Great service with multiple people. I always select first available so I dont have a specific person cutting my hair but so far the 3 different people Ive had, have been phenomenal. Highly recommend this location

Honestly, I was going to a barber that ended up being too expensive and always booked, so I decided to give this place a shot. Ive gone 3 times and each time got an even cut (2 or 1) and this time tried a fade. No disrespect, but how do you screw up a buzz cut? I have tried to be nice because the staff is nice, but wish I would have asked for a refund. If management is reading this, I really hope to hear back because three times in a row my quality was awful, but this is unacceptable.Please sharpen your blades, tighten your guards, and pay more attention to the hair instead of buttering up your customers and offering services. This is embarrassing and I will be wearing a hat for atleast a month.

I came to this store very impromptu and on a whim when I looked in the mirror and said, “Wow, you need a haircut.”Not only was I able to get in without a wait, I had an amazing and lovely interaction and experience with the store manager, Tammy! She gave me and my haircut thorough attention and while simultaneously crafting a very pleasant conversation.This was not only one of the best experiences I’ve had at Sports Clips, but rather one of the best haircut experiences I have ever had while getting a haircut.Tammy, you are a saint. I’ve taken my toddler here a couple of times for a haircut when we lived in the neighborhood and the stylists here were the SWEETEST to my child. They were super patient and took their time to make sure my kiddo was comfortable. Great experience.

I want to start by saying we have had stylists here who have been wonderful, kind and professional. But unfortunately our after our experience yesterday I felt compelled to write this just as a heads up for other potential customers. The last time we were there my son received a haircut that was great. A fade into long on top, we discussed the notes with the stylist and were pleased. I took my 8th grade son in to get a fresh cut before heading back to school this week. The stylist asked if we wanted the same as last time so I said yes we really liked it last time. It was the same stylist who did it last time so I figured I did not need to clarify. The next thing I knew the stylist literally took a 1 and 1/2 down the middle of his head before asking is this what you really want? My son now has a shaved head almost down to the skin and he is sad and embarrassed to go to school this week. Still baffled that you would go that short on the top without clarifying? It felt very reckless and unprofessional. His hair will grow and in the big scheme it is not that big of a deal but just make sure you clarify with the stylist and do not rely on the notes alone.

Downgrading my review after a few more visits. The Check-in App is totally useless and inaccurate - basically no difference if you check in via the App or just show up. In store wait time display in useless as well... it will sit at 2m for 30-45m while you wait for a stylist to have lunch or whatever. Stylists vary widely in ability as well and always rotating. Maybe its part of the Covid 19 labor shortage aftermath but the trend of services is definitely downhill.

(Maybe Tabitha needs to train these people on good customer service.) Not only have I had problems with Attitude at this location before, but I decide to go to them because I really need a haircut after everything was closed for a long time, they didnt bother to mention on the phone that they dont accept cash nor did I get a notification. So when I said I couldnt get a haircut cuz I didnt have cash and that they should have told me on the phone they had a huge attitude about it. No negative words were exchanged I could just tell she had a huge attitude so I would highly suggest not going to this location

I really recommend this location! They have a worker there named Clarissa and she did a wonderful job on my brothers hair. She listened to everything and did it the exact way that he wanted it. If you want someone who’s nice and will not make awkward conversation, I really recommend her! My brother kept repeating that it was the most relaxing and one of the best salon experiences he’s had in a while.

Could I have waited any longer? Im honestly not sure. It seemed like the stylist was being deliberately slow. And then, when I was finally next, after waiting for more than an hour, the woman left to conduct an interview for another stylist. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. Terrible customer service.**Update: from the time I got to the store until the time my haircut was finished was 2 hours. Pretty ridiculous. The haircut was good though, so I upgraded my rating to 3 stars. But still... absurdly slow stylists.**

Tabbitha was absolutely amazing! It has been years since I have had a hair cut and I have curly hair. Ive had horrible experiences with people who claim to know how to cut curly hair and dont, leaving my hair way shorter and me feeling insecure and awful. Tabbitha noticed my anxiety right away when we walked in and immediately put me at ease. She talked to me about my desires but more importantly she really listened to what I needed. I actually cried when she was done because my hair looked beautiful! My wife was so impressed too, that she let Tabbitha cut her hair after mine was done. She was genuine, kind, professional and had a great sense of humor. In fact her coworker did too! It was an amazing comfortable experience for us both and we will be returning for all of our future hair cuts with her. Thank you for making me feel beautiful again after two years! Definitely recommending this place to all our friends.

I happened to be driving by this location a few months ago and decided to walk-in over lunch for a hair cut. The staff was very friendly and I had my haircut by Maria who did an excellent job.She was very attentive to how I wanted my haircut and made notes for my next visit.She did a great job explaining the products she used when washing my hair and upgraded my MVP experience since this was my first visit. All this without being too pushy.I have been back two more times since then, and Maria continues to do an excellent job. I would strongly recommend giving her and this location a chance if youre new in the area or driving threw like I was.Keep up the great job!

Just finished getting one of the best haircuts Ive had in years. There are plenty of other sports clips closer to where I live, but I chose this location because of the reviews, and I found there was a reason for such good reviews. Maria was fantastic, a great conversationalist and an even better hair dresser. The online check in kept me from waiting, and she had a few opinions about what we should do with my hair that turned out really well. Never again will i go here. i took my son here today for a cut and it was horrible. the stylist was rude. telling me that he was a bad kid. not cool. not only that she cut his hair crooked. she was supposed to give him a fade. does this haircut look like a fade ???? i am furious because this place is supposed to be full of professionals.

This is the most fantastic place. I’ve been using Sports clips since high school be recently moved to littleton in the last year. The staff is so inviting of me which is nice being a girl with shorter hair! I feel so welcomed every time I come in from the whole staff! The best part is I haven’t had a bad stylist yet I’ve seen 5 different ones, they are great to recommend new products, cut styles for the shape or my face/head and always double check before making cuts that it’s what I want! My favorite is the deals for the season pass and double MVP I’m a big fan of unwinding after a long day at work with a quick (free) neck trim and a double towel! I was recommended this place to anyone. Oh an I barely ever have a wait time!

BIG mistake!! Ended up back here as they were closing their doors they were kind enough to see the butcher job that was done and gave him a proper haircut with a proper fade and all on the house because they were closing, Thank you again we will be forever customers!!

I moved to Littleton one year ago, and this was the first place I decided to get a haircut. I haven’t gone anywhere else since then. Clarissa gave me, by far, the best haircut I’ve ever received, and I will not go anywhere else. All of the employees are very friendly and welcoming. Clarissa in particular is my favorite stylist. She is fun, welcoming, and very friendly. She offers wonderful suggestions and is willing to take the time to get the job done exactly how I’d like it to be done. I’m about to move away from Littleton, but I will be making a 40 minute drive once a month just to have her cut my hair every time. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. I highly recommend others give this place a try. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I have been coming to the Riverside Downs Great Clips since I moved to Denver a year ago. Great staff, fun atmosphere. Also love the online check-in, never have to wait more than a few minutes when using that tool. If you want a quality experience that is also efficient, this is the place.

Thank you to the manager and stylist that cut my kids hair even though we showed up right as they were closing. They were truly wonderful because I know they didnt have to do that. We had ridden the bus for well over an hour to get there and Google says they closed at 8 when they actually close at 7.We arrived at about 7:10 and they were gracious enough to take us anyway. Id make the trip again to go here.

April is the stylist I go to every time; she does a great job, especially since I dont have the easiest of hair to cut.I tried other shops nearby (Supercuts mostly) before this store opened and they were a waste of time and money.

The girl that cut my hair took 40 minutes on the fade alone. I told her to just leave the top alone just so I can get out of there. She seemed nice but I’m sorry she took way too long for the fade not to be great. I wouldn’t mind the 40 minute fade if it was worth it. Won’t be going back there.
