My family & I have been using this County Line & Broadway Discount Tire store for the past few years and had a great experience here yesterday as we always do. I dropped off a wheel from my wifes Mazda that had a nail in it. 30 minutes later I get a call from Chad to let me know the tire was repaired and there was no charge. This team really know how to treat their customers and regulars. Highly recommended.

We were driving an RV through Colorado and had a flat tire. Needed the four on the rear replaced. We limped in to this Discount Tire in Denver. Ryan was extremely helpful and they even stayed late to get us taken care of and back on the road. Ive been a long time customer in Indiana and this will simply increase my loyalty. After going to Big mistake O and getting new tires, we went back there three times to get the tires balanced and they finally said our rims were bent and they couldnt balance them. It was so bad the kids were asking if the car was safe because it shook so bad. Discount Tire listened to us and fixed it the first time and it drives smooth as can be. Not to mention they charged us almost nothing to do it! They have a customer for life!

I have gone to this discount tire for the last 2 sets of new tires and always had a great experience. Quick, friendly service and not pushy salesman. My latest experience was even better. I had wanted new tires during the Memorial Day sale and after calling about an hour before close asking about an appointment the next day they told me to just come that day to get in and out. That was great! Anyways got there purchased the tires and they installed them within about 45 total. The one issue was that they didn’t replace my spare tire with the best looking old one so that I had a newer spare. I called and eventually everything got sorted out even better than I would’ve hoped. They knew it was a problem and did everything to fix it and even did more than I expected. The manager of this location was great and every person I spoke with was super nice and friendly. I recommend them and will continue to come back.

I’ve been to tons of tire spots, and Brian S and the county line & university gang went above and beyond for me. I had crazy ware and tear on my tires. Gave best recommendations on tires, and leveled with me on an additional tire needing work. The team knows what they’re doing, and even give the knowledge on the aspects of tire tread with graphs. They also allowed my daughter to start her school work in the lobby. Moving forward, I’ll only be shopping for tires at this location, and urge everyone to hear these great professionals out. Went here two times for both cars. My first experience was great! Very quick and friendly, and got in and out of there in about 30 minutes. While on the 2nd time, I waited for almost 3 hours waiting to get my tires done. Although they were very friendly, I just didnt want to pay as much as I did for how long it took them to get my 2nd car done.

My 3rd set here. Place is usually busy but turn around is good, plan a ride or stick nearby. Greg was the manager on duty I believe and very helpful taking care of a problem for me.

Stopped by to get a leaking tire fixed. They were able to fix the tire for free.

This place is amazing! My tire was almost flat this am when I came out to go to work. The place I bought the tires from did not open until 10:00. Panic set in. I did a Google search and Discount Tire opened at 8:00. They got me in right away. They found a large bolt in my tire! Fortunately they were able to fix it and did not charge me. Amazing!I cannot thank you enough Discount Tire!I will be buying my tires here next time.

I went to discount tire today to have my flat fixed. The young man was spot on about how long it would take. And while I waited in the lobby, I observed a stellar group of men tending to customers. I did call the store later and told the manager, Seth, what I observed. As long as I live near this discount tire, I’ll take my cars to them!

I had two cars in this week for a rotation, both of which I had purchased tires for from this branch. Both experiences were simply awesome. The customer service was stellar across the board, and despite them being as busy as they usually are, several associates checked in with me and I still got my cars serviced in less time than they estimated.Ive bought dozens of sets of tires for my familys cars over the years and have never experienced such consistent stellar service. I will continue to buy exclusively from these guys for years to come!

Amazing service and customer service. We have a 2010 4x4 Xterra that we had the tires roated and balanced twice by another shop. 1 visit to Discount Tire (I believe Tommy did the work) and after a year the Xterra Drives better than it has ever driven. We couldnt be happier. I just wish we would have known and gone to them before. They were quick but very efficient and knowledgeable in all of their work. Very kind and friendly staff as well. No idea why this store has reviewed 4.9 on their website. Ok customer service not bad but i come here for the quality of the job and suppose to know handle their job. They smashed my wheels studs but they dont fix this simple jobs instead they give me. A courtesy paper to Brakes Plus. Thank you guys but Im not recommend your store to all

Your staff was friendly and attentive. After two other not as great experiences, I really appreciate the willingness to take the time to look into the issue I was having with my tire. Most of the staff are knowledgeable about tires and are willing to explain anything you would like to understand. They will work with you to find the best fit and most durable tire for your vehicle! I had to dock one star however because even with a mileage warranty, they would not warranty a set of tires when I got a bad batch that wore entirely in under 6,000 miles.

Cant be trusted. I confirmed pricing the night before my appointment and after I arrived the price changed twice. All too often lately Im required to research everything myself and the second price change was completely made up. I would have happily paid more than they asked for the services I requested. But I wont give any business to unscrupulous people like that.Edit: Went to a different discount tire they did it without issue. Just avoid this location.

Picked up a nail in my newer vehicle while 100 miles from home. Though tires were OEM, Discount repaired at no charge and had me back on the road in 30 min. Staff was very courteous and helpful!

It doesnt do any good to set an appointment. I had set this up a week ago with tires ordered in. The appointment was set for 10 and I was here at 950. They told me it would be 45 to 60 minutes wait. Ugg! I consider that poor customer 😥 service. They actually got me in at 1010. I dont know why they told me it would take that long. The car was done at 1030. I was pleasantly surprised.

Replaced my tires the same day we called to see if we could come in, got it ready in about an hour, so we were able to get a few errands done and come right back. Great, friendly service too.

Service was done faster than quoted (1.5 hrs for a tire patch). Car sat for half hour after being finished, while I sat in a chair waiting out front, because the manager likes to stick to his quoted times. I will not be servicing another car with Discount Tire in the Denver area again.

Terrible. I show up with a flat tire. Asked to have them put on my spare and I would pay for the service. Instead they want to upsell me on all new tires and refused to help a person out. Discount you should be ashamed of yourself.

Went in to get a tire patched. The entire process took about 20 minutes and they rotated my tires as well. Great job this morning fellas!

As a business owner and a customer, I know a few things about customer service and running a business. I have been buying tires from DTC for over 19 years now, and what I can honestly say, is that they are extremely professional, competent, and efficient. I got my share of flats over the years, or the infamous nail in the tire, and they have always been able to accommodate my schedule and help me get back on the road. My last experience today involved getting new tires for my white Tesla X and fixing a flat on my black one. My cars require a special puck so they can be lifted without being damaged, and the service technicians knew how to manipulate the software, engage the pucks to the the lift points, and adjust the software for the new tires. My previous SUVs were an Acura MDX and a Land Rover LR3 which I still own, and the tire installation for these were just as smooth and professional. And finally, their prices are great.

Josh was able to source 4 tires from 3 different locations and get them shipped to the store in less than a week. I have always had a good experience at this Discount Tire location. The staff is friendly and works quickly to get you in and out. They dont try to up sell you on tires and they get you the tires you actually need. They listen to what you are asking for and give suggestions. I have never had any issues with coming in and getting a tire fixed. Or stopping by to get air put in my tires. I would recommended this Discount Tire to my friends and family.

Always been treated great here. They were swamped this morning and still took the time to call and see if they could locate a set of wheels for me.

I had gotten tires here recently and they got them done correctly and swiftly! About two weeks in ironically I got a screw in my tire. They where able to patch it as a got a snack over at the kfc nearby. Very impressed with the quality of work and speed!

Man these guys are great. I can’t stress it enough. The work is legit. I know it’s just a tire shop but these guys have gone above and beyond for me so many times. I wish I could go into detail. I will say, I live a good 20-30 minutes away. And right next to another discount tire. I will not bring my car to anywhere else again. It’s just not worth it. Rather have it done right and clean as it should be the first time then to have to have them make it right and have to fix any more. I’m over it. Make the drive you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic staff and great customer service. I worked with Dom to get my tires balanced and rotated, he said it would be 30 to 45 minutes, less than 15 minutes my car was done. My car drives like a dream! Their competitor, Big O Tire, charges $36 for the services and Discount Tire charges me nothing and I didnt buy my tires from them. They are all about going above and beyond to ensure everyone is safe and happy with their service. Kudos to Discount Tire!!!

Had a nail stuck in my tire. They fixed it for free and I was on my way definitely going to come back for all my tire needs.

Sam and staff were precise and polite where as other tire companies wanted to charge extra and push my appointments back on several occasions. I walked into Discount Tire unannounced & Sam assured me i would be taken care of asap at NO charge. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome! I have some specialty tires and wheels, drag race slicks, that other tire shops wont touch. They mount and balance them without issue. They will also price match for tires so I dont have to order them elsewhere and bring them in. Great store!

I was blown away by the kindness and professionalism provided by this location! They really go above and beyond to just simply be nice. Ive been in for two different tire repairs in the past week and I could not be more impressed! They had excellent communication with me throughout the whole process. Ive been going to this location for 10 years and they always have wonderful service. Ive tried other locations out of convenience and they dont compare in customer service and satisfaction.

I had the worst experience and customer service here at this store on Friday. My tires only last one year ( cause they put used tires on my car) . The tires were rated to 65,000 and I only got 10,000 out of them. Ryan and Trent were not helpful and talked down to me and my husband. I ordered tires to be there on Friday when I drove down to Denver and they didn’t have them in stock and I had to stay in Denver another day in hopes to get the tires resolved. When I came back Trent wasn’t helpful and very rude to me. I ended up leaving and not getting new tires which I needed because they wanted to charge me almost full price again for new ones. This ridiculous and we will never go back and I will be writing reviews everywhere and a letter to corporate!

The guys at this shop are what make this location really stand out. I have been a loyal customer for well over fifteen years - my dad was a loyal customer until he passed away and now my children take their cars to this location. The management is phenomenal - this is an extremely well-run business. The employees are friendly, they take precautions of keep the dirt and oil out of your vehicles cab, the techs are well-trained and are good at what they do, if a tire isnt at the location they can usually get one there the same day, and they are good at time estimation - Ive never waited more than ten minutes more than they estimated, many times the time is over estimated and you get out of there sooner than anticipated. Ive received excellent product and service recommendations from the sales team and appreciate that theyve never tried to over-sell me.

Very knowledgeable staff for tires. Very good customer service when I was there and they were very willing to help and answer all questions. They are not pushy, but they are willing to give recommendations for the kinds of tires people need for their vehicle. I will be back here for new tires again when the time comes. I will say they are expensive, but you get what you pay for, and they are fast as well. They had my vehicle done in 40 minutes, and it was fairly busy. The staff is great here from my experience.

Best tire store out there. Ive had numerous flats fixed, 1 tire replaced for the cost of the tire warranty, and in most cases quit service. I highly recommend Discount Tire, and always buy the tire warranty.

I had the best experience at this Discount Tire location. I had found a large screw in my brand new tires that I had just purchased a week ago. I went to Discount Tire to get it fixed but because of where the screw was located on the sidewall they could not repair it. The manager then said he would take my full size spare and trade the tire out. 5 minutes late he came back in and said he didnt want to trade out my spare because if I got another flat I wouldnt have a spare and he knew that I had to drive Boulder and then back to the mountains where I live. Instead he told me they had an extra tire that was my size that he could put on instead. 10 minutes late my car was done. My punctured tire in the back of my car and the new used tire is on my car. All at no charge at all. He said he just wanted me to be safe going home. Talk about great customer service. I would recommend this Discount Tire location to anyone.

Got there at 8:00am and was told a one hour wait. Hint: get their 15 minutes minimum before they open. Brought in new rims since the old ones leaked due to rust around the bead seal. 1 hour and 15 minutes later, they started working on the car. They forgot to put the new rims on! 2 hours later, they were finished. The tires were $472. $196 for install, road hazard warranty, and taxes. No compensation due to poor service but a were sorry. Hot coffee would have been nice but nothing. Plus, the Michelins which I purchased there, had 35,000 miles on a 60,000 mile tire. No warranty coverage offered.

Had my tires rotated here around the lunch hour on a Friday. It got pretty busy and it took them an hour and a half to rotate the tires. Which is fine, I understand that. However, when I left I saw that the tire pressure warning light was still on, and the service tech that brought the car around had to have seen that. Not happy about that. Everything should be checked over before giving the car back to the customer, no matter how busy.

As has always been the case with my experiences at this Discount Tire, todays experience was fantastic! Trace, and the technician, did a fantastic job and I am very grateful to them both.

Scott was nice when I wanted to purchase something. But when I wanted a refund for my tires that didnt hold up. they told me I had to purchase new tires there on the spot I couldnt get store credit for a later date. Why would I follow everything per your warranty if I cant even get store credit. You didnt have the tire or wheel option I wanted or was happy with and was looking to purchase back from you guys at a later date. Its crazy how I have been your loyal customer for 3 years and all I wanted was some store credit for my tires for another purchase in like 3 months. Snow tires. I really wish they would have been more clear about the warranty and its back door policy. Seems pretty weird you dont want me to get store credit to come back. Ill be seeing how I can properly return these tires for the correct refund.

I had one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time at this store. I called about 10 minutes prior to the store closing to see if I could drop my car to have my tire repaired the following day. Travis said I could come by even though the store was closing. They called me the next day to pick up my car and Cody explained that they were able to remove the nail from my tire and fix it. I looked at the bill and it said $0. I explained that I had not paid yet and Cody explained that they fixed it at no charge after and keeping customers safe was their priority. I will certainly be purchasing my next set of tires from this store. Customer for life! Thank you so much!

To preface, ANY Discount Tire is always busy and I recommend you make an appointment for service, otherwise you will be there awhile. They have a good selection of tires, although sometimes I dont know if they are recommending the best for my needs versus the cost. Depends on who you get. They have great customer service and I have never had a complaint about how I was treated. This is the only place I go for tires.

Came in for a snow tire change and balance. They couldnt balance the tires right . So Ill have to find some place else. I mean its not that hard . U put the weights on where the machine tells you to . And 0 means 0 . Not.25 you do t 1 spin it and guess .

Second time I have had issues at this discount.First, they ruined a set of AMG Mercedes wheels, although they did pay for repair.Today I had a blowout on the highway. The tires are almost brand new, with a couple thousand miles, great tread, the new guy even agreed. I was told another $200 for a new tire, I inquired on warranty... The manager walked over, stated looks like you dont have road hazard, the warranty doesnt apply. I know these tires have a 20,000 mile manufacture warranty and had to argue with the guy, who then inspected my tire for several minutes looking for a reason to deny warranty, and came back with uneven wear. New tires, new alignment... the tire was clearly defective.Even if the tire had uneven wear which I dont believe it does, you should not deny warranty without looking at the tire... based solely on the fact that I didnt purchase road hazard... that is crooked. Monument discount tire Has never tried to pull such a stunt these guys just seem crooked an inexperienced.
