The service my daughter and I received was excellent!! We love how our nails turned out!! The pedicures were amazing!! Both John and Samantha are amazing amazing!! We will be returning customers!

Kim was amazing. Best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life hands down and she was so intricate and detailed!! I will definitely be back in the future. I am so pleased with my visit and I love how fresh and clean my feet and hands feel!! If you haven’t tried this place before, I recommend you do!

First time ever getting my nails done in Little Rock. A quick google search brought me here and WOW. My nails were done very nicely, just short like I wanted them. But that isn’t why I am posting this review. It’s been 3 weeks since I got my gel polish and I wash my hands up to 20 times a day (for real) and my polish has NOT chipped at all. I cannot believe it. John did an amazing and professional job, earned a customer!

I usually do a pedicure with sisters, but they are out of state and not available. I checked around and go directed here. Simply perfect - from the receptionist greeting you through the pedicure it was a simple pleasure. I wont think twice about going alone the next time. I absolutely agree that Paul was wonderful! Im ticklish but he kept me calm, and I couldnt be happier with the results.

Get the SNS Nails! Seriously, get them! They are awesome! (They are a type of gel nail polish!) But I really like the atmosphere here - very relaxed and calming. The staff are extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed!

I come here all the time to do my nails. The staff made me feel super comfortable. They did a marvelous job with my nails and they were amazingly quick. I love the customer service at this nail shop. Definitely will be recommending this place to my friends.

I came here because I saw that they had SNS dip nails, and had really wanted to try them out. They were a little busy when I first went in, but they sat me down quickly and got to work! It was quick and easy, and the end result is beautiful and durable! A really great job and I would definitely recommend this place if you want dip powder nails! I will be going back every two weeks or so for fills here!

Have finally found Bella Nails & Spa after several to try many shops. Theyre so nice and sweetest. The atmosphere at the shop was nice. This is DEF my new nail salon of choice.

I had a great 1st experience here. The guys are so nice, and the shop is clean & neat. I dont get my nails done often, because its hard to find techs that are consistent. Im definitely going back here. I have to be honest though, I would only give the pedicure 3 stars, bcuz I like my cuticle clipped but he didnt do that.

The hardest part about relocating to another state is finding another nail girl. The staff takes their time to get every detail right! They are fast and carefully. I sat - read reviews on all that had at least four stars and I decided for choosing. Very welcoming and you dont feel like people are talking bad about my nails and pedicure haha. It was nice to be able have a conversation with them. My favorite is they really took their time on my nails. The customer service was phenomenal. I left feeling I got my moneys worth. And the customer service is amazing.

Paul took his time and did my nails right. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did exactly that. I have been to over 15 locations and this is where I am staying. I recommend Paul 110%. Super good prices, too!

I had appointment at 9 for a pedicure got there got straight in the chair this man that didnt put any gloves on also he didnt know how to polish tells me oh I dont work here I just help out my first time here and last time!!!!!

Only come here if you have a lot of time theyre sloooow.. however the lady here does a GREAT job.. Dont go to the guy hes rude he puts an EXTREMELY thin layer of overlay causing the nail to break when doing everyday things.. They charge more than other shops that does a waaaay better job than them

I really do not understand why I am the first person to review Bella Nails & Spa! I am big on Googling businesses before I go there for service or food (due to my many bad experiences), so i almost overlooked this jewel in the rough. Due to desperation and Facebook reviews i decided to give them a try. When I called, i immediately fell in lovewith Ms Kim. She is a ray of sunshine! Due to me being a first time customer, she offered me $5 off their pedicure services. After my experience, i decided I would be robbing them to not return that $5 to them!Everything was positive from entering to leaving. The gentlemen took turns in doing my toes due to more customers entering (they had a couple of women who i could tell were regulars. Even with one older woman who she offered a drink told them she wanted some, then complained that it was RED wine and not WHITE. Even then Kim did not bwcime angered but enthusiastically took the glass and brought her the kind she wanted. Wow!). Both gentlemen were very meticulous and extremely detailed. In finale, i can honestly say that i experienced the BEST pedi EVERRRRR!!! Even their chair gave the best massage ever! :-DI will definitely be returning! I almost gave up on getting my nails done by professionals! I encourage everyone to check them out. It is worth the drive here. It is at a location that you will not easily notice off Cantrell.

I arrived at 3:45pm on 5/30/2016. I was told that he could not fit my wife in all appointment were booked. Before we ask a white lady if the service was good she explained she been there twice and not appt service was fine. When we walked in at 3:46pm with her they stopped us and told us come back tomorrow. I asked them what time do you close...I was told 5pm. But the internet shows 7pm. Obviously there was a disconnect I asked the owner...Do you not do business with Blacks...he said No Never I was embrassed in front of my family being a new comer from Dallas TX.Are there more businesses that steer away from Black Patrons????Wow!!!!!!
