They had my truck for 10 days. This was the third time they had the truck in for the same problem. Did a huge amount of work, changed timing chains. Did not fix the problem. I am convinced no technician has ever driven the truck and heard the noise, nor driven the truck after repair and still heard it.They are woefully understaffed in all areas. Spent at least 4 hours on hold unable to get through and went days at a time with no call back. Just a really bad experience and the problem still isnt fixed. Very frustrating. If the site would let me give 0 stars, I would.
Had a great sales person who was extremely helpful, and the finance department was also helpful. They were friendly and listened to what I was looking for. There was some miscommunication when I went to pick up my truck, but everyone was very nice and tried their best to rectify the situation.I am giving it 2 stars for the service department which has been extremely frustrating. When I bought my car, I was told I could bring it in within 2 months to have things looked at, however, I was unable due to the communication within this department. I called almost everyday for weeks, usually to wait and then be hung up on. Or I would leave a voicemail and never be contacted, or talk to somebody and be told they would pass on information and it never did. I even contacted the customer service department, who said they would pass on the information to the service manager who again did not contact me. Trying to get into the service department has been beyond frustrating to the point where I gave up and went somewhere else. This is not a reflection on the sales and finance team who were wonderful! But part of buying the car was being able to have it looked at within 2 months and I feel that was a scam with how I was treated. I have actually never written a review for buying a car but feel others should know, and I will not be recommending this place because of that service experience.
Great experience from start to finish. JR was our sales rep and he was extremely knowledgeable and found us exactly what we wanted! Austin was our finance guy and he was fantastic! Smooth process and quick! Definitely the best truck buying experience thus far. No BS, very helpful, and no time wasted.
Jereth my sales rep was amazing. I was recently pretty bad car accident where my vehicle was totaled so I had to get a new one. Jereth went above and beyond to work with me on the car I wanted. The entire process was very easy. The finance manager Shawn who helped finish everything was awesome as well. They worked with my budget and made sure the I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. I travel for work often so having a reliable vehicle is imperative.Thank you guys so much. 10/10 def recommend
Initially the sales experience was great, the sales person I worked with was very kind and non pressuring, the financing department was also a pleasure despite being short staffed that day. I absolutely love the truck I got, one of my favorite vehicles Ive had. About a week after getting the truck I noticed one of the features they advertised for the truck was non-functional. I called the salesperson I worked with and left a voicemail, he responded by a brief email the next day, I responded back with my issue hoping to work something out because dealerships I bought from before were always happy to fix an issue they overlooked with the car. I never received a response and 2 weeks later I sent a followup email because I understand they might be busy, however still no response a month later. They also input some information wrong to the financing institution which made registering an account to pay the loan rather frustrating. Initial experience was great and I really do love my truck, I am fairly displeased with the back end however
Did the work on time for my 150,000 Mile maintenance plan.Kept me informed of what issues needed repaired. No complaints
I special ordered a vehicle from Lon Arnold in December and picked it up yesterday. Hes the best salesperson Ive ever dealt with in all my years of car buying. Lon was there for me every step of the way with great knowledge and experience and a smile on his face. Ill be back when Im ready for another Lon! Youre the best! The gentleman in finance was thorough and answered all my questions. I recommend AutoNation Ford Littleton highly. 10 out of 10! Thank you!
Went in for airbag warranty. They determined I need one but didnt have it in stock and need to order it. Its been over a month. Cant get anyone from service to answer the phone let alone return a voicemail message so I can find out when I may bring my car in for the replacement airbag. Sad...used to be my favorite dealership for sales and service.
The representatives at this dealership were extremely kind and helpful. They listened to my preferences and really tried to deliver for me. I was extremely pleased with Kevin who helped me secure my car purchase. Overall great experience for me.
I checked in at 8:40am and let the service advisor know of a couple of concerns and he didnt seem like he wanted to help. When i was explaining one of the concerns he just started walking away from the drive in bay to go back to his desk. Then I was told that they were too busy to give me a copy of the receipt and paperwork from service but that they would email it to me. I have yet to receive that paperwork.
Sales department? Amazing. Service department? Worst in the state. Jareth helped me buy my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport and everything went smoothly and he made the process super simple for me. However, dealing with the service department has been nothing but a nightmare. With less than 5000 miles on my car, my brakes were squealing and my adviser said it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. I’m sorry??? Then, after they had my car all day, I called and called and called and nobody answered to tell me if my car was done. I actually had to speak with a manager in the sales department who walked my message down to the service desk. After all that, I leave, and my breaks squeal the whole way home. What a waste of time. Should’ve spent $35k elsewhere
I sold my car at AutoNation Ford in Littleton and had a great experience with Kelly Goplin, Purchasing Manager. Not like any experience I have had before at a dealership. This gentlemen was top notch, no pressure, super friendly and provided a very fair price for my vehicle. The process was fast and I had my check very quickly. If you are going to this place, my advice is to ask for him by name.
Horrible service when it comes to the service department. No call back feature for waiting lines, when driving into the garage there is no one to greet you and check with you. No representatives that show care about the service you need. I have been to their dealership service departments and they have done a superb job compared to this Littleton shop.
A great deal no BS. They tell you about the vehicle that you like than you get 250 miles or 4 days to return. It gets better a 3 month 4500 miles warrant. Very nice and clean location very busy but not to busy to be friendly and helpful. Good Customer Service. We bought an awesome SUV
They did a great job! I will definitely be back,
Would not recommend,While the first time I brought my vehicle there things went well this time has been horrible . Im guessing they are currently understaffed .Had a antifreeze leak. Brought it in on a Wednesday and never received an update. Had to call the service department several times just to get ahold of the person who their automated system had as being the service representative. Its now saturday and still havent been contacted with an update. Went through the automated answering process for 10 min. Couldnt get ahold of anyone .
I would give zero stars!!!Do not buy from them. The only honest people in the building are the finance people. There were nothing but issues with my trade-in and purchase. I was highly dissatisfied, and even after an email to them outline my issues, no response. Its been over a week. Just dont do it.
Worked with Christina and she is awesome. Quick and efficient, it was easy to sell our truck to the dealership. They didnt even low-ball us, nice. We will be back for sure.
Tanya is hands down the best service advisor there is; however, it took the dealership almost 2 months to complete the work on my 7 month old car. Then I go to pick my car up and some of the work was so bad from the body shop that it had to go back. Not necessarily the dealerships fault since it goes to a separate body shop but still. Tanya got all that sorted immediately and was a huge help. But Im currently trying to see what Ford will do about the quality issues of this car.
The repair work is fine. But contacting the dealer is unbelievably bad. It takes for ever for someone to pick up and thats only after you have gone around and around through the phone selection system. If you leave a message, calls are not returned by either the service staff or the general manager.
Had one of the best and fastest vehicle purchase experiences here when I bought my new Bronco Sport. Salesperson listened and was no nonsense.
The staff there was great. They made sure i had a good reliable, nice vehicle. Went in to look and drove away the next day with my car. They gave me the best deal on my trade in and a great warranty. Thank you. Highly recommend them if your looking for a new or used vehicle. 😊
I had both of my trucks serviced this time, Miranda Bell took very good care of me. I checked with another Ford dealership and they were not able to get the work done for approximately a month and they were at twice the price. Miranda got me in right away and did a very good job of communicating with me about the job. I am very pleased with the service at autonation, thank you very much. Steve
I made a service appointment over the phone, but they had no record of it when I got there. Ill take the blame for that because I should have called to confirm before leaving. However, they then told me it would be a 2-3 day job once they could eventually fit me in. I ended up stopping at a parts store on the way home and got it fixed in about 4 hours.Maybe they just didnt want to do the job, or maybe they wanted to bill me for more hours, but either way don’t lie.The guy was at least polite, helped me right away, and sounded like he would really try to fit me in their schedule.
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Auto Nation . Both times were pleasant experiences but, my latest purchase of a Nissan Titan was made even better by the outstanding service of My salesperson Jake Weekley. With the fair prices and, great service they have made a customer for life!
This is one the worst service experience I have had.....long story short the service manager had no clue what she was doing or what she was talking about. Auto Nation Ford Littleton told me my F350 repairs would not be covered because I didnt use a Ford air filter so they proceeded to charge me 400$ for the repair and didnt fix the problem with Ford parts they used aftermarket parts. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH AUTO NATION FORD LITTLETON
John was outstanding handling the problem. My truck is back to normal. Thank you John!!
Easy and quick process to order and take delivery.
Made an appointment 6 weeks in advance and told them specifically what I would like worked on and what to check. When my appointment date came, they said they could only perform the oil change and tire rotation and not check the other two services I would like fixed because they are ‘busy’. I waited 6 weeks what more heads up do they need to perform service? I dropped off my truck 8 hours ago and none of the tasks have been performed and they are telling me to wait longer to get my oil changed. Long story short don’t waste your time and go somewhere else.
Dishonest! Sold a truck with obvious wheel bearing issue. Kevin the sales manager lied and said it was just the tire noise. After having our own inspection and discovering the danger- Dennis also lied and said it was wear and tear. After less than 2 months Auto Nation failed to honor their promise to fix it if any problems arose within 3 months. This business took advantage of a non-english speaker to make a buck. Terrible place.
I made the mistake of using this service department again when a recall came up but the customers service has only gotten worse, the service advisors dont even seem to know how to operate a vehicle, and the recall took far longer than expected because the parts needed to perform the fix were not ordered properly. Anytime to try to get information, since nobody calls me, just hear constant ringing of their phone that nobody answers or leave a message and phone number that is not returned. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE CENTER EVER AGAIN!
Felt like assigned service tech nickle and dimed us for items we did not need and did not listen to our needs or direction for items on the car that needed to be addressed. His attitude was get in and get out and move to the next credit card payment. Finally requested new service tech and had to speak to manager. Manager was great just a disappointing experience and will only go back if we can directly deal with Manager.
Avoid the service department... Service writers were friendly, but your Scheduled Appointment means very little. Upon arrival I was told it would be about a day or so to have a recall (rear toe links) fixed on my flex. Whats the point of an appointment if you cant get to service it until a day or so later? A bit drastic for something that can be done in 20 minutes in your own driveway. But because its a recall, you cant do it yourself.Would have been nice to know lead time ahead of time to be able to plan accordingly, or since its a factory recall, a loaner car should have been offered and scheduled beforehand knowing how long or slow they would be with the fix.
I worked with Ozzy in parts and Tanya in Service, both were great! Tanya is as real as it gets, no sugar coating but with respect; exactly what I wanted. Ozzy took the time to understand my needs and gave me some great suggestions. He told me what needed to be done on my car but didnt push me out guilt me into anything I wasnt financially ready for. He communicated well and at the right frequency. I cant say enough great things about him!
I had the opportunity to purchase my dream car and it was all thanks to the outstanding team at Ford Littleton. Nate Dwyer was my salesman and he went through the entire process with me from start to finish. Amazing follow up even after the sale. Dennis & Kirk, the managers, also provided excellent service! And met with Matt in finance did a fantastic job of describing everything very thoroughly. A very smooth experience and I am very grateful. Id give 10 stars if i could!!! Please give Nate a shout for a pleasant car buying experience!!!!
We took in our truck on July 29. They were to call about an estimate. They did and quoted us $480. At that point we told them to go ahead and it would be done on July 30. It was not done until July 2. They also told us the bill was $1100. When we told them what quoted price we were given, they adjusted the price to $468. It was a satisfactory adjustment for us.
Kelly Goplin was professional, polite, and respectful through the entire process. I was surprisingly pleased at the experience from a nationwide chain of dealerships. The convenience outweighed the few more dollars I might have made selling privately. I felt relief when i got home. A win/win from my perspective.
I have a Ford prepaid maintenance/service plan for my 2019 truck. I brought it in for routine service which was supposed to include a 40 pt inspection which would have been useful since I was taking a trip in the near future. When I picked up my vehicle, all that was done was an oil change and it states on my receipt that an inspection was not performed. What is the use of prepaying for services when you don’t receive the full service paid for? I feel like I was robbed. Since I am in the market to replace my other vehicle, I am going to be looking elsewhere and this is after purchasing 5 vehicles from them over the last 17 years. Why? Because you do not receive the service paid for. I was having doubts about this dealership and service department for the past year or so but this experience has sealed its fate. Stay away from auto nation Ford in Littleton!
Just purchased a used Ford Escape Titanium and set up an appointment to have maintenance service done. Jack Hubert answered my call and went over the services I was requesting.Jack even told me that Ford did not recommend changing some of the fluids I wanted done. How often are you told you dont need a service completed just to add to the ticket! We ended up agreeing that the Transmission, Rear Differential, and Brake Fluid clean and flush would be adequate for the mileage on this vehicle. I almost declined the Brake Fluid process, but glad I moved forward with it as the brake system is a lot more responsive with the new fluid. We just wanted to make sure this vehicles maintenance was current as we are sending it to our young Marine out east. The base is so expansive that walking to and from his job responsibilities is out of the question. Let alone going or doing anything, a ride is always required. It needs to be very reliable as we wont be close by to offer assistance.Jack took the time to make sure we were satisfied with the services offered, and even had the vehicle gone over to check on the complete package. We thought we had chosen wisely and his findings confirmed that. I have already had him put quotes together to have another key fob added and to do some modification work to make it look a little more sporty for our Marine.Very happy with the service that was performed and more importantly the service we received. Highly recommend AutoNation Ford Littleton and Jack Hubert!
Today my husband and I had the privilege of working with Nathan to help find us the perfect new family vehicle and it was a wonderful experience! When we started our search in the morning, my husband called Autonation Ford of Littleton and spoke with Nathan. He told him we were on our way and which vehicle we wished to see. Nathan said he would have it ready in the front when we got there, he did not disappoint. Within minutes of us arriving we were greeted by Nathan, shown the vehicle, got all our questions answered and were off testing driving! When it came time to crunch the numbers, Nathan was very thorough and made sure to explain everything throughout each step. When we moved on to meeting with the finance department, Nathan made sure to have the car detailed and filled with gas so it was ready once we were done. This was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences my husband and I have to date and Im glad to have had a sales representative that made that possible!
I had a major engine repair accomplished in 3 days for what I thought would take weeks. All of the work was done over the 4th of July holiday. Seriously impressed!
The vehicle had a broken windshield with I bought it. They said it would be fixed in the next couple of days and that they would send someone out to fix it. Its been two weeks and I have called 3 times and still no one has come to fix it. They seem nice during the purchasing process but the lack of help after the process has been disappointing. I do not recommend purchasing from this dealership.
After almost a month of no resolve and poor customer service at Groove Ford, I decided to take my truck to AutoNation Ford in Littleton. 180 degree difference in the experience and treatment from the previous. Andrew my service advisor was assuring and communicative on the status of my truck. They found the problem right away. Unlike the other dealership after repeated visits with a problem that did not disappear and Groove cared less about. Andrew, at AutoNation however, worked very hard to resolve my trucks issue and kept me up to date on the progress. He also went to bat for me with Ford Motor Co, as he was relentless in contacting a completely unresponsive customer care agent. I take extremely good care of my F150, and after my experience with Andrew and AutoNation, I will not take it for service anywhere else.
So yesterday was my first service appointment at this location. I got a call a few weeks after purchasing the vehicle to schedule my first service appointment. It was several weeks out, so no big deal. I put it on my calendar and then even got a email reminder from the dealership about it - great, right? WRONG! I call the morning of to confirm and the appointment was not in the system....after speaking to several people, being sent to a VM and leaving a message, and calling back again....finally I spoke to someone who got it sorted out. Talk about an inefficient and frustrating system, not to mention the waste of my time trying to sort out an appointment they setup!Skip forward to the service itself, drop off was good, no issues. Pickup was easy, BUT be sure to walk around your vehicle and check it out. I have a white vehicle and there were oil hand prints all over the hood, front and driver door handle. After going back inside and pointing out, the service rep did come out and clean it up for me.To get five stars in my book, this place has several areas that need improvements.
I just wanted to say what a phenomenal and positive experience I had at AutoNation Ford Littleton! Christina Maulin (my sales associate), Christopher Tucker theGeneral Sales Manager, Mandy Bell the Assistant Service Manager, and everyone else involved were amazing!!! I have purchased several Fords in my lifetime, and never have I had such exceptional customer service as I got here!!! I will definitely be a return customer and send all my friends and family their way! Thanks again,Kyle Gallegos
Service department is very unorganized and impossible to get on the phone. Showing up in person is the only way to talk to someone here. It took nearly a month to fix one safety related issue on a used car I bought from another AutoNation that had to be fixed at the AutoNation Ford. I had to work with four service advisors over four weeks. There were other issues including a recall that they didn’t even get to while they had the car but I couldn’t wait any longer for them to fix it so I left with just the one problem fixed. If you don’t need the use of your car for a month at a time, this is the place for you. Good luck if you need to take your vehicle here for warranty work. You might want to consider buying somewhere else other than AutoNation if you think you may need service done at some point.
Im from Las Vegas and bought this truck Online flew in and drove it home. It was imperative that I move through the process expediently w/o the typical dealer holdups. AN Littleton delivered a smooth expedient process. Arrived by 10am and was out b4 Noon. EXCELLENT JOB to all the ppl at this dealer!
Until my father retired after 35 years as a General Motors district rep, I spent my life in car dealerships around car sales and service people. I recently had my car serviced at AutoNation Ford in Littleton. The only reason I did not give this one star is because I worked with both the service manager (Mandy) and the lead technician (John). If not for them, there would only be one star. I took my 2016 Ford Escape into the dealership on Friday, September 10, 2021. It was sluggish and making a noise Id not previously heard. At one point it slipped out of gear. I contacted my sister who happens to be an engineer with Ford and she suggested asking the service department to see if there was an update for the transmission and run a transmission diagnostic. I gave this information to the service rep and left the car there. By 5 PM Friday, I had no telephone call from the dealership letting me know what was wrong with my car. So, I called the Service Manager early Saturday morning. She (Mandy) was very responsive and left a message saying that the technician took it out and said he couldnt find anything wrong. I called back and left a message asking about the transmission and whether or not it was checked. She left me another message letting me know that there was no information on the service request about the transmission. I stopped by the dealership on my way home from a morning meeting and, unfortunately, Mandy was no longer at the dealership so I had to talk to the original service rep about the car. He was smug and smirked. As he was looking for information, he asked if we picked up the car. This was after I told him no one called me on Friday and it was still in the shop. I had someone with me so I do have a witness to this situation. I left the car at the dealership again (solely because Mandy was so responsive). I called Mandy and left a message that I knew she would get on Monday morning. She asked the lead technician (John) to see what is going on with the car. John called me later Monday afternoon to let me know what was going on. There was a front wheel bearing that was bad, I needed new brake pads, and the tires were worn out. Because of the inconvenience, a $2000+ job cost $1700 (John gave us coupons to offset some of the cost). If not for Mandy and John (the lead technician) I would have taken my car elsewhere. However, John was great and made some suggestions for me because I intend to keep the car for at least 5-10 years longer (or until I get to 130,000 miles). If I had only dealt with Mandy and John in the beginning, I would have likely given AutoNation Ford five stars. However, the inadequate customer service response from the original service representative led to the three star rating. I hope the dealership will take this seriously because there are other service options in the metro area.
Dan was very quick to respond to my emails and questions. I was very happy with him.The reason I will not give 5 stars is that the finance manager was VERY pushy with trying to sell me extra warranties.
I had such high hopes for this dealership. I did my research and had people refer me here only to be let down. I bought my car in August and it had a couple issues that we had agreed would be fixed (paperwork to prove it and all). Then when it was time to have it all fixed, it took 4 MONTHS to get my car in. I had called and emailed countless times and was ignored majority of the time and the times I wasn’t ignored I had been hung up on and told I would get a call back and then never did. After I finally got my car in and was told it would take 2-3 hours it took a day and a half! When I got my car back there was a new dent and scratch that they painted over and said that was a “fix”. I tried to give them another chance and took it in for an oil change. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks ahead of time and somehow a 20-30 minute job took 5 1/2 hours! With no phone call and when I called no one answered. When I picked up my car and explained how frustrated I was feeling and that I was going to file a complaint with the better business bureau the person at the service desk said “okay cool” and literally walked away from me. The customer service here is absolutely HORRIBLE! I will never recommend this auto nation to anyone and I will caution every person who is thinking about becoming a customer here. This is not the way to treat customers.
My service specialist was very nice but when it came to getting back to me to resolve my bill she was near impossible to get a hold of. They said they fixed my problem but a day or two later I was having the same issue I brought it in for. Now had to reschedule to see if they can fix it about another month out for scheduling the appointment so that is annoying. They hit me with a hidden fee which I am never excited about. Just be up front with what all the fees will be before it comes to paying the bill.
It was a great experience. Lon, our salesman was very courteous, helpful, and enthusiastic about his job.
We bought our Ford Escape here and have always had all our service work done here. They have always done a great job on time. We recommend AutoNation Ford Littleton.
Jake my sales rep and Justin the sales manager were amazing! They stayed late and got the deal done on my new Explorer ST. When a few scratches were noted from snow removal they made sure the car was detailed properly and to my liking. One of the best experiences I have had when purchasing a new vechicle. Highly recommend!
I set up an appointment a week in advance for some warranty work on a leaking axle seal. Took the truck in at the scheduled time on Thursday morning. After waiting all day, I discovered they havent even looked at my truck. It wasnt until Friday at noon that they called to inform me that I have an seal on the axle leaking oil. They did repair the truck and sent me on my way. After leaving the dealership, I noticed on the passenger side floorboard, an oily gasket from what looks like a transmission. It comes down to providing great customer service (communication with the customer) and attention to details (leaving gaskets on the floor). If you try to call, the phone system goes into this cycle and no one will pick up, major problem the GM needs to fix.On a positive note, Jesika did a great job of trying to help out, due to others mistakes. Also, she provided a well written explanation of what was performed on the truck, not just fixed seal.
Gil was the best personable and professional gentleman who helped me through the whole process of buying my new Honda CRV... everyone at the dealership was very friendly and swift moving during all the steps that I needed in buying a car . Honestly I had no idea what the process would be like but it definitely is thorough and complete if I had to go through it all over again I would do it only at Ford autonation!!
Nathan at AutoNation Ford Littleton helped us purchase our Ford Fusion. This is the 2nd Fusion that we have purchased from this dealership. I highly recommend Nathan as he was very helpful and easy to work with. This was not the typical car buying experience.
Had my 2010 Shelby Mustang in for repairs at Go Ford in Littleton and really appreciate the incredible service I received and Jack, my service coordinator, went above and beyond with daily follow ups and letting me know in detail what was needed and when it would be done. Even the service manager Joey called to make sure everything went smoothly. Man my Mustang drives better than ever and the pricing was very competitive. Great master service technicians too. Thank you Go Ford!!Joseph
Great organization, that has gone the extra mile for my business. They took the time and made the effort to provide me a great deal on my 2021 Hybrid King Ranch.
Warranty work performed in less time than I was told it would be, truck running and sounding great.
We worked with Dan (Sales) and Ali (Financing) and it was a stellar experience. This is the first Ford we purchased and they both made the experience easy, straight forward, and stress free. We came back to test drive a truck once it had arrived on the lot, but it was not entirely what we were looking for, Dan patiently worked with us to review his inventory, see what trucks were available at the time and gave us some timelines on ordering a truck as well. At the end of it all we found the truck we absolutely loved, for a price we could sleep with, and Dan knew (what seemed to be) literally everything about the truck. He walked me through each and every detail, was very patient, answered questions, allowed us to test drive a few of the trucks, gave my husband and I space to speak and decide. Genuinely was the easiest experience buying a car! Likewise in Financing, Ali was exceptionally professional, explained each detail we had, did not seem to upsell us on anything and worked quickly! All around the easiest 5-stars we could give.
It started out good, then we found out our vehicle was going to be there more than a day, we were not prepared to lose the vehicle, we were in a tough spot because both our schedules for work change all the time. You guys stepped up and figured out how to get it our vehicle repaired mid-morning the next day, my wife was going to have to cancel multiple appointments with her clients which would have cost us more than the work being completed! The way you handled our concerns, that gets you the five stars rating. Thank You
I was looking for a used truck and found just what I was looking for. A friendly and knowledgeable staff helped get it done in under an hour. (Thank you Todd Dywer) Thankful to not have to waste a whole day at a dealership.
I specifically made an appointment for a date when they said they had a loaner available. When I got there at 7am they didn’t have me down for a loaner but were able to get me one. 1 heated seat did not work. They took all day to diagnose it and eventually said they couldn’t fix it that day and had to order something. They said they would call when they had it. That was 6 weeks ago and I haven’t ever heard back. When I called to follow up I was on hold for 10 minutes and had to get off the phone. Still don’t know when this will get fixed.
Would Not Recommend. I took my vehicle in Monday 8/16 to have a oil change, new tires and repair my touch screen controls. When I dropped it off I was told it looks like “we will have it overnight” On Tuesday 8/17 I was told it will run into Wednesday 8/18 depending on what parts are needed. They fixed the touch screen control by Wednesday 8/18 but they needed the ok for new tires (why they didn’t ask on Monday?) They got the ok on the tires Thursday 8/19 at noon but the car was not ready until 6 PM. Today 8/20 I picked it up. Their main telephone number never gets answered. The service adviser gives you his card but he never answers his direct line (He does call back if you leave a message). They didn’t ever wash the car like so many dealers do in the Denver area. Rental cars are outrageous right now and being without a vehicle for a week when being mislead about a repair duration is simply unacceptable. Its very simple, do not over-promise and under deliver.
Kimberly was such an amazing person to work with while we searched for our dream car. It wasnt exactly the vehicle we originally wanted however after working with her and getting the opportunity to work with her I then realized that this was my dream car well SUV. She was awesome and the best I had encountered with the whole day considering we went to like 6 other dealerships. Thank you Kimberly for giving us your undevited attention and for helping us in finding our dream suv. We truly appreciate you.
I inquired about a vehicle online & Kevin Laurie responded to me. He worked with me until we were able to make a deal happen. I appreciated the professionalism & would recommend this dealer to anyone.
Kudos to Nathan! He made our transaction effortless, took care of what we were looking for and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend you stop by and ask for him.
Not a great experience. My car needed extensive (quoted $6,200) work that was going to take 1.5-2 weeks to complete from the time I brought it in. I have a 10 month old baby, and asked for a loaner car, since it is much harder to commute with a car seat. They sent me to the loaner car department, who never bothered to call me back. When I finally got a hold of my assigned technician for more details about the actual price and timeline, I asked again about a car again, and he put me on hold and came back 10 seconds later that all rentals were unavailable for 4 weeks. 1. Terrible customer service. 2. Terrible salesmanship. This is a HUGE brand, with multiple AutoNations within a 20 minute drive. PLUS, with that much work being done to my car, lending me a used car that I could buy would probably entice me to buy a new car instead of plunging money into my current Ford!!I then never was contacted when my car was done. I had to call on the day they did it would be done, and it took over 15 calls to get anyone in the service department to answer, and when the line would transfer me to sales (who pick up IMMEDIATELY) they wouldnt even listen long enough to hear that the service line is what kept redirecting me to them. Theyd just respond annoyed that I wasnt a sales lead and immediately push me to the same cycle of no one answering in service, and getting redirected back to them. Finally, when I showed up to get my car, the lady asked if my technician reviewed everything with me. Nope! Well she didnt either, she just looked for the price on the sheet, charged me, and told me to wait outside for my car to be brought up. (Which they returned to me with 0 miles until empty). The entire experience was great examples of what not to do in business.
If you get past the 10+ minute wait times on the phone to schedule service they were great. John was extremely helpful, laid out the plan, gave me options that fit my goals and provided exceptional service. Best Ford dealership in the area as none of the others bothered to even call me back after multiple messages.
This car dealer should be the model for all car dealers. We dealt with Lori Morgan, an outstanding car dealer and a beatiful human being. For four days she diligently dealt with us, as well as Dennis, the sales Manager. Everything was on top of the table . Professionally explained and in detailed. Hours and hours dedicated to satisfy our needs and expectations. 100 points out of a hundred. CONGRATULATIONS to Auto Nation in Littleton, Colorado.
Lon was solid in the used car purchase - had the car waiting for us to test drive and answered all our questions. Buyer beware, however, with regards to the treatment of taxes and how Finance can try and deceptively apply an over-estimated amount to a warranty charge in the bill of sale. I caught this $800 difference and only then did Finance correct it. This put a damper on what was a great experience with Lon.
Very Pleasant experience. Was in and out fast but good friendly service.
I was pleasantly surprised. Everything they said they would do, they did. Lon Arnold was our salesperson. Another salesperson, Braydon helped us when Lon wasnt there, Good teamwork. They went above and beyond helping us get a used vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and Lon to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Was greeted at the door by Miranda who promptly completed the service paperwork to get my F#50 set up for its 30k check up. We worked through the services to be performed and I approved it for the work. She also helped me to get a 2008 MKZ scheduled for 2 recall services while I was there. Great customer service!! Thank you Miranda!
Kevin Laurie and team has been great throughout the whole ordering, waiting and delivery process. They were friendly, patient and really just wanted you to have a good experience despite that they are under a lot of pressure to overcome the impact from the shortage of vehicles at the moment.
Replaced parts on my vehicle, which were not authorized. Also could not get anyone to answer the phones at the front desk in sales or service dept for 3 and a half hours. Left numerous messages and no one would return my call. Finally had to go through the parts dept., to get a message to the service manager. Got my vehicle back and went through the billing to find out what they did right. Had to return next day and complain about replacing parts not authorized. A week later, I did get reimbursed for the parts. Will not use this dealer again.
While it took a long time to get an oil-change appt, once there they took care of everything quickly. Also let me know the engine-rattle was no longer a recall item, so it was on me to get it repaired. I scheduled an appointment (3 days of work) for the following week, to get it dealt with. Glad I have an extended warranty! Disappointing that Ford (not AutoNation) decided their bad design had to be fixed on my dime.
Finally! A dealership with sharp, informed sales people that have a can-do attitude. Justin and Jareth were professional, followed up with the right information, and were keen to beat all other Ford dealerships in Denver, which they did. A great deal all around. Appreciate it greatly guys.
Experience was flawless. I always service my car at Littleton automation because purchased experience there was great. My husband brought his truck in at same time and is now a convert.
I made an appointment to get my oil changed and they said I would be done in about an hour to an hour and a half. It was done in about 45 minutes. Great service, great people and a great clean and comfortable place to wait for my car to get serviced. I would recommend everyone to purchase their car here and use their service center.
Thank you, Mandy, Forest, and the entire team at AutoNation Ford Littleton. I had a family emergency, needing to take my 4 year old to the hospital for stitches while my car was in the cue to be serviced. Mandy was quick to respond and moved mountains to make sure my car ready for a quick pick up and stayed in contact with me to reschedule when it was most convenient for me the next day. The technician was super speedy and everyone was beyond friendly. Thank you!
Our family has done business here since it first opened years ago. This service was exceptional. The service writer, Jack a Hubert, was helpful and consider. He treated me with respect. I was impressed that he genuinely cares abt the quality of my vehicle’s service. He called to tell me what was happening and suggested service my van needed. Best experience T a car place I’ve had for a very long time.
Great service appointment. Quick and efficient for our F450.
This place is a piece of a JUNK. We bought our car the financial guy wanted to FORCE US to buy package of protection plan or whatever that is, and when we kept saying no he literally acted like a TODDLER and barely looked us in the face and rushed things to give the papers and make us get out of there. Also, he said that once we paid the car, we would be receiving our title. Its been OVER A MONTH we paid and now they are saying that we have to go to DMV, pay and get our title. Thats unbelievable. I definitely dont recommend this junk of a place and never step my feet there again.
I feel totally ripped off. I came in for a basic oil change. When I got the bill for the oil change, they had added $20 for a “19 point inspection” that I had not asked for. I will not be going back to Auto Nation again, and I would not recommend that you do either!
I turned my 2015 F-150 into Kevin in the Service department and his communication about the service that needed to be done, the time it would take to complete the work and the professional job that was done was greatly appreciated. He had an awesome positive attitude and showed that he really cared about my Ford truck as much as I do. Auto Nation has a great asset in their employee Kevin. Although Auto Nation is over 20 miles from my home the service that I received from Kevin is well worth the drive. I would give him 10 stars if possible.
My review isnt showing up. Ill try again. The service department sucks. No communications. The work done is fine. If they actually do it the day of the appointment, consider yourself lucky. And you dont mind them not properly reattaching your lug nuts. They blamed my husband for loose lug nuts the day after service. The owner just continues to blame the current Manager for delays. 😂 If you have a choice go elsewhere for service. Of course they are nice when you make a purchase. They sold us a conv. oil change plan for 5 with our car, and claim after they only do synthetic oil changes. B.S. 🤷😂 Hated it. Go to Broadway.
Will never do business with Autonation Ford Littleton again. I bought a certified used vehicle from them in April. The sales team said everything right to make me feel comfortable with the sale. The sales director Dennis stopped my wife and I at the door when we said we wanted to sleep on it and gave us a very well rehearsed speech about taking care of us and wanting to make us clients for life. We decided to purchase the vehicle the next day.It became apparent after a few weeks that there were some portions of the vehicle that were not in working order. Knowing it was a Certified vehicle when I bought it, I attempted to contact the dealership to arrange service. 5 phone calls with messages left went unreturned over the course of 2 weeks. Eventually a manager happened to answer the phone and promised a call the next day by Dennis. No phone call was received. I emailed the manager who promised a call the next day. Again no call, instead a very short and curt email asking what the problem was and when I could have it down for inspection. I take the car in and the service department has no idea why I am there or who I am. Dennis is nowhere to be found. The agree to take a look at it and give me a loaner.Id like to say that my experience got better from there but it did not. This review is already getting too long so Ill just summarize that the vehicle was in their shop for over 40 days to replace the struts, fix a roof rack and replace a switch for the mirrors (all items that were part of their alleged pre-sale inspection). They were supposed to fix the wireless charger and claimed that they did, it still does not work. I inquired about an extension on my 90 day warranty since it was in the shop for so long and was told I could buy one if I wanted it.It took me over 4 phone calls and emails to get my copies of the bill of sale and warranty paperwork.I contacted the general manager Jay Smith and left two messages concerning my experience. He took a week to return my calls and left a half hearted message stating that he talked to his service department and was told they were working on it.Bottom line is once the sale is done, they are done with you. Will never deal with them again
Disappointed and left feeling taken advantage of. I showed up to my scheduled appointment to be told they wouldn’t be able to look at my truck for a couple of days and wish they would have had me bring it in when they could diagnose it and fix it. The cost of work was astronomically higher than it should have been for all three items they took care of for me.
Great experience, from the online booking, the reception, and communication throughout. Definitely coming back here for other services
Dropped off for a recall repair that required 2 days. Mandy quickly put me in touch with the loaner department and I was given a 2021 Explorer with 17 miles on it to use. Then I got a call later that day that my car was ready. Sweet!
We were on a giant road trip from WA when our truck started experiencing some issues in CO. AutoNation was great!! They got us in ASAP and we were reunited with our truck the next day. It was a very stressful situation since we are not from the area, and AutoNation employees made it better.
I do not recommend anybody taking their vehicle there for serviceI took my vehicleTo have it repairedThey told me I need a new computerI told him no Ill pick the vehicle upBut when I got there I looked under the hoodAnd seeing that they butchered my vehicle is cut wiresAnd the manager denied everythingHis name is Ben Johnson
Dropped my truck off for recall repairs. Mandy was very communicative and they finished the work much more quickly than anticipated. Great experience.
Very friendly, helpful and informative staff. I am very satisfied in total.
Good service did what needed to be done at the lowest price possible! I would definitely recommend!
Did a great job just wish I didnt have to wait a week and a half !!
They were very accomodating to my needs.
Overall a very good buying experience! My vehicle selection required some above average reconditioning requests and AutoNation and my sales consultant, Jareth, handled them professionally and worked tirelessly to make it all happen. Thanks so much!
