My husband custom ordered his Willys Jeep Wrangler here. The Team at AutoNation Broadway was very helpful Marco, Steven, and Bobby (finance). I was very impressed with how well the team worked together to get us the best deal possible. The maintenance deal we got is good for 5 years with oil changes, 30,000 and 60,000 maintenance worked in. The owner came over to make sure everything was excellent and that we were being treated well. I would absolutely recommend AutoNation on Broadway to anyone looking to upgrade their vehicle and make sure you ask for Marco!
This place is amazing. Devin Rothrock was the sales rep that worked with me. He got me out of my old car with a blown engine and into a new truck at an awesome price all while going above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It was such an easy process and they made the adjustments for me to make my payments affordable and my rate great. This is the place to buy a vehicle and Devin is the person to work with.
Amazing experience!I am truly pleased with the help Raul had to offer, how detailed he was and honest !Raul, Deborah and the staff made this an unbelievably wonderful experience for me 😀🙌🚗I am loving my 2021 JEEP renegade trailhawk 4x4everything went super smooth and they helped get the lowest interest rate also!I will recommend & come back!GO SEE THEM, you will NOT be disappointed.I LOVE MY JEEP ❤️🙌🚗
Best buying experience ever! They beat a very competitive offer for my Jeep Wrangler. Chan is eager to buy your car! He will be sure to hook you up with a new ride that you will be super happy with. No funny business. Straight forward and trustworthy. Makes the car buying experience pleasant, which in my experience is not easy to come by. Highly recommend!
This dealership is amazing! I ordered a vehicle with them and through no fault of theirs, I was unable to get it within a reasonable time frame, so I had to find a used car out of state that matched my needs. This dealership helped me through the entire process and even checked out the car for me when it got here to make sure it met all of the certified used Chrysler checklist. They have been very helpful! I really enjoyed working with Eric Ragan in sales and Mr. Parker, the GM would even call me with updates. Great place with great people! I would highly recommend!
Appointment was for 9am. Dropped my jeep off around 845. First off you stand in the check in area like an A hole waiting for someone to acknowledge you. I realize they have paperwork and what not, but at least make eye contact or greet your customers with “I’ll be right with you.” At 130, I called them. They hadn’t started on it yet, but they could “try” to get it done by 3. Cool, I’ll just send an Uber for my kids at school?!? What is the point of making an appointment if your going to get to it at your convenience? Just tell me to drop off in am and pick up after 5 so I can make plans accordingly. It was for and oil change and alignment, so not a long service. Then I show up at 3 to get my car. Stand there and hope I’m seen again. When I’m finally acknowledged, there’s no “We are sorry” or “thanks for you patience.” Your job is customer service. I have no issues with the mechanics or jeep service, but your customer service is atrocious. I won’t be back.
This was a long-distance sale (almost 600 miles). Taylor D. made it very easy and enjoyable. All the paperwork was taken careof ahead of time through an intermediary and the pickup at the dealer was quick and informative. I highly recommend AutoNation Jeep!
Had a great experience with Chan Reagan, the sales guy here. He had a lot of great information that helped my wife and I come to the best decision for us and our family. That was probably the best part. He gave us all the information we needed for US to make the educated decision. Heck of a job from Chan. Many thanks!
Ben Johnson,Was very supportive and professional with helping me get my Jeep body work done for a recall that they had with paint And corrosion... He went out of his way and followed up with me for over a month everyday, checking on my Jeep at the repair center that they have At a different location... This was something he chose to do not something he had to do great customer service..I will always return back to AutoNation, to Ben if anything else happens or go wrong with my Jeep.J.Hall
I never leave reviews but really had a great car buying experience here. Tyler was super helpful and definitely went above and beyond to get my pre-owned Tucson (which had just gotten onto the lot and still needed repairs) fixed up and ready for me the same day. Its also a huge testament to the company and service that even after Id purchased the vehicle and drove off the lot he contacted me to let know the dealership was going to take care of an additional repair via a body shop that they hadnt been able to do in-house. Its a crazy time to be buying a car but this was hands down the best dealership experience Ive ever had. Deborah in financing also was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend all around.
I had accidentally made an appointment at the wrong Auto Nation. Couldn’t believe it when my Service Advisor, Ben, said it was no problem and got me in for an appointment any way. Not only did they replace a faulty battery, they were quick, polite and extremely professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Cool place. Great people. Easy and time efficient purchase. Really rolled out the red carpet for me and my wife. Chan was the sales guy and I think Cameron was the manager. Forget the finance name but she was nice too.
Incredible and amazing are just some of the words I would use to describe the team who help us here. I’ve been to my fair share of car dealerships and had good experiences but these guys set the bar. Tyler and Patrick were great! Deborah was awesome to work with as well. The entire experience from beginning to end was very pleasant. I will always do business with this auto nation team. Highly recommended!!!
I bought a used Nissan at this Jeep dealer. Tell me how Chan the sales dude knew more about the Nissan brand and vehicles than the people at the actual Nissan dealer. Kid is young, energetic and appears to love his job. Cool team and overall great experience.
Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler JK. Friendly staff and attentive service -- also strong car knowledge and transparency to their sales and finance processes. Having had some bad car buying experiences in the past, I always go into a store with a cautious mindset and ready to walk. I had a very positive buying experience working with several members of the staff from front of the house to finance. Only ding I would give is the reluctance of management to share cost/repair a minor interior issue -- replacing a broken manual shifter knob -- figured that would be an easy one buying a Jeep at a Jeep store. End of the day, ordering the part myself and a quick DIY job wasnt all that big of a deal. I enjoyed working with Raul and Travis there. Communication was great, and the process quick and efficient from the test drive to follow-throughs in the days after I took the car home. Good work, AutoNation Jeep. I will visit there again next time I am in the market.
I was able to come to a fair price for a Jeep I was looking at, and signed paperwork saying I agreed with those prices. And after an hour and a half of waiting they came back to me with a higher price and he said it was because of my bank and he couldn’t go any lower but when I told him I wasn’t going any higher he went back and lowered numbers for me. I called everyone in my family excited that I was getting a new car but ended up unhappy and without a car. I will not be going back to this establishment for a vehicle again. Just super disappointed today I thought I was getting a new car.
Honestly I had such a great experience at this Jeep dealership! Eric Ragan was helping me and he went out of his way to make the experience so great. The finance lady (I forgot her name) was extremely funny, fast and gave me exactly what I wanted and contoured my needs to what was added into my loan. Highly recommend going here!
Waited 2 hours, they broke our tail light and said it would be another hour to walk across the street to get another one. Didn’t even check our tires like we asked. Waited another 30 mins for them to check the tires “again”. Don’t waste your time here
Chan Reagan. Save yourself the time and ask for him. Cant say enough good. Everyone knows how the markets is right now and this young guy helped me purchase my new fam SUV, the GCL. I had thought about a couple different models and brands but the Limited is crazy with its standard options and Chan was incredible from scheduling my appointment to following up with me to accommodate my crazy mom schedule. Being a single mom always has me nervous walking into a car dealer but Chans the real deal. Im in sales myself so really appreciated his extensive knowledge on the Jeep Brand and GCL in particular. And something that put icing on the cake for me... I did ask a question he didnt know the answer to. Instead of blowing smoke, admitted on the spot, he didnt know and we figured out the answer together. Thank you Chan.
I especially appreciated the personal service of Ben J. in diagnosing my Jeep problems and getting them fixed.
I think the service team at this location is really great! I originally bought my car here and have returned for regular service visits ever since. They are always really friendly and I’ve seldom had any issues. If something isn’t right, they’ll get you back in to fix it right away! The pricing is fair and they send out plenty of coupons, so that’s also a bonus. Overall, really pleased with this location and always appreciate seeing Jim at the service desk!
Definitely the best vehicle buying experience Ive ever had! Everyone was friendly and my salesman Taylor R. was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and patient, I didnt feel the pressure that Ive felt at other dealerships in the past. The entire process really was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend him and this dealership if youre in the market.
This is the 2nd time I’ve made a purchase with Autonation Jeep Chrysler on Broadway. I really can’t say much more than they are simply a fantastic team. Austin has been extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure that you are happy even after leaving. My ordering experience is the first factory order I’ve ever done and they made it absolutely painless. I highly recommend them for your next purchase, you will not be disappointed!
Horrible.. all was good from the start, thought we were getting a great deal on a used car but when we got our first note from the bank the Financing manager had added almost $6K in upgrades and protection packages to the total that we never signed up for, such a crooked move. And then when we contacted them to fix the issue they not only lied and supplied us signed documents using an electronic signature but they were reluctant to even help until we threatened legal action and in the end they still did not remove all of those optional add-ons that we did not request. This was honestly one of the worst experiences Ive ever had buying a car and getting them to respond other than physically going in to the dealership was not an option because they dont answer phones or return calls. Really would not recommend this dealership to anyone ever.
This was one of the best Places you could have been to. Thank you Tyler for the help and the speedy service you were all over it! and Deb you were fantastic with finances and gave the best advice. I will gladly send other people your way.
My appointment was for a safety recall, which I was told would take several hours. I chose to wait for my Jeep and to my pleasant surprise it was done in about one hour! They also performed the standard checks on the vehicle. The only thing that would make this a 10 would be if they had washed my Jeep.
Austin was fantastic. He was very helpful, communicated with me during the whole experience. Made my shopping experience great! I would recommend Austin, and will be back to see him when it’s time for a new Jeep.
We decided to take advantage of the market conditions and spoke to the “We Buy Your Car” Specialist, Chan. He gave us a great offer on our 2017 Jeep Wrangler so we decided to sell him our 2019 Cherokee as well. He killed it. We took two checks to the bank the same day and are going to come back to do a Wagoneer when those come out. Thanks Chan for the help.
This location is my go-to for Jeep Services. Forget Jeep Golden. Unless you like scheduling oil changes 5 weeks out... as if youll even know if youll need one at that..first available time lol. And This location is 15 miles PAST Jeep Golden for me. If that means anything.
All staff were knowledgeable about Jeep products and FCA policy. I worked with this team to order my 2021 Gecko Green Jeep Wrangler. It took the manufacturer about 12 weeks to build and deliver, but I was notified the day it got in and was able to pick it up
I had an issue with my 2-year old Jeep Cherokees battery going dead randomly and took it in for service. Prior to this, I had the battery checked twice by other parties before this and both said it was in good condition. I took it in first thing in the morning and they told me they would have an update early in the afternoon. 4:00 finally came, so I called and was told it needed a new battery, but they didnt have one in stock so would have to keep it overnight. How does a Jeep dealer not have a battery in stock? It also would have been nice to have an update earlier in the day as I was told. It seems as if it was only the battery that was an issue that they could have figured that out sooner. In any case, not happy with the lack of communication, the fact that they kept the car longer than necessary and with the product overall. Im not convinced that the battery is actually the issue but well see.
I knew I wanted a jeep-thought I knew exactly what I wanted but Patrick and Eric L. were so incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and informative I ended up with something completely different and I am absolutely thrilled. They walked me through all of the different options and pros and cons with each. Test drove two different jeeps and made my decision. I did not feel any pressure, yet they were extremely attentive to my questions and concerns.I’m extremely satisfied with the jeep I purchased and the service I received. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically either of these two guys
While on a family vacation passing through the area our Jeep had an urgent need for service. This dealership got us in immediately and within hours we were back on the road again without any delay of our trip. Thank you to the service department for your prompt and professional service.
What a great experience at AutoNation! We purchased our Jeep with them and everyone we encountered was the best! They took their time to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them if you are shopping for a Jeep!
Worked with Tyler on our new 4XE purchase. Was extremely helpful and responsive. A pleasure to deal with and loving the new Jeep!
After having not-so-great service experiences with the Jeep dealership on Federal and 104th and recently finding myself in need of immediate repair I decided to give this place a shot. Up until now Ive never had to have a car towed for mechanical reasons and was kind of Clueless of the process. I called the service department and spoke to Jim and explained my situation, he was very forthcoming and honest and stated that at the soonest it would be more than a week before they could even look at my Jeep. I had no choice so I had my jeep towed here. I was promptly notified when my Jeep arrived, and then my nerves set in. Being without a car and the price of rentals right now and not knowing what the damage financially would be was quite worrisome. Jim called me literally two days later told me they were able to do the diagnostic what the problem was and wanted to know if I gave them the green light and it was only $390. My jeep was towed on a Monday and I had it back on Thursday. He also informed me that there was a recall which was repaired as well. My Jeep runs better than it did when I first bought it brand new. I would look periodically to see if there were any recalls and I never found any thank God they did. I will be taking my Jeep here from now on for all services and repairs. The customer service was very good. The only suggestion I would give would be to improve the wait times when calling. Other than that very happy camper! Jim was phenomenal
Wow, honestly just wow. Both times have had to come to this dealership, the people in the Service department have been awful. Rude, no sense of common decency. The first time I tried to get my car serviced, they told me they could get my car in 3 weeks later, which typically would’ve been fine except for the fact my car wouldn’t start, and had to be towed to the dealer. This time, I called before hand asking if they could give me the anti-theft code that they never gave me. My car constantly pops up with this code that apparently takes an appointment despite the lady telling me I did not need an appointment. Can’t believe this place is still in business with the horrible customer service over there.
This is a great dealership. They were extremely courteous, professional, and got my jeep in and out much sooner than expected. Kudos!
Amazing experience. Efficient use of time and great communication the whole time they serviced my vehicle. Ben was my service manager and I would go back to him any day!
Our AC was working, but just barely. We brought it in here to diagnosis the problem and have it fixed. We knew it would be expensive, but didnt know how much. We hoped the repairs would be covered under warranty and asked the service rep if he could check. While they had the vehicle, they also noticed a leak of power steering fluid. It took a bit longer to get it fixed than we had expected. I think some of this was waiting for a reply from the warranty company. It was worth the wait. An expensive repair, which was covered under warranty and all we had to pay was our copay. And as for the AC? It works beautifully! Thanks, AutoNation Jeep Broadway!
Went in to look at a Ford escape with 100,000 miles for 10,000.As soon as the rep I was too meet was told I was there he came to me and ditched me with a new hire that had almost zero experience and knowledge. We went to test drive and see the vehicle. I asked what is flex fuel. He start looking on his phone and within two minutes my question was forgotten. The engine was making a horrible noise that eventually went away. I told him and his manager I wouldnt consider buying until the noise was looked at and I was certain nothing was wrong. I read over the weekend that these vehicles only run around 130,000 miles. I was not about to pay 10,000 for a vehicle that was already having engine noise, and was within 20,000 miles from what I had read.I decided not to buy. So I called auto nation got a voice mail and explained I did not want to purchase the Ford escape but was interested in looking at other vehicle in that price range. I have been completely ignored have not been called back in over 2 weeks. They seemed eager to sell me a lemon but when I wanted to see something else I get completely ignored.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUTO NATION!!! I see now why car sales men are called degenerates and crooks. Take your money where customer service is still a thing and the ultimate goal is to HELP people, NOT cheat them for their hard earned money.
Great experience with Taylor Ratliff when buying my new Jeep! He was honest, fair, and followed up! I am only giving AutoNation 4 stars because their finance/selling manager was awful.. I don’t want to be too harsh by listing her name here but she was very untrustworthy and sneaky about adding on “optional accessories”. Be careful with final paperwork, I just realized she snuck on this Appearance protection to my purchase agreement. She also seals up a folder with all printed paperwork so you don’t think twice to check when there.. don’t let this happen to you!
Excellent customer service very happy with our purchase. Called to see if they had what we were looking for Shawn (the GM) looked it up called me back and said they did have what we were looking for, we showed up Eric R. was our salesman and was more then helpful (even helped with uconnect problems after the sale was final along with Patrick and Taylor) and Deb was great about getting us what we needed done so we could leave with our new car. Everyone there in Littleton were very professional and helpful, we would return for future purchases.
I recently had my wifes Commander serviced at AutoNation. The overall experience was negative. I made an appointment for 7:15am on a Wednesday I had no communication until I called on the Friday and I was told they wont have a diagnosis until Monday. Then on Monday I was giving a list of items that needed my attention one was a transfer case service, of which I had completed myself in the last 2,000 miles. Which immediately made me suspect of what they were telling me. I originally brought the car in for a starting issue, then was giving another list of additional repair that totaled over $600 dollars. They did tell me I needed a starter which it indeed did, but by that time the only reason I kept the car there was not wanting to pay them the $187 diagnosis fee. Compounding the issue I was told the car would be done Tuesday and it was not complete until Wednesday afternoon. So the car was in the shop for 7 days to replace the starter. Very frustrating. They did discount the initially quoted price for the starter for which I was grateful, but I cannot recommend them and they will no longer be getting my business.
Reading through the other negative reviews and comparing with my experience, it is clear the lack of organization and experience in the service department runs deep throughout this dealership. They somehow missed a $3000 - $4000 problem during their “125 point inspection” with a used car I bought from them. Unfortunately, I didn’t identify it within the 5 day return window and when I tried to get it covered under the 90 day “bumper to bumper” warranty they give with used car purchases it was rejected as non-covered parts.Trying to get the information about that 90 day warranty was a whole other thing I’m not going to waste my time describing. Although I would never recommend purchasing a car here, if you do, get it inspected by a third party well within your 5 day return window and expect the warranty company to not cover issues, even if they are not your fault. Also ensure you leave the dealership with a physical copy of your warranty contract, in case you have any issues they do happen to cover, or it will be a royal pain to get it later. All that being said I can still give props to Taylor D in the sales department. He was fantastic to work with and purchasing the car was overall smooth. Just don’t expect them to care much after you’ve signed the papers and given them money.Edit: their generic response to call us at so we can make it right, always results in leaving a voicemail they will never return, just to re-assure any readers of this review that the response from the dealer is insincere and lacking substance.
Autonation Jeep Broadway always does a great job when my car needs repair or maintenance. I prefer them to other shops in the metro area.
Worked with Ben regarding a warranty issue. He was very helpful and kept me up to date with the timeframe.
They took great care of me. The service happened faster than they told me. Also, they brought the car to me since it was raining. So appreciated that.
I took my vehicle in for a check engine light and ended up spending $2600! What turned out to be a thermostat issue, ended up having to replace the radiator, engine mounts and had my transmission serviced. Luckily I had purchased the silver warranty, so the engine mounts and thermostat was covered (thermostat would not have been covered if I didnt have the service person check again). The problem that I have is being quoted $300 for the transmission service and having to spend $1000, since the service person wasnt aware I had a special transmission where the pan could not be reused. If I wasnt about to go on a long trip, I would have gotten a second opinion, since I never saw any leaks and wonder if there was actually anything wrong, and on the radiator where I could have found somewhere else who would have charged less for the transmission fluid change (researched online and found several). All in all I would be very couscous when taking my vehicle in to this dealership, and question everything, because you will go in with what you think is a reasonable repair and end up spending $1000s!
I specifically made an appointment to have repairs made to my Jeep. When scheduling, I even outlined specifically what needed repaired. My appointment was on a Thursday morning. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it could be later in the day until a tech could look at the Jeep. However, come Friday, there was no update and I was then told it could be Monday until a tech could look at my car. I asked then if I could pick up the Jeep for the weekend and return it. I was told I could then lose my position in line with the tech. I also asked, why make an appointment for a specific time, with all the required repairs outlined, if it would take 4 days for someone to even look at it? I was told that appointments as simply drop-off appointments to get things in line for service. Ended up taking my Jeep elsewhere.
Service Advisor, Benjamin Johnson, did a great job explaining my scheduled service needs and reviewing my prepaid oil change plan and extended warranty to be sure what would be covered and what my cost would be. The scheduled maintenance work was completed when Benjamin said it would be done. And, there were no surprise costs. Thanks.
The team at the dealership worked very hard to make a unique situation go flawlessly. Very grateful for their hard work.
Went in for recall work plus checkup. When I picked up, Zack did not go over the results of checkup, just handed me papers and sent me out.But work was done well.I had no idea what recall updates were.A few surprises once I got on the road.
I dealt with Mat in Internet Sales ordering a new Jeep Wrangler. Good customer service and he kept me up-to-date about the status of my order. I would recommend Mat and the dealership.
My 2015 Grand Cherokee has 126,000 mi. with no major repairs other than routine maintenance at AutoNation. It even has the original brake pads and rotors. The Service Reps and mechanics at AutoNation are the most honest and best in car maintenance.
I rarely leave reviews, and never leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this dealership. They had poor customer service and ultimately, were unwilling to take any measures to correct their mistake.I had reserved the used vehicle I was interested in online Saturday evening, making an appointment to see the vehicle on Tuesday afternoon. I took the vehicle for a test drive and came in to purchase the vehicle. Then I learn it’ll be several hours before I can take the vehicle as the dealership did not take advantage of time on Monday or Tuesday morning to put the vehicle through its mandatory inspection process. Okay - no big deal, it can be inspected while we complete paperwork. The paperwork had be signed physically and then again electronically (which was never explained). After the paperwork was completed (nearly 3 hours later), I was told it’d be yet another 2 hours before the vehicle was ready. When I inquired why, I was told they were waiting for the tech to vacuum and wash the car. I opted to clean the vehicle on my own so I could leave. Two days later, despite my coming in with preapproval from the bank of my choice and clearly sharing that with both the dealer and the underwriter, I discover my loan was sent to another financial institution instead. When I called, despite talking to several people who admitted it was their mistake, no offer was made to correct the issue or provide any compensation. An empty apology and advice to “contact our bank and arrange for a refinance” was all we got. This is unacceptable. In the meantime, I’ve been notified they’ve gone ahead and scheduled my six-month service check for me (um, no thank you) and I keep getting reminders to leave reviews. So, since I’ve been asked several times, I honestly cannot recommend this dealership. I will not be doing business with them again in any capacity and advise others to steer clear as well.
Very professional and speedy. A good job. Ill be back for my next oil change.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment for Monday morning to check my Grand Cherokee out for a potential oil leak. Early Monday the service rep texted me and said his diagnostic fee was $189. This would have been nice to know when we scheduled the appointment rather than finding out after we had dropped the car off. Monday came and went and we heard nothing further. Tuesday, I contacted the service rep and he said they hadnt looked at our car yet and then we heard nothing else that day. Finally, on Wednesday, I contacted the service rep again to find out the status. An hour and a half later he finally gets back to me and says that there is no oil leak but there are two fluid leaks that will cost approximately $5k to fix. We declined service and picked up the car and reluctantly paid the $189 diagnostic fee. As the Jeep was pulled up, we noticed that the rear view mirror was detached from the windshield and hanging only by wires. This was not the case when we dropped off the vehicle 4 days prior. My husband asked the guy who drove our car up what happened, and he shrugs and tells us to talk to the service rep who immediately tells us to talk to his service manager. We explain the situation to the service manager and he immediately says the sun did it. Thats how they found it Monday morning. We questioned how the sun would have done that overnight since I had dropped it off in the evening, and repeated that this was not the condition the car was in when it left our care and asked why it was returned to us with no mention of it previously. He then says that is an aftermarket windshield and its not his responsibility to fix it. Then he asks us when the windshield was last replaced. We could not remember exactly, and he then gives us trouble for not remembering. I have no idea why this would have anything to do with the situation or why we were being mocked about not remembering. I cannot believe this is how the service manager treats customers. He then tells me if I want, he will send it to another shop to get it repaired. Apparently, the mechanics at AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway are able to perform $5,000 worth of repairs to address fluid leaks but are unable to glue a mirror to a windshield. He continued to say it wasnt his responsibility. I finally walked out. Personally, I would be embarrassed to have a car in my care and then return it to a customer in this condition especially without even mentioning it ahead of time. Needless to say, I will no longer be taking my Jeep there for service and will not be buying any future vehicles from them.
Tyler H. made our purchase smooth and painless. He was friendly and helpful from the start. He had no problem answering any of our questions or going to get answers. He made my family feel welcome and comfortable the entire time.. Excellent customer service and very professional. I would recommend Tyler for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Just had a little warranty work done. Service people seemed too busy. Nobody said hello or asked me if I needed help. I had to ask for help.My warranty ends in a few months. After that, I won’t be bringing my vehicle back here for repairs. Sales was great when I bought it. Service Department has not been the same experience for me.
AMAZING experience! Thank you for all your hard work and patience with all my questions. - Aletta Joy C.
They were very friendly and attended what I came for. The salesperson who park in his purple truck, super close to my car with barely room to open the door, was a jerk.I guess he needs Glasses, seeing there was another Empty spot next him to aline in his spot. Oh hum, some people never grow up.
I called at 8:30pm on a Friday (close at 9pm) and the sales manager answered. Can’t remember her name but she said the time didn’t matter and to come on over! I had a car about an hour later and they held it for me overnight so I could do paperwork Saturday. Bachir, my rep, was respectful and extremely responsive on text to coordinate a great time to come in and finish paperwork (with no line!). Even my finance experience was easy peezy lemon squeezy. Thanks!
I have utilized the Chrysler/Jeep Broadway location on 2 different occasions. The first instance I visited to shop, the check engine light was on. The reading on the dash showed there was a problem with the gas cap. The issue would not go away with a replacement. The shop advised me that it was a sensor and with a replacement the check engine light would turn off. The sensor was replaced and the check engine light turned off for all of 2 days. I went to a local auto parts store and they advised me the code for the problem was the same. I returned to the shop and let the mechanics know. I left the car while they looked for the issue. I was advised it was a different sensor. At this point the shop waived the Inspection fee due to my request (because the problem wasn’t fixed earlier). The next sensor was replaced and the check engine light turned off again. A couple days later the check engine light came on again!! Upset, I decided not to take the car back to the mechanics out of fear I would have to pay more money and the issue would still not be fixed. I do not think I’d go back because of the mechanics not being able to spot or resolve the issue.
Great dealership and staff. They answered all of my questions, gave me a quote for my trade in vehicle, and followed up every step along the way to answer my questions. Thanks for the help Sean A.!
Typical dealership, I was treated well . Biggest issue was the detailing of my vehicle. I would rate it C.Could have been much cleaner. You could offer to refuel the vehicle and detail it once more.Saying thank you good bye is saying I sold you the vehicle,Im done so good bye!
Tyler and team at Autonation Jeep were incredible. They were able to answer all of my questions with ease and in a very professional manner. I never felt pressured to make a decision throughout my car buying experience. Tyler provided great customer service and made himself available whenever I needed. I highly recommend this team to anyone looking to buy.
Dont BringYour vehicleTo the service departmentThey dont know what theyre doingThey will rip you off
Our salesman Marco was incredibly helpful in our journey to purchase a new vehicle. As well as the sales manager Patrick. I would highly recommend this dealership as well as these two individuals to help you on your sales journey.
I would give 5 stars but they still do the normal dealership games to get the sale they sales team was friendly and helpful but set bad expectations for the sale that lead to frustration on our end not all his fault but being honest and upfront is what needs to be worked on. Update after the dealer called begging for all 10s on a survey they didnt really earn they promised to send me quotes for a lift with a lite discount for the frustration I had which I thought was nice to do. But issue was they never followed thru and sent me the quote. So Im going from 4 to 3 stars for lack of follow thru even after asking about it a week later and being told they would send it right then.
Kinda shady experience with incompetent finance department. Couldn’t get financed because I’m self employed, and my credit isn’t the best. I stated I was starting a new W2 job in a few weeks but that I have been self employed for the last 3 years. Said the bank needed someone to call. Yeah you call me….LoL. IM SELF EMPLOYED. provided 3 months of bank statement showing 20k+ worth of deposits plus $5 down payment but that wasn’t good enough. Still said I needed an employment contact number. At this point I’m pretty irritated that they don’t know the meaning of self employment. I said “so if I have you another $15k for a total of $20k down on a $30k car that wouldn’t help, they said no.I’m super confused because I bought my wife a $25k car 2 months ago and didn’t even have to show proof of income. When I bought my challenger 2 years ago, I used bank statements????? At this point I say whatever I’ll pay cash. However if I were to pay cash my out the door price was $24k after trade. They had it had $25k and said they couldn’t do any better. To top it off they had $700 in extras they claimed were non negotiable (I wasn’t born yesterday). So they tried to force $700 worth of extras and lost the sale over $300.Went to autonation on Arapahoe and got the same car for the price I needed in 2 hours. Could you believe they took off the “mandatory extras” haha.Incompetent finance department, wouldn’t recommend.
The service at this delearship is so awful. The sales people make promises they cannot keep and the management is laughable. All together awful experience with them
If I could give zero stars, I would. My backup camera started glitching out and not working shortly after I took my car in for a recall fix. I made an appointment and then when I got there was told it wouldn’t be looked at for 3-5 days. I was told I was suppose to get updates and never did. When I finally got ahold of someone towards the end on the 6th day, they told me it was ready for pick up, but they didn’t have the part to fix my back up camera. They wanted to charge me $665 just for the part to replace the whole camera. When we took the car home and looked at the paperwork, they didn’t even do a full diagnostic. My fiancé ended up looking at it and realized one of the plugs was loose. Which the dealership didn’t even check. Needless to say, my camera is now fully working again without the help of the useless dealership who probably was the ones who loosened the plug. We also noticed on the paperwork, some updates were done that should of been done when the car went in to be fixed on the recall. Will NEVER be going back there.
Top notch service. Raul and Kam treated me like family when buying my 2021 Gladiator. Almost zero back and forth. They went above and beyond. I would recommend them and Autonation Jeep Broadway for your future purchase!
I just bought a new car and the process was pretty smooth. Taylor was a very cool guy I came in looking for a specific car and he was knowledgeable and also had it ready for me. Id also like to shout out Patrick he was also very helpful multiple times, even though I wasnt his direct customer. Thanks folks I love my new car. Edit: it seems as though once youve bought a car youre no longer a priority. I have been trying to get corresponding paperwork for 2 days and have not received a response
Just received my Jeep Gladiator I ordered a couple months ago and it is amazing, the salesman Bachir is so great to deal with, along with the sales manager Emily. Finance was a breeze with Deborah. I couldn’t be happier with the experience at Jeep Broadway. I will definitely be going back for my service and parts needs, and would recommend anyone to go there !
I worked with Travis, he was very communicative with helping find the car I wanted and had it ready for me for a test drive.I feel that I had a budget and the sales team did their best to meet me on my goals for what car I wanted to get. I actually ended up buying a car, and I couldnt be happier!Travis and the lady who is the head of sales both found alternative cars that were within my budget, but I had my heart set out for the car I had originally gone in to try. They did their best to make it happen for me.Travis also helped me understand the features the car has to offer so when I went for a test drive I was more comfortable.I felt that there isnt much diversity at this Jeep, but the people that do work there are a little bit more understanding of others, only big change Id recommend is diversifying the workers that work there because there was 0 people of color. I get that Jeep is very American car, but with finance dept, sales it could use some diversification.
My vehicle was repaired quickly and professionally- the staff, as always, was courteous and did exactly what they said they would do. I would recommend their service department to anyone!
Every step was a breeze at Autonation on Broadway. I have had one too many negative experiences at car dealerships, but this location did everything perfectly! Both Bashir and Patrick were super helpful and positive through our whole visit. My next car will definitely be bought from this location. Thank you everyone for all of your help!!
I came after service was closed to pick up my vehicle that Jim in service has been holding on to for me for almost 2 months while we waited for the insurance company to get their life together. I didn’t realize service had different hours and Patrick from the sales team has been diligently working to get my vehicle released to me today so I don’t have to get a ride back here tomorrow. This is the first of two rubicon’s my wife and I have bought from Eric at this location and we won’t buy our next one anywhere else.
They had my car for 2 weeks. It was over a week before anyone looked at it. I had to keep calling for upates. Someone would say they would call back, but the only one who did was Jim. It would have been nice if someone had gone over the repairs list when I picked it up. I still need to call for an explanation on some of the items.
Good sale and service very reasonable price.
Came into this dealership the other day with confusion on a 2015 Jeep Patriot that I had purchased with another dealership. Patrick not only took time out of his day to help me better understand my car. But also gave me very valuable advice on how to handle my situation and my best next steps of action. Not only is Patrick very knowledgeable about the cars he is selling but he is also an all around good human being, which is massive in this industry. I would highly highly recommend taking your business to this dealership as they were all extremely nice and helpful but also specifically Patrick.
My daughter got a nice Jeep from here. She had to take it back to get the window shield wiper fluid fixed because it was all over the ground instead of the window. We waited 3 hours for a part that never came in. To date it still isnt fixed. She had to call and remind them she was still waiting. BUT the salesman Aristides Hernandez was awsome and very caring. He took the time to check on us while we waited with 2 little children that were ready to go. Im giving a 5 star because of him.
Zach diagnosed the issue and had my car fixed in 48 hours. He was also able to fit in an oil change and tire rotation. Once again he did a great job! I always joke how great he is, but dont like seeing him due needing a car repair. Overall......this is a great service team that is insanely busy!
Service department detected a stripped bolt while rotating tires. They replaced it and changed. Always a great experience.
Jim is always fantastic! He is so helpful and if something is not right he makes it right! He’s the best Service Consultant I’ve ever dealt with and understands Customer Service!
Consistent and friendly service. Dominique was great and got me in and out even though they were super busy. Always recommend an appointment.
The used car department was awesome, this was my first time ever purchasing a car from a dealer let alone an out of state dealer. Eric my sales rep was able to assist me the entire time and was super helpful, they shipped the car out asap and its been great so far.
Quote online was thousands more than what I was offered. I drove 150 miles to look at a vehicle because of what they quoted for my trade in. When I arrived was offered several thousand less and was told they had no control over the online quote given. They didnt seem to care or even try to come closer to the quote
Great experience, Matt really did us a solid and helped us find the vehicle we really wanted. He even saw an issue we didn’t notice and went the extra step to make sure our vehicle is up to their high standards. Thanks Matt!
Best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle, hands down!!! Patrick, Shane, and the awesome golfer lady from Cali who helped with finance were amazing!!!!! If you’re going to buy a Jeep go here, nowhere else!!!!! Thanks team!!!
I went to multiple car dealerships and no one worked with me better than Tyler and the people of AutoNation Broadway! Not only did they help us pick the right car but they beat the number that I wanted to be at. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership!
Ben and Travis worked hard trying to find the problem and found the problem was our not using the Bobs correctly. They also completed an oil change and tire rotation for no charge. Thanks to the personal at AutoNation Chrysler.
Wow. Horrid service and communication. Would never send someone here. Please find a better dealer whom will be transparent, honest and provide customer service.
Purchased a used Chrysler Town and Country January 16, 2021. Car shopping is fun, car buying usually leaves me feeling remorse. I always feel like everything is going to be over my head and I am getting taken advantage of. Not the case with my experience at this location. Salesman, Dan Meyers, was genuine, transparent and straight to the point. He allowed me to enjoy the experience. What really left me happy was how he went above and beyond even after I purchased the car. I had to stop in for a few things after my purchase, and Dan made sure all my concerns (very few and minor) were addressed and solved. He treated my issues as if they were his issues, and that personal touch left me more than satisfied with the solutions. Finance manager, Nathan Dwyern provided the same 5 star experience. As well, he was genuine and transparent. More importantly he was an expert with the behind the scenes products. There is no doubt in my mind that he set me up with the best financing possible, and the best value in the protection on my vehicle. Thank you Dan and Nathan.
Service needs to improve. Examples: 1) I requested 5-tire rotation. No evidence of any rotation at all. The unused spare tire was still in the spare position. They likely couldnt find the lug nut key. All they needed to do was ask. 2) I was told my rear tail light did not have a sensor, they were wrong. This led me to spend hundreds of dollars learning the lesson the hard way. If you say you did the work, but clearly did not do the work, how can I trust you?
