Eric from the Highlands Ranch office helped us with a potential mold issue in our crawl space from a recent hail storm. We were pretty worried and I talked to Eric and described the issue. He said he would make time to come take a look at it quickly because I was heading out of town. He got me into his schedule right away and helped us with an inspection. The #1 quality that the SERVPRO of Highlands Ranch Crew has is the compassion they show for everyone involved in an unfortunate event: I work in a very large facility where anything can happen at any time. We have Jenes phone number on speed dial, and she has always answered on the first call even if its 2 am! The response from the time of call to the time the crew shows up is phenomenal. They are fast, friendly, efficient and communicate extremely well by keeping everyone in the loop with the steps that are needed to be taken as well as time frames. We are very lucky to fall under the SERVPRO of Highlands Ranch zone. I would NOT want to work with anyone else.

I have a flooded basement. Called the claim in to Liberty Mutual yesterday at 7pm. Its now 3:30pm the next day. Called to see if they could give me a time that they would be out here and the gal who answered said no. I asked her if it would be today, she said they were taking the calls in the order they came in, I asked her if it would be tomorrow, she said she didnt know. Im in tears. I quietly told her that this was not a good way to run a business. She hung up on me.

Following water damage in our home, ServePros services were recommended by our insurance company. Tony is a standout project manager, and we truly felt he went above and beyond in helping us with the water damage. He was available, patient, and created transparency through educating us on every step of the process. Not only have we worked with this office for years but weve had a water accident that required their services.
