Van for months and had a warranty issue with the BlueDef system, the service department said bring it in and we’ll do our best to fit it in. It was repaired, plus a warranty recall on a power steering belt in a week with no charge. Fantastic service, thank you team!!
There was a little miscommunication which prohibited my new tires being installed at my scheduled time. When it was realized that my ordered replacement tires had not been delivered yet, Eric took charge and gave me the option of having on of their technicians pick up my Mercedes from my home and transport it to the dealership the following day. I really appreciated his professionalism as I didnt have to take time to drive it back and wait for it to be done! The technicians who picked up and returned my vehicle were both also courteous and professional. The cleaning of our car was first rate and that made my wife extremely happy. The whole experience was very good!!!!
Great selection of new & used Mercedes & accessories. Regional mark up of new cars is ridiculous, but if you want to pay an extra $110,000 for your new G you can do that here. While there are 2 barely used ones at half the price here & at Ferrari of Denver.
One one service, MB of Littleton disconnected some electric cables and forgot to reconnect them. As I drove away, I could not roll up my windows. At another service, I provided a list of four things that need to be done. They called for me to pick up the car. When I arrived, they had completed only one. I had to wait 2+ hours for them to complete the other three. The last visit was for a B service. That took them seven days to complete.
One of only a few Sprinter Van service centers, difficult to schedule, didnt return calls. Had to make the appointment online. Didnt complete work I was billed for, dont have them balance Sprinter wheels.. Had to go back and they werent really interested in correcting the wheel balance issue. And parking, sheesh..
Purchased a vehicle from out of state (Georgia) which I dreaded due to all of the likely hassle that would come along with it. I have to say that the buying experience with this dealership (Bill Shafi and Greg Romano) was absolutely first class all the way. It was easier and more professional than any other time Ive leased/purchased a vehicle (this is my 7 vehicle). I really cant say enough about how well I was treated and how fair/reasonable they were with their offer and service. I HIGHLY recommend...buy/lease with confidence!
Rory at the Sprinter service shop here is amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure our van was serviced quickly, and the repairs came in for way less than what I was originally quoted at! I only wish they would open a Sprinter shop in Colorado Springs, but, alas, at least the quality of customer service here makes the distance less painful!
We bought this car for my wife and she loves it. We had a really great guy named Cody that helped us out and took care of us. This is our first Mercedes and we want to make sure the experience is world class as we heard about and not just a hype. So far it has been world class.It has only been a 5 days since we purchased the car so we will see if it continues with services and assistance after purchase.
As a 7 bay auto shop owner who is currently short on help (due to government Bonus Unemployment Pay giveaway), I regularly call many dealerships for parts.Most dealerships provide great service when ordering the large, or expensive parts, but with MB of Littleton, both Scott and Glen in the parts department went way out of their way to send blow up diagrams and help me select the correct parts for a Sprinter. We work on Sprinters, but often have difficulty getting the right parts because we dont have as many parts illustrations on these as we do on other vehicles.I was very impressed with their sincere efforts to make sure we received the correct parts quickly. Glen even called back today to insure that we had the order.I wish all parts professionals would provide such excellent customer service! I had my car serviced for repairs and Thea Hovet was my service advisor. She was extremely nurturing! She was knowledgeable, very honest, she message me MULTIPLE times a day with updates. As a woman we often feel taken advantage of (just being honest), but Thea really made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend working with her and Mercedes of Littleton.The only down fall is now I want to purchase the loaner car!

Bad, bad, worst experience. Before I spent my money at this place everyone had time to answer my questions. After I pulled out from the dealer with new car they turned over to the new client. I called them so many times leaving voicemail and waiting to someone calling me back. No luck so far. I guess the deal with me is done and they don’t except me leaving more money so they don’t care. This is not what I expected from MB Dealership. Shame.
I was truly amazed with the staff and especially my consultant, Avan Mutumba is exceptional and dedicated to ensure I was satisfied with the buying process and the shipping process as well. I’m from Texas. We were visiting our family here and decided to come to this Mercedes “just to look. I had been looking for a specific Mercedes in a specific color and could not find it in Texas. This Mercedes had just received the SUV and in the most amazingly beautiful color “EVER”. I’m really grateful my husband and I came to Littleton! Needless to say my car is being delivered very soon!

I showed up pre approval in hand at 10 minutes till 8. No sales person came to greet us and so we went inside and they turned us away because they were closing at 8. I told them that I was ready to purchase and was pre-approved and they wouldnt let me spend 60,000 on car. Unreal. And the employees were just rude about it. Sorry we thought you were open till 9 but we were still there before closing so they should have just helped me anyway. NOT GOING BACK.

I had signed up for a Monday 10:00am service appointment on line. Unfortunately, when I arrived for the appointment, my name was not there. The service team was very professional and took me anyway. the service was performed as requested and I went home with a well running, beautifully washed Mercedes. Yes, I am Happy.
My review is for Zavier. He was very very patient and polite. He seemed new to the industry but was by far the best salesman we had experienced at this location.The seasoned sales man were rude and seemed to only want to work with a certain type of clientele.We were not able to make a deal but that had nothing to do with Zavier. I would highly reccomend him.
Had warranty work and a recall performed. the warranty work is still not complete and I am waiting on an interior piece. I have called every week for a couple of months and have not received a call back. I have been completely blown off. I would recommend another Mercedes dealer unless you like being blown off and having your interior returned to you with greasy hand prints all over it. The piece with the pink on it is what I am still waiting for.

Trying to get information from their web site is near impossible. Trying to find replacement part and their chat pops up and I as my question and they want lots of information.(for follow up). If you dont follow their questions you cant get any information, they keep asking the same questions over and over. Called parts, put on hold, finally talked to someone and the asked for phone # to call back. I have bought 4 new vehicles from them, NEVER AGAIN. Will also find new store to do service. What a bunch of people that dont have a clue.

Unless buying a custom order car- don’t go here. We bought a used Audi that had been traded in, was exactly what we wanted. We were passed from sales person to sales person, clearly not a priority compared to the custom order customers. Not only were we not a priority, they “fixed” damage on the front bumper prior to us buying. This involved over 4 weeks, two different rental cars, and now paint coming off from their poor paint job that they won’t cover. The car wash at the dealer also ripped off the antenna cover from the roof- which they didn’t notice- and took weeks to get a replacement. I would never agree to let them fix anything on a car again- especially since the paint doesn’t even last 1.5 years before peeling off- what terrible work! Along with stating “it’s outside the one year warranty” it’s work the dealership did-paint of all things!

I have purchased many, no really MANY luxury cars in my past and MB of Littleton meets the high standards you expect from buying an expensive vehicle. Matt was my sales person who was attentive but not pushy. He allowed me to test drive a few to my liking over a few days until I found the perfect vehicle for me. He was easy to get ahold of via text, email or call-no problem. He was a excellent listener and at delivery did little details to the car to make the experience even better for me. Quick and professional! In the middle of a 7 week road trip with my new Sprinter van my dash lit up with warning lights. I pulled in un announced on a Thursday morning and was immediately greeted and told where to stage. Before I could gather my life stuff out of the van my service rep Aaron was sorting me and immediately pulled my rig into the bay. 30 min later he had an assessment and an hours later I was back searching for stoke. Matt the tech was kind enough to offer a highly detailed explanation of what went wrong - pressurized DEF line and the part was in stock! Thanks so much for keeping the dream alive!
The staff are competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. I’ve never had to wait at Littleton MB and I’ve always been satisfied with the service. I think you sometimes pay a little more, maybe 10%, than other brand’s dealerships but the service MB provides is always top notch. I recommend Littleton MB to all MB owners!
I emailed my advisor Mr. S on Monday to let him know I needed an Oil change. He emailed me back with a list of recommended services and recalls. He recommended a drop off with a loner due to the time required. Drop off and loaner pickup were effortless and Covid distance friendly. Everyone had masks and kept their distance. Work was done more quickly than expected. Mr. S texted me that the work was done. I went back over, dropped off the loaner and picked up my car. No problems, no worries, no hassles. Great dealership to have work done. Highly recommended.
We recently purchased a new vehicle from MB of Littleton only to realize that it had a mechanical issue that needed to be addressed. The Service department and specifically our advisor Jason, treated us like family and immediately corrected the problem. Their customer service was spectacular and we truly appreciated their efforts.
I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here. The first person we spoke to in the service department this morning was really nice. We asked about the valet service mentioned by mercedes while we were on hold.We were transferred to the valet department and the woman was incredibly rude. We didnt mind that they could not help us get our vehicle it was more the way she said it. It was really obvious they did not want to help, we have a check engine light on and received a service warning and are trying to navigate that during a vacation. Her inability and lack of concern to help was pretty frustrating.Terrible service.
They had the keys and the certified SUV GLS450 was missing from their lot.I called at 2 and showed up at 3:30 for a test drive, kept me waiting for 30 minuets and said we have the keys and not the car. The attitude was like, the dealership least cared about their customers. I would never do business with this dealership.
Very easy to get my car checked in. I was out and on my way in about 10 minutes. They made the process very easy and suggested important services for my car so we are ready for the summer.
I bought a 2012 Mercedes E-350 from this dealer. They promised me for 1 additional spare keys but it has been 2 months and I did not receive them. When I call my representative, he continuously told me that he forgot it, they would ask their boss, etc. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. On the other hand, they told me that they made the maintenance for the car but I have paid more than $1500 for different kinds of issues of the car. It also needs additional expenses since the rotors and the auxiliary battery needs to be replaced which will cost me around $1000. Think 100 times before buying a car from this dealer since THEY ARE REALLY GOOD PEOPLE UNTIL THEY SELL THE CAR!!!
Completely regret buying a vehicle from these guys. The receptionist was beyond rude. Would not get anybody for me and I basically BEGGED her to. I can’t get anyone to answer any of my messages that I’ve left and that’s been two. I’m contacting corporate and filing out this survey with pretty 0’s if possible. The absolute WORST customer service I HAVE EVER HAD. Sadly I have to give one star because if I could leave none. I would.
Yesterday, I had an appointment with Thea Hovet (a service advisor) and I was dreading it because I honestly dont trust advisors and mechanics as a woman. I specifically wanted a woman (to be honest). Thea was honest and VERY knowledgeable and she made me feel VERY COMFORTABLE! NOW, I have a place to call home when I need my car serviced. I would highly recommend working with her.

I dont think that there is a better service department in the state of Colorado. This team pays attention to detail and always exceeds my expectations. Even my recent visit for new tires, alignments, and a chipped windshield was a great experience. And yes, these are simple services that I turn to MB of Littleton for because I want them done right!
It was my first time there. Booking is easy, but change of schedule could be hard. They were very polite even they were very busy. Guided well to explain of my service and loan car. Their website is hard to use on my phone.

From the initial phone call to picking up my vehicle which was washed and shiny I have always had a positive experience at Mercedes-Benz of Littleton. That is why I continue to go there. They are courteous, timely, in today’s times follow Social distancing and all precautions. I even dropped off my car a day early and it wasn’t a problem because it was more convenient for me at that time. There is always continuous communication and there are no surprises on your bill when you pick up your car.
Pretty bad experience in buying a used car. The regular salesmen were okay. But the MANAGER was a an absolute dunk. When I tried to negotiate the car using the fact it was leaking oil from the oil pan gasket. He said “then don’t buy the car”. So I walked on out of there! The car we were trying to buy was a 2015 GLA 250 for $22k. Wasn’t gonna buy a leaky car for $22k. Thanks guys! Saved me from making a mistake!

This was a mobile repair where the service person came to my location to replace the air bags that were part of the nationwide recall. He was great. This mobile service was a superb way to handle this.

I needed a new switch installed. I made an appointment weeks in advance. I knew I would be leaving the next day so I made the appointment and was there at 7am. It’s over an hour drive to my house. I worked at coffee shops all day. At 5 they tell me they have not even taken it in the shop, and they can’t do it.Seriously. Why make an “appointment “This is my third Mercedes. (Prior- s600 and sl500). Clearly my last. They are a never ending string of disasters.Read the reviews here carefully. For the most part they sound like fakes from the dealer.
Terrible service. This will be the 4th terrible service in a row. Took them 4 days to replace brake pads. Custer service was terrible again. Car was not washed. Driver seat settings were all reprogrammed. I would never recommend ever buying a car from this dealership nor would I ever recommend getting it serviced here. Go somewhere else. You will thank me. This was not the first time we had terrible service. We had a terrible buying experience and 4 time terrible service experience.

I have a Mercedes E350 and a notification came up saying I needed to add antifreeze. There was a guy at a gas station that said be careful as Mercedes cars need special formulas. I was on my way in a hurry to get to the mountains for a family emergency. I called the service department and they got me in immediately and I was out of there in five minutes.
