This was my second trip to Excel and both times they were super efficient and kept the appointment time. They pulled my vehicle in right on time, even about 5 minutes early, and worked on it right away and had me heading down the road with a smile.

I have been using Excel Diesel for several years now. I first discovered them when I needed to get my diesel RV an emission test. From there, I have trusted Ralph and Ben with maintenance and repair on my other vehicles too. I even trusted them to do a complete brake job on my exotic car. Theses guys are fair, honest and good at what they do. I recommend them with very high confidence.

This was my first time bring my 2004 3500 duramax dually truck to Excel Diese. A few of my gauges were not functioning correctly, so I called up Excel diesel schedule appointment got there with no problems the service I received was great from the minute I got there. The pricing was reasonable and the timeline was good.The tech did a great job all of my gauges are working now. I will definitely be bringing my truck back for any service.

I have an old (98) Explorer that Ben, Ralph, and Robert help me keep on the road. Im sure they would all prefer that I upgrade to something built in the 21st century. None-the-less they are all very patient and informative when I bombard them with questions of what could have possibly gone wrong with my gas powered vehicle with that has over 277K miles on it. Had a wonderful experience today! I had a truck on our fleet that could not keep a charge and needed two new batteries in it last minute. I must’ve called 10 other places trying to get in to get these batteries installed within the hour. I know I was kind of pushing my luck asking for something last minute, but Excel diesel and SUV got me in within the hour and I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The service was great from the time I called to talk with the friendly and helpful gentleman over the phone to the time I checked out. I highly recommend these guys they did a good job and did everything and a awesome time frame. Thank you guys for helping our company out and keeping us on the road to take care of our clients.

I had my 2016 Pace Arrow LXE Motorhome diesel emissions tested here and everyone was really great. Easy scheduling, fast service and even helped with VIN verification since it was an out of state purchase. Highly recommend Excel!

My experience was poor to fair.The Tech didnt recognize my diesel truck as a 3.0 Ecodiesel. Oil fill requirement is 10.5 quarts.When I responded for pick up I asked for the remaining leftover 1.5 quart jug. The response was I filled it all 12 quarts no leftover.I left the Service Center to return home- checked the oil stick and it was obvious overfilled. I returned to Excel Diesel for complaint.The Tech returned my truck into the shop to drain out the excess oil overfilled.Below par for my experience. It could have damaged my engine!Ricky

Had both batteries on my truck go out. Called and they got two new batteries and pulled the old ones and replaced them very quickly. The mech then pointed out a potential issue. I will arrange to have them fix that as well.Thank you

The price was higher than Id like but the work I had done was extensive and necessaryand the service I received even after I paid was top notch. No judgment and immediate help with my dead batteries when I went to leave with the truck.

I have a 2008 Ford F250 diesel that was putting out small amounts of infrequent white smoke. Made an appointment to have them look at it, and the good news, for me anyway, was that the diagnostics didn’t turn up any problems. The better news is that they waived the $156 diagnostic fee. Needless to say I was very surprised and grateful. This is my third trip to see them and have always experienced very polite, courteous, professional, and efficient service from them. I would definitely highly recommend them.

New up pipes and turbos on 6.4l power stroke. Not an easy or cheap job, but excel went above and beyond to fix my truck right. Runs better now than it ever has!

I had to cancel last minute for an early morning emissions test today. Ben was great about it and got me rescheduled for the same day, and importantly to me, BEFORE my appointment at the DMV. They were fast and professional. I also liked that he told me that we couldn’t do it at noon, because his techs eat lunch at that time. I like a company that protects the interests of it’s employees—instead of reflexively bending their schedule to accommodate every panicked customer. But I WAS well accommodated nevertheless! I went to the shop to have my truck emission tested. I didn’t know that I needed an appointment. The gentleman behind the desk was able to find an opening later that day which was a big help with my schedule. I came back on my appointment time and was taken care in a quick timely manner. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I had the weirdest electrical issue on my truck that I could not figure out. Matt with excel took the time to explain and even “show” me what he was doing to try and locate the electrical issue. Very impressed with the overall experience and communication from the tech. Will have my bussiness again.

Couldnt be more happy with my experience with Excel Diesel. I used my OBD which showed the code for a decent problem on my truck. Excel diagnosed that was on old code and cleared it, then gave it an overall look over. I always find them to be very honest and reliable.

Good advice, good service, took time to explain everything. One star off because it took a Lot longer than expected/stated.

Quick, and easy emissions with appt so no waiting either!

I took a 2018 F150 w/2.7 ecoboost in to identify a strange shudder. They located the issue and repaired it within 1 day of leaving the truck with them. I have had the truck at the Ford dealer several times in the last 20k miles for the same issue. Ford tried a few things, did some transmission repairs under warranty but told me they didn’t know what this was. And being out of warranty now,I tried Excel. Everything about Excel was great. They listen, they repaired, and gave great service all around. The only reason I didn’t try them sooner was my because of my factory warranty and some known issues with my truck I hoped Ford would own. I’ll be back!

I needed to get my cars emissions tested since it was recently purchased and needed to be registered. I have seen Excels shop as I drive by that area frequently, but I have never had to use their services. I searched online for diesel emissions testing facilities near me and Excel came up. Scheduling was a breeze.Morning of my appointment, I came in and was able to wait in the lobby while my car was being tested. I was probably there less than twenty minutes before the car was already done. My daughter was with me and they had some kid magazines to help keep her occupied. One of the employees(possibly owner) said that he was glad that she was putting the kids magazines to good use and that his grandkids use them as well.Even though I dont like having to get an emissions test to drive a vehicle, I will use Excel for all my diesel emissions testing from now on. They even had a $10 off coupon on their website that I was able to use!

Astoundingly unacceptable service. When walking in, we were neither acknowledged nor greeted. After setting up a scheduling for a simple AC blower repair a week prior, we were told that we would not get the vehicle until another week from the day we took it in because we were not a priority repair.

Had several warning lights on my Chevy 2500HD. Needed oil change, emissions test for registration, and a DEF heater replaced. The DEF has a heater? Took it in at 11am. All work was completed, including replacing the heater, that had to be ordered in. They also took me home so I wouldnt have to wait at the shop. All done in a timely manner! Wouldnt take my beast anywhere else!

Took my truck in for some weird lights on the dash. 6.0 Ford. I just had the injectors replaced, glow plugs replaced, and turbo ring cleaned 4k miles ago. They said all that needed replacing again and couldnt figure out why the lights were on. So I paid their diagnostic fee for them to tell me the old codes were still in there. And they failed to address the secondary issue I had brought it in for(tires needed balancing). They had the truck for nearly a week, and I had to call them to get any info. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

Recently took my lifted F250 King Ranch in for some service. Did some adjustments and service on the 4 Wheel Dr. front driveshaft plus a couple other noises I was concerned about. I was very happy with the work they did, gave me an estimate and the bill came back exactly as the estimate stated and the truck is driving perfectlyI have tried a couple other places around this area the last couple years and I’m glad I came across these people, they have been the best by far👍

Very friendly and did a fantastic job on my F350. Answered all my questions and worked with my warranty company to get them to pay for my fuel system that was screwed up by previous owner.I would recommend these guys to anyone.

I am unimpressed.Brought in with a power-steering leak. They had me replace the entire gear box. Still leaking.Brought it back for them to tell me that they need more parts.Either fix it right the first time or dont waste my money.
