I called and got an appointment for Sunday. They called the next day and canceled. We rescheduled for two days later. 30 minutes before the time slot, the technician texted to see if it was ok to be at my place in 45 minutes. I texted back yes. Two hours later I texted to see what their ETA was. No response. After another 2 hours I called the main number, she said she’d call me right back. An hour later, no call.

The owner of this company came out to do the work and he did a fantastic job. Something beyond his control broke and he fixed it and when finished the whole job looked neat and clean and very professionally done! We are very happy with his work and would recommend this company in a heartbeat

Zack was great! He was here on time, gave us direction for actually doing the job ourselves...he wasnt even going to charge us a fee...but we paid him one anyway. Great guy, great company! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
