The prices have gone up, and the gel on my toes came off like 2 days later. Not all toes, but no I don’t like that. Now if you want a good pedicure ask for Mrs. Nancy!! My girl gone get you right! For Nancy services and customer service I’ll give her a 5 star!! She loves to makes sure her customers are happy! The others don’t seem to give a CARE at all.

They don’t know how to polish nor shape. The polish was water down. The place was dirty didn’t use any plastic on tub. Didn’t see him open any new tubes to do pedicure. Prices are super high for poor quality work. I wasted my money never coming here again.!!

This place is horrible. Was charged for poor quality work and did not what I wanted. When I kept telling her that is not what I wanted she kept arguing with me telling me shes giving me what I want and did not so what I wanted. Overall poor quality work!!

I just left there from getting a pedicure. Nancy had a dirty facility, and she cut my cuticles to deep. Left pink polish from what I had on, on my feet! This place need to be shut down. I will never go back or recommend anyone to this place.

Very out dated, dirty and unsanitary. Don’t use plastic wrap when getting pedicures. I had to make them put plastic in the bowl! Didn’t see them clean utensils at all.

I have been going to Nancy’s awhile and Friday, November 1, 2019 was my first experience with dissatisfaction. I went for a pedicure and decided to get a manicure, afterwards. That was a mistake. The young lady who does my manicures was not there. I was in that shop almost three hours and left with no satisfaction after informing employees that I was not happy. The polish on my nails was not smooth and did not cover all the nails on my hands. There are signs in the shop that state that customers should let the shop employees know if there are things wrong before they leave. I did and was told, by an employee, to talk to the person who did my manicure. I did so and was basically told that nothing could be done with the way my nails looked. This was also the first time the fee was collected before my manicure was completed.

Please do not allow the older gentleman to do your nails. He filled my nails, failing to clean around the cuticle at all, he filed all 10 nails slanred to the left. When he painted them with gel, u could how poor of a job he did. He had the audacity to get an attitude when I wouldnt allow him to continue. I paid him and went to speaking some one. The lady told me to let him fix it. I just left. Horrible experience! !

I paid $50 for something i could’ve did myself at home

I love the way the older gentleman made my nails look. He was very detailed and didnt take long. My nails are natural looking.

Worst service my nail bed was tore up by Nancy. All natural nails she used the drill on my nails instead of polish remover my nails are to thin dry brittle and breaking polish was chipping the first day .😠😠😠😠 Dont make no sonce

I made an appointment what was NOT honored! I was very upset with the poor service that day. The best time to go is SUNDAY FROM 11AM-12PM. However my nails did come out pretty and the price was very fair.

Let’s Talk About HORRIBLE!! The next day my polish on my toes were comin off. I get gel polish so I could kind of spread the polish back in place. I’ve never been able to do that before. Smh. I also use gel polish on my nails. The lady who done my nails was rough as hell. Not even 4 days later the chrome coating is peeling off my nails. The cost of my nails and toes together was about 110.. I asked to get individual eyelashes put on and she said $25. That’s fine. I paid.. and once the older lady started on my lashes she was VERY ROUGH! She poked me in the eyeball. It took her 10 min and I only had 3 lashes on. I asked what were she having difficulties because it doesn’t take that long. She immediately offered my money back. I got frustrated. Before my lashes she waxed my eyebrows.. HORRIBLE.. took too much hair off one. One is thinner than the other. JUST DONT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP PERIOD!

The nail stations at Nancy’s are totally unsanitary. The owners and employees use dirty, soiled paper towels repeatedly, after each customer. It’s horrible and gross.

Horrible. Very slow service, will push and cut your skin without a care, and impatient. My nail paint chipped off 2 days later, so I went back, paid to get it re-done and it still chipped shortly after!! Wish I could give them half a star!

The man who did my nails was very slow and rude to me. He half polished my nails and as soon as I got home, my nail chipped. I will not be going back plus I am enrolled in cosmetology school. Very unsanitary

Poor customer service & an all around poor job. Polish came off within 2 days & started to chip. Went back & they tried to make the same guy do a bad job again. I refuse to pay twice for the same horrible job. My advice... go anywhere else but here!

Rush job done by the males that work here especially the guy in the front of the store. He had my finger bleeding. excellent eyebrows waxing by older lady there.

Ive been going to this place for YEARS, and my final time and last straw was March 9th, I went in for a pedicure and manicure, my feet started itching and burning from the water, I took them out and the water stopped swirling and I could see toenail particles floating in the water and what looked like dirt, they rinsed it out, but my polish came off my toes the next day, my manicure was the worst by far, not to mention my lashes came off after 2 days, I hate that they were in a rush and rude, but Nancy will not ever get my services again

2nd time going and I wont be going back,the older guy in the front did my nails both times and each time he tore my skin,my cuticles were burning, my nails were very uneven,I had to bring it to his attention so he could fix it, and the designs were sloppy and rushed,my daughter wasnt pleased with her nails either.

Considering that Im always picky and I want my nails done a particular way....I always go to Miss Lynn...she does a great job when every time I go in the shop...

My nails are crooked and when I asked to be fixed before I left shop, I was told no. DO NOT GO HERE
