Don did a great job cleaning out our dryer vent! Highly recommend this company!

This is quite possibly the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. We needed a vent installed in our home for a gas dryer. We scheduled an appointment with this company and they cancelled THREE times. The first time the excuse was they lost a technician and couldn’t come back for another week. We were not happy but understood that things come up. The second time (a week later) was because “there was so much snow” that the tech could not make it to our house. There was maybe half an inch on the ground (and that’s being generous). When we called the scheduling person she said she was in Houston and had no control over what the techs did. Ok..... The third time was yet another week+ out (our appt was between 8-12 today). We were NOT expecting anyone to show up and sure enough by 11:30, no one had shown up or called. When we called to see if anyone was actually planning on coming the person on the phone said, “Oh yeah, I was just told by my technician that he won’t be able to make it to your property.” Umm thank you for the heads up?! Who runs a company like this. We could have hired another company and it would have been done by now. They were not apologetic, kind, or even a little understanding as to why this was so incredibly unprofessional and/or RUDE. Please DO NOT call this company. Give your business to another small company that deserves your money. If I could give no stars for this review, I would.

The technician was very helpful and prompt. He confirmed there was no clog or further work needed and charged me accordingly. I appreciate his honesty business and would highly recommend their services.

Dryer Vent Wizard of Colorado did a fabulous job of cleaning out the dryer venting system in my home. I asked a lot of questions before booking the appointment and send pics from an inspection report so that the job could be correctly estimated. They corrected the vent tube (prior installation by some other company) including installing the correct outside vent. The technician was timely, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They sent before and after pics too. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs their dryer venting system fixed and cleaned.

This business is owned by All States Air Duct Pro who also owns a number of vent cleaning companies who offers to clean your dryer vent for $89 but when they arrive they tell you they can only clean the first 4 feet for $89 and if you want the whole vent cleaned it’s $300. I was not at the property when they were there so they said they had to email me something that I needed them to sign before they could begin work and that I was to sign it and return it and text him to let him know I had signed it and he could begin the work. I did not receive the email and they immediately started work and then sent me an invoice for $300. When I called customer service, I was told I would be sent to collections for the $300. This and any company owned by All States Air Duct Pro is a scam so make sure you ask who the parent company is before you begin work.

I have used their services and I am very satisfied. They helped me with my request and a staff member assisted me throughout the process. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

They came out and gave an estimate since they needed to do the job from the roof. But twice they were no show to do the work. No phone call. the tech who came out to do the estimate seemed competent but I guess I will never know if the work is any good.

Got a dryer vent cleaning. Was quoted $89 over the phone, when the tech arrived I was told that price did not include any brushing; that required the $149 deep clean. Fine. The techs vent brush was only about 10 feet long, and didnt really get to the end of our (admittedly too long) dryer vent. The tech was quite nice, and tried to clean the rest vent by using the brush from the exterior vent opening with moderate success.

We thank the tech for doing such a great job. It was very professional and done very clean. He was very attentive and inspires trust. We wouldn’t doubt to refer him. If you want a thorough job ask for him. Thank you Dryer Vent Wizard of Colorado.

Warning this is not a ligament company everything from their webpage to their phone numbers is a miss representation. They charged $1000 for an hour and a half of work. If you have had a similar experience with them report them to the sheriffs department and secretary of state of Colorado.
