My fire extinguisher discharged in my vehicle with all the windows shut. Bear’s came up when searching for detailing places. My car was so bad, I was concerned they wouldn’t even be able to help me. Without hesitation they said they’d be happy to help me and wow am I thankful. There’s no way I could have done this alone and have gotten it as clean as it was when I left. There was extinguisher contents literally everywhere, even in the closed glove box and they didn’t miss a single spot. Here’s photos from before and after! It took 5 hours to clean out completely and the price was very reasonable. I’d recommend Bear’s to anyone.

There arent a lot of good car wash options in this area, so we splurged on this $36 car wash + tip! There was a very obvious spot on our back seat, which wipes right off, but they missed it. The interior trim of the doors was half wiped down. Exterior was good, with the exception of the obvious bug splatter left behind on the lights and logo.

Bears works miracles!My dog threw up on my back seats and I tried three separate times to use Turtle Wax Power Out! Upholstery Cleaner & Protector to little success.Took my car to Bears and $40 later, my seats look brand new! They even said there was no guarantee they could get the stains out. I just wish I had opted for a complete interior detail!! A co-worker recommended this place after she got a complete interior detailing for $130 to get rid of cigarette smoke smell from her (new) used car.I was looking at comparable service from other places for $170-$200. Absolute best bang for the buck. Bears has a new loyal customer!

Very frustrated and unhappy about my experience with Bears Car Wash. Dropped off my car at 8 for a full detail and headlight restoration. Was given an estimate of 5 hours. I couldnt pick it up until 5 so that was fine. Arrived at 5 and it wasnt ready, still in the service bay. Asked if it was ready and I was told yes theyd bring right out. Had to wait 20 mins before it was ready. Not a call or text during the day to let me know it was taking longer than expected. Drove through the parking lot, and my rear view mirror fell off! Took it back in the morning and the manager tried to fix it but couldnt get it back on. Asked for a refund but he said hed get a glass company to put it back on. The quick fix was to duct tape it on! Waited all day, no call, no text about the repair. Called him again, was told the glass company didnt call him back but was assured it would be fixed the next day. Waited again for a call or text, nothing. Called and spoke to the manager, said the repair person should have called me by 10 that morning. Hadnt heard anything. Wanted me to take it to the repair shop on a Saturday afternoon, hed pay for it. Nope, repair shop was closed. Worst customer service ever! Ill be going there every morning until my $320 is refunded.

Came here and had one of the best experiences I had ever had in my life. I got my face pressure washed for the third time this week. Big muscle guy did it. Nice traps. Nice gluts. Hot gams. Thick guy overall. He grabbed the washer and before I had time to react, he went wild. It was amazing. Like Niagara Falls falling on my glistening body. I felt fresh and new. Like a new man. I was complete. I finally had found the man who was meant for me. After ten weeks of vacationing in Rio, I finally got the courage to ask him for a polygamist marriage. He declined, but I understood. Afterwards, I went back and washed my car.

Went today to have my car washed, vacuumed and headlights polished. We did the Ultimate package and added the header light polishing. Pointed out the dog hair in the back since that was a big reason why we wanted the car cleaned today. Spent $80 plus another $15 in tips only to come home and have to vacuum out my car myself. The headlights do look great, but the wash I didnt remove everything from the windows, there was still leaves and needles stuck in and around the hood, rear door and tire cover and the dog hair in the car looked like it did before we went. Rather disappointing to have spent quite a bit of money only to have to come home to clean my car more.

Took in my in-laws truck to get the carpet shampooed. They had spilled transmission fluid and fuel additive all over the carpet. The carpet also had about a year of dog hair piled up. They charged me 90 dollars and did a great job. Their customer service is lacking and although nobody was rude, they were all not friendly either.

I took my 1997 Toyota Camry with a great interior except a for burn scar above the driver side from the previous owner, to Bears on July 26th for a $299.00 car wash. The guy who checked me in, looked around the car and said they could remove the scratches and do a full work up in the interior. for an extra $35.00. I came back at closing and everything look good. I check for the scratches and they were still there. The person who checked me out, said the scratches were too deep. I agreed but the guy who told they would remove them should told from the at the time. After letting the interior dry for three days ( Im retired ) I started to put my CD holder back on the driver side visor and. found a rip. I called the next day about the problem with the manager David and Detail manager Louie about the problems. And how they will fix the rip. Louie left after saying that they just rubbed it with a wet cloth. David said he will contact the Corporate Office and call me back. NO calls back at all. I called twice on 8/2 @11:00 and on 8/31 @ 11:51 Both times David was busy I asked for a call back. I think the worst service part is that they did not show the rip when I picked up the car and not bothering to take the problem seriously. So be very careful about the detailing and older car with a fabric interior. I gave them one star for the wash. The wash would be a 2 if I wasnt so angry.

I paid $45 to have the car detailed inside and out this is what they think detailing is.The floor mats was not washed still had mud on them didnt even move the floor mats to vacuum underneath them did not vacuum in between the seats around the console yeah still had dust on the dashboard. I had a dentist appointment with in 45 minutes of them finishing so I could not get back in line and have them do it right. I have my receipt and they will be getting a visit from me tomorrow I do not recommend Bears Car Wash.

Paid for ultimate wash plus and it was not well done. I expected to have an excellent service for that price.

Its great that this place gives you the ability to have someone wipe down your car after its washed. But I got the full service car wash and they didnt wipe down the insides of the doors, and the rims needed more wipe-down love. Unfortunately I didnt notice till I got home and wiped them down myself. Its also unfortunate this is not a touchless car wash. So your car will inevitably get very small scratches in its clear coat from going through material thats touching other cars throughout the day. Average it will do spot that we will use again, but only for one of our cars.

I went to this establishment last week to get a simple vacuuming and inside/outside detail, which costed $35. This was fine, I was selling the car anyway. Wanted it clean so I paid the higher cleaning price. You can get a basic cleaning for $15.I haven’t used the car since because I was selling it, only to find out while I’m showing the car today, that the trunk (which I thought was part of the vacuuming and cleaning I paid for) was still full of dirt and grass from my mowing business. I also find out that the glove box as well as the center console is filled with dirt and leaves.This infuriated me that there were more uncleaned areas in the car than cleaned ones!!! Good news is that the car did sell. Some other good news they did a decent job on the washing of the exterior. They also had good costumer service. They work hard, however maybe need to take a second look into checking if they did the work that was paid for! Not a happy customer this time.

Terrible customer service, been coming here since I was a kid and they have gone down hill in the last year. I am never picky as they do a great job normally, this time it looked like they didn’t even wash the interior. After pointing it out to the manager David, he didn’t care about the concern. He said they could run it through the line again but I didn’t have time because I was on my lunch break from work. Asked for a refund and he laughed at me. I guess you can tell a lot about a business by the management.

I came in for a wash and was up sold to a wax and Interior detail. I paid 110.00 and they left the inside dirty, missing one door totally. The outside looked great and they did get the back seat but I dont think they wiped down anything in the interior. 🥺

Ive been there 5 times if times and they cannot seem to just clean the wheels properly I have a brand new car Acra I prefer just to go to another place but this place is my only convenience my only convenience they need new employees to clean wipe car down

Was told that with my appointment, it would be a two hour service. Upon arrival, I was told 4 hours. It took 6 hours to perform an interior detail. NOW MY CAR WAS CLEAN TO BEGIN WITH,... i just needed a shampoo. They missed a ton of interior cracks and windows were smudgey.. will not go back. 6 hours. Poor job

I waited to long to get bugs from a road trip cleaned I asked if they would wash it again and they did. Juan was very helpful and explained why those bug guts wont go away.

Inside of car looks good but one tinted window has what appears to be permanent spots now from some type of cleaner.Spent a bit more $$ than I wanted to and I was disappointed to see the car didn’t appear to be put through a quick wash.Oh well. Probably too pricey to do very often but it looks pretty good (inside) now!Staff is friendly.

The gentleman with the price list tried to sell me different services that I turned down. I picked the $36 wash and vac service. It rang up $49.99. I told the clerk I chose the $36 service. She said there was nothing she could do about it. I intended to bring my truck in tomorrow. Now I wont.

Paid over 45 and vehicle still had smudges on door, bug residue on front bumper and debris in back seat seams that should have been vacuumed. I also noticed they did not spend much time on all 4 rims showing many missed areas on the chrome.

I needed to sell my suburban this week, so I thought Id get it detailed. Well, I have to say not only was my truck spotless inside, but I had forgotten my x wifes wedding ring which she had graciously given back to in 2020, in the truck. It was just barried in the middle console between old bills and broken dreams. Thank you for having an honest crew. I should have left the ring as a tip.

Got a great interior detail. The service took longer then expected and the residue from the wash was very slippery and coated over everything. Overall it was alittle pricey for the quality of service but they did do a great job cleaning every spot!

Came in for a hand wash interior/exterior and polish. When done there was still tree sap on my car. Waited two hours and they did not notify me about the tree sap was extra charge. The headliner was not cleaned even though the guy said he would do it. had to wait another hour for them to rewash it. Will not be coming back. Waste of money for a detailed wash.

Had to come right back to get some missed mud off the fenders. Only 1 guy toweling cars with several in line so it took a lot longer than it could have. Guy left my door open for 10 minutes while he toweled off other cars. It was 15° out. My car was freezing cold. Had water droplets all over the back.Not staffed well, wash didnt seem to work as well as others Ive tried. Not at all impressed for the price. Folks were polite tho.If mgmt is reading this, a refund would be cool.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went today to have interior cleaned. Paid for their “top of the line” wash. And my interior was HORRIBLE. Looked as if it wasn’t even touched. You pay for the most expensive wash and expect it to at least be clean. I will never go here again and will warn anyone else from wasting their money here as well.

Paid $90.00 for a service not completed. Staff wanted to give me my car back that looked like it was never touched on the inside of it. Waited an extra 45 minutes having to watch them do what they should have done in the first place.

Im finally done. Bears used to be great but the quality has gone way down and the prices have gone way up. Spent $40 on a wash and interior cleaning. They let my car sit after the wash without drying drying it so it is covered in spots, the wheels were barely touched and the mirrors were trashed. I opted for the inside and it was absolutely terrible. They only wiped the steering steering wheel and di f even take the mats out to wash. I mainly went for the interior cleaning and it was barely even vacuumed. Just an overall terrible experience. Been going here over 15 years and finally give up, I can handle a couple ok or so so washes but it seems this is just how they are now. Wash your car yourself for way less and probably the same if not better quality. So disappointing.

Ive been going there for years but since it changed ownership the quality of work has gone down.took my jeep in 2 weeks ago and the mats were never cleaned and I had to remind them to do the tires.we wont be going back.

Bear has been in its location for as long as I can remember. It was among the businesses that received my very first wave of employment applications in my teen years, as it was reported to be an enjoyable place to work. When I got my first car, I was at the carwash twice a month it was quite the experience, and for the money, they were worth every cent.My most recent trip was a show of disintegration with time. The Works detailing used to be less than one hour, you could set your lifes schedule by their timing. Now it exceeds an hour and is not nearly as detailed as one might expect. You could trust that everything would remain untouched and your requests wouldnt go unattended to. Now, they take your altoids and go into the truck even though you said, please dont. Everything came back to you as you relinquished it, now they break your pseudo mechanic cup holder and not only say nothing, but also pretend like they dont see you, or understand, when you ask what happened.Theres a long standing sign at the pay counter, claiming that if you have a complaint, speak up, but theres really no incentive to declare dissatisfaction when not one person says thank you aside from the person who impersonally takes your money.But hey, thats a clean car with fewer oversights than if you did the work yourself.

Love how friendly and professional the staff are. They managed to get my car nice and clean. Much respect for them still taking care of my car out in the cold weather.

I was genuinely impressed with how well my car looked after they cleaned it. It was as dirty as it ever had been. Thats no lie. My windows were very clean. its a good place to go if you want your car really clean.

I showed up less than an hour before closing and was fully expecting to be turned away for a full exterior detailing and interior cleaning. I was pleased to find that they were willing to do the detail despite there being a line all the way back to the entrance.The team did a phenomenal job giving my car a much needed post-winter deep clean. Im not embellishing when I say Ive never seen my car look as good, even when I first bought it. Ive tired to capture the results in these pictures but they dont do justice to seeing a properly detailed black car in person.I fully expected them to half-ass the job given the time of day, the insane heat, and the crowd, but Im​ happy to say the detail team stayed almost an hour past closing to finish the job. They clearly paid excruciating attention to detail as they continued to wax and wipe down the car long after I could see any visual imperfections.I think the price was reasonable and in line with most other full service car washes Ive been to. I paid $140 for an extensive exterior detail and interior cleaning (not quite full detail inside). Its a steep price for something as fleeting as a car wash in Colorado, but the quality of work was top notch.The staff werent very friendly upon arrival, while reviewing the services I wanted, or when I was given instructions on where to put my car. However, Im going to give their slight gruffness a pass since theyd been outside all day in sunny 95+ weather with a non-stop line of customers. If they do this quality of work every time I couldnt care much less.Total time for the clean took around an hour and a half. Theyll do a quality job but dont expect to be out of there quick if its the weekend and the weathers nice.

My car was really bad. And it looks really nice on the inside. However, I was told 2 hrs abt. It ended up being almost 4. And the windows werent cleaned properly. Dont think Ill spend that much money again there. Of course if I had a beemer, audi, Mercedes or the likes...it would have gotten Bears full attention quickly and it would have sparkled like a diamond. Didnt find the employees all that friendly either. What a shame.

Ive been there at least 40 times and Im done. About every other time at the $50 wash, its not through on the final exterior wipe down and the floor mats. For $50 I want every part clean! Im sad because they are conviently located to my work.

First time ever coming here today and was very pleasantly surprised by a great group of workers who were very knowledgeable when telling me about my different options they did a wonderful job getting my Subaru looking good again and it was absolutely dirty not to mention the price is unbeatable keep doing what youre doing guys and management if you are reading this the whole team at least from November 1st deserves praise and a raise and I will definitely be back again and again most likely will purchase one of their discount packages

Charged me an extra $30 because there was a little extra dirt in one of my cargo compartments. Couldnt have taken more than 5 minutes to vacuum out. Will never go back.

I used Bears Car Wash today. I was really pleased with the job they did. But most importantly, they are following Covid-19 regulations. They have signs up making sure everyone is wearing a mask. In the lobby everything is set 6 feet apart. I am glad they care for customers and keeping them safe. Bears Car Wash & Detail Center is highly recommended.

Bears does quality work but I was completely blindsided by their lack of professionalism and inability to communicate properly. First off, I made an appointment two days in advance. When I got there they said I didnt have an appointment. Then they told me my wait would be three and a half hours!!! They shouldve informed me of this when I scheduled but failed to do so. It screwed up my entire day for one and for two, appointments should be set in such a way that it should never take this long. I was irate. Mu daughter is picking the car up tomorrow so i have no choice but wander big lots for three and a half hours??!?!! For $165 you expect better than this.

Pricing and quality of a hand wash can vary but they do pretty good job.

This place is a joke! I paid over $80 to have my car cleaned, inside & out and to have my head lights buffed out. They didnt get the interior clean, at all. The cup holder still has a spill thats visible and theres still crumbs and dirt all over the middle console. My car wasnt filthy, either. Just the normal dirt and grime from daily use. All they did was wipe something shiny over everything. Not only that, they scratched the hood of my car when they buffed my headlights. I dont recommend going here.

This used to be a great place. They used to be so friendly and helpful so I bought a membership. The last couple of times I used their service there were still dog nose prints on my window and bugs guts left on the grill and windshield. So I called to cancel my membership, payments come out on the 14th of the month. As soon as I got off of the phone they pulled the money from my account. I called and the lady was rude, deffensive, refused a refund but stated I would be able to use the services for the rest of the month. Great! I get to pay for more rudeness and a job NOT well done.

Been coming here for years every time Im in Littleton. Not sure about the negatives. Ive always had a positive experience here. I happened to notice Bears when I was in the area one day (I live about a 35-40 minute drive away). So I stopped by and talked to Danielle. She was very thorough in explaining their services. After looking at other shops, I decided to go with Bears.When I arrived, I talked to Danielle and the manager, Luis. I shared that this was my first ever car detail (I got the complete). Luis didnt promise anything - just told me what they could do based on the condition of my car. When I saw my car, I was blown away!!! It was immaculate - looked like new!In addition to how pleased I was with my car, I was equally impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, and honest the staff was.I will gladly make the drive for future services.

Bear Car Wash does an excellent job washing the exterior of the car. The towel dry is the perfect finish to cleaning the outside. They definitely receive 5 stars for this part. The only reason I would give 4 stars is the wash option that involves a wipe down of the interior dash sometimes leaves the dash clean with sections or streaks of dust remaining. Otherwise, great place!

Good location that is easy to find, along with a variety of options for wash/wax. The staff is friendly and the prices are decent too. We have never been disappointed when going there.

Horrible. Quoted $230 to detail a small car. If that wasnt bad enough, when we got there they jacked up the price because they found one pet hair. Oh the old bait and switch. BEWARE.

Car washes here are always decent. Never wowed but always feel its worth it. But brought my minivan in today for a detail...8 years old, 3 kids, lots of dogs, we are HARD on this car. It looks practically NEW. You guys are insane! Thank you!

Not only did it take them 7 hours to detail my car but there are still stains and my car sells worse then it did when i went it. Do not waste the 280 dollars that it cost

I have been there twice and will never go again. I asked specifically for what was covered and what was not covered - the service writer said I would get the work I wanted for a set price and when I picked my car up they polished it (and the polish job looked good) but did not do all the work he agreed to and of course I had already paid. There are plenty of good, trusty, shops around - like Jazz on So. Santa Fe. or many of the others listed here on Yelp with high ratings!

I’ve been to Bear’s Car Wash several times and always have had a wonderful experience. My car looks great every time and to top it off their staff provides exceptional customer service. 10/10 would recommended.

DONT GO HERE! They put a 2-inch dent on the drivers rear door and then refuse to pay for it even though when reviewing the camera footage it did not show up. David Carpio the manager tried to say that a spec of tar was the dent, and obviously it wasnt even close to the same size. Ive tried calling the owner Shelly Valentine twice and left a message for her and I have not gotten a return call. I guess I will call USSA Insurance and report it. Also, for $15 to $25 your car wont really get clean and the attendants keep starting my diesel truck without waiting for the ready light even through have told them several times. They just do everything as fast as possible and dont do a good job. You are better off going to a 7.99 gas station car wash.

Drove 10 hours across the midwest and had a considerable amount of bug juice on the front of my car. The guy at the front recommended a hand wax from their detail services to thoroughly remove all the bugs. After the wash, the car was put right in front of where I was sitting so I watched the whole process. The detail guy never even touched the front bumper, and it still had several smooshed bugs on it. Would recommend this place for a quick, exterior wash, but my experience with the detail services was less than impressive.

Very professional. Awesome prices. Only $7.99 for a basic outside wash and wipe down on your car. They even wipe down the inside of the door jams. You can get a monthly membership for cheap if you want to save some money - worth about 4 outside washes for $25. You park, they take your car and you go inside with your ticket to pay. They give you a claim ticket and you can watch your car getting washed in the tunnel! Cool place for kids honestly. Then they wipe off the excess water and you hand your claim ticket to them and youre all set. Great place.

I have used Bears Car Wash for several years now. I brought in my 22ft horse trailer for a hand wash and dry. Other than a little communication gap on the final price it was a job well done. I tipped both of the workers up to the price that they quoted the second time.Thank you Bears car wash.

Passengers door was locked so did not wipe the inside of door, my truck is a 94 and does not have power locks but in can be unlocked by reaching across from drivers side or by taking key out and walking around to unlock. I told them that I would unlock and they did wipe it down. No excuse for this.

Waited for over an hour for the interior of the car to be completed. Finally asked for my key so I could leave. Very disappointed.

Last few times weve been there they have done a terrible job vacuuming. Ive had to go back around and talk to a manager and have them re vacuum. Last week I mentioned it to the ticket writer and he told the vacuum team. Still did a poor job vacuuming. Ive given them chance after chance and will not be going back

Ive been going to Bears for about 6 years. It used to be a fair price but over the last 2 years the price increased by $2 and the quality of service went down. There are areas of my exterior that dont get cleaned and I regularly have to finish it myself at home. Also when theyre busy, the towel dryer guys take forever to get to your car to dry it. When theyre not busy, they have less guys drying cars so it still takes forever for them to get to your car to dry it.

Was told they were a brushless wash when i called, got all the way there and they do infact use brushes. Only reason I care is because I just got body work done and wanted my car washed and can only use water no brushes. Otherwise Ive been to this place and they do a great job. I just wish I hadnt wasted time driving there.
