They were clean and kind. It was a much quieter service than I was expecting. I was able to go about my day with very little interruption. We had this service done in February so it was cold outside but they were fast, only having the furnace off for as long as necessary and had a cover for the door as it needed to be open to allow the pipe to go out to the truck. Hardly noticed the change in temperature.

Their customer service is great and when I called to make an appointment, the representative did a great job of explaining the process to me and the cost and worked with me to find time on a Saturday that they could come out since my schedule is not very flexible during the week. They are reasonably priced and didnt try to upsell me, the technicians were friendly and informative, they arrived when they said they would and their work was efficient and thorough. Called this place for a duct cleaning and they quoted me 35 dollars per vent!! Wholly Moly! I have an 1800 square foot townhouse with 16 vents and that was 560 plus a 39 dollar service fee(the dryer vent was an additional 159 dollars)! The girl on the phone sounded like she could care less about getting my business. I had another company come out and do everything, including the dryer vent, for 250 dollars (Denver Ducts and carpets) and they did a great job! Its time to reevaluate your prices...
